UPDATE 3/30/24The business reached out to me as soon as they saw my concerns and were quick to reach out to me. We both discussed and came to agreement that I was happy with and have settled the matter. I appreciate a business that can make their clients feel heard and feel taken care of. Therefore, I am changing my rating to 5 star.I bought a car (Subaru 2013) at the end of February 2024, and not even a month after I purchased the vehicle I Started to have issues with it. I purchased a warranty from 3Rivers bank. I went back to the dealership to have them check out what was wrong with my car and It turned out to be a sensor issue. Since I just bought the car from them less than one month after having issues, I believe they should have inspected and repaired the car for free. It seems unlikely that they did not know about this issue at all when selling me the car. Since my warranty from the bank does not cover sensors, the dealership still charged me for the service work done. Mind you this is less than a month after purchasing it. I Did express my disappointment that I am still being charged for this service, and their response was to only charge me half the cost. I do appreciate that they did take off some money but feel strongly they should have covered the entire cost. Especially because the part itself was inexpensive and did not require any major work (such as pulling the engine to replace a sensor). No customer would be happy with this outcome in the future and I would like to see them try better next time. I do feel like the workers there were kind and respectful as much as they could be, which is why, as common courtesy to them, it was only fair to give them three stars instead of one. If my experience with them in the future changes, I would be happy to change this rating. In the meantime, I, as a customer of theirs am nervous about what I purchased from them, knowing that I don t feel like I will be 100% taken care of in the way I should ve been taken care of with this issue so soon after purchasing a vehicle from them.

Phenomenal experience! I had Abe try to locate a very specific vehicle for my sister in law. It was to be her first car, and I wanted her to have a great experience and not have to worry about being taken advantage of. Before he could even start searching, the exact car she wanted was stumbled upon for sale by a private party. Abe took care of purchasing the vehicle directly from the seller after negotiating a fair price. He then had his service and detail teams go through every inch of the car to make sure she'd be trouble free for many years. He was able to get her financed at an interest rate that was way more attractive than local banks were offering. And the entire process was painless and simple. No complaints from this family!

I cannot say enough great things about Professional Auto sales!! I contacted themIn search for a black badge Rolls Royce Ghost. I have been looking everywhere for one and didn t have the best experiences with them. I got ahold of Abe and he was super freaked and knowledgeable about these cars. They re extremely hard to find. Once he located one it was love at first sight. The spec was impeccable and to die for. They have my business for life.Ask for Abe and you won t be disappointed!!!

On Christmas day I messaged the folks about a Corvette and the response was right away. Went the next day and met with Abe, he was excellent to deal with. Bought the car that day. Great people!!!!! Go see them!

Needed a replacement vehicle that day.We were able to go straight to the point no nonsense and I drove off with this super nice a4 Prestige in 1hr.One year later no issues and zero oil consumption.Normal maintenance for a used vehicle.You can trust buying a used Audi from here.Ill buy my next one here.

Great locally owned dealership and service center. Owners are very friendly with a strong connection to our community, helping people find the perfect car. My salesman, Dee, was extremely professional and found the perfect car for me. I initially went looking for a different vehicle style, but when describing what I desired, Dee s recommendation on the vehicle that I ended up purchasing was perfect. Not to mention that the price was more than reasonable. The dealership found me a great deal with low interest, and I even walked out with a warranty. They did all of the work. Excellent service.

Extremely satisfied with my experience here at Professional Auto. I dealt with Abe and he really took his time with me, and I didn t feel highly pressured. Their prices for used vehicles are actually very fair in this market. The car I was interested in was marked at $15,780 and I went to several other dealers in the area and comparable vehicles of the same year, size, and type were in the range of $17,500 - $19,950. I wanted to keep the price around $15k and another dealer was pushing me pretty hard to a 2016 Hyundai Sonata for $16k. I ended up getting a 2019 Nissan Sentra from Professional Auto for $15,380. They also worked with me to get my payment right where I needed it.There were a few minor things that needed addressed on the car and they were able to handle those. Their car wash person was out for the day, so they also handed me $20 to get an ultimate car wash. They were able to very reasonably work in a 3 year bumper-to-bumper warranty, which makes me feel very comfortable about the sale. They are also a full service center right here, which I didn t know! So any service I might need, they are able to do right here under my warranty. I can also get my oil changes done here for only $24.99.Abe explained to me that they buy most of their vehicles as they are coming off of a company lease. They know they ll have around 50,000 miles or less and will have all maintenance records for the vehicle. Those vehicles also tend to be mostly highway miles and are more reliable then general auction cars, which are hit or miss.Overall, my experience here has been great. Looking through their reviews, I was pleased to see so many people that stated they ve come here time and time again over the years and have bought multiple cars from Professional Auto. That kind of repeat loyalty really says something! I also had a friend of mine personally buy 3 cars here over several years for her family, and they were very happy each time.Obviously, no company is ever going to be able to please everyone 100% of the time, and with any car of any make & model, there are always scenarios where something could go wrong. This is why the bumper to bumper warranty for 3 years really eased my mind.Thank you so much Abe and Professional Auto for making me feel confident and comfortable in my purchase, for working with me on price and payment and for being professional, kind and non-aggressive during our transaction. It s truly a pleasure doing business with you, and I will certainly be back for my next vehicle but hopefully not for many years! :)All the best, Shane Carper

I haven't purchased a vehicle from here, but it is my go to dealer if I need any work/servicing done to my car. I've had my car serviced a handful of times here, each time they quoted me competitive pricing, and just an overall smooth experience. They have an incredibly nice and honest team, would give more than 5 stars if I could!

Very satisfied with my recent visit with Professional Auto Sales.Found a vehicle listed online. And was able to stop in and test drive within the hour. Had an approval already, so the closing process was very fast and painless. They even went back and detailed a spot that wasn't done fully before I came back to pick up! Super friendly guys

Cannot say enough good things about Professional Auto! I dread the car buying process but Abe and his crew went above and beyond throughout the whole process. The vehicle I went in to look at had just sold. Abe said he could locate another one and he did and it was less than the one I went in for. He had it for me in about 3 days and super happy with the whole process. Will definitely be back!!

Just bought a car from Joe at professional! Joe helped me out for 3 hrs and stayed over for 2 hrs after closing to help me get this car and on the road! This is my first car and I was able to get a 2014 Cadillac cts and now build credit up! Thank you Joe! I recommend you all to everyone!!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM PROFESSIONAL AUTO!!!!!!!I have waited to post this review after about 8 months of owning my 2015 Chevy Cruze it has been nothing but a terrible experience. Within the first 30 minutes of me owning the car it would not start at a gas station. after that I went into their shop on multiple occasions to have it worked on but always left with a check engine light coming back on. They buy all of their inventory from auctions. At this point the car has a anti-freeze leak, needed new spark plugs, oil leak, oil housing cooler leak, catalytic converters need replaced. They did not speak to me about MY car but instead would talk to my boyfriend like he purchased it. Shady business. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I come from indy to these guys. I love mercedes benz but there dealership price is terrible. I walked out of this place more then two times without paying a bill due to not a big issue, other guys at dealerships have done me wrong. Thanks guys at professional, and you too pops!

Just came in to professional auto sales and was able to get me in a car and I had challenging credit but they were able to take care of me and get me ina 17 Ford fusion while everyone else in town didn t have anything near as nice as the cars at professional auto! These guys are the best in Fort Wayne when it comes to looking for a reliable, amazing vehicle!
