My husband and I purchased a new car from Preferred last week. Jake was kind, professional and honest. I had spoke to him over the phone prior to coming in to discuss budget, style, and any other deciding factors. When we arrived, Jake had 5 cars lined up for us to look at/test drive. I was blown away by how prepared and eager he was the help us! The process was smooth and completely stress free.I love my new car and have been recommending Jake/Preferred Auto to all my friends and family. I will continue to recommend this business and will continue to work with them whenever we need a new car!

I can t say enough about how well I was treated by this dealership and my salesman. Romario was very polite and friendly. Sent me everything I needed to make this purchase from out of state. Literally drove in and completed the paperwork and drove home. Can t say enough about this guy. Great experience.

We purchased a 2020 Toyota Corolla on Saturday, February 17 at Prefered Auto. We were very pleased with the purchase and particularly with the care and assistance of the salesman, Romario Smith. He was remarkably pleasant, helpful, and the antithesis of the stereotypical used car salesman. He advocated for us in negotiating a sales price we could accept. He went out of his way to ensure we were satisfied. We were also pleased with the Finance Manager, Brett Hoffer, who was very helpful.

My experience was excellent. The salesman and finance guy were great. I love the Yukon I purchased from you. The only complaint I would have is I wish I would have looked at the rims a little better they seem to have a lot of curb rash from rubbing the curb. Other than that everything was good. This is a pic of just one of the rims .

Bought a 2019 Denali HD 3 weeks ago I get there and signed paper work and left. No I did not test drive the truck it had 60k miles on it didn t think I needed to. I signed my paper work and hit the road. The truck ran great all the way home on the interstate. Ounce I got into town on regular roads I realized the steering had a ton of play and the front end when I went over bumps sounded horrible. I drop it off at the mechanic shop and had them go over it. Not only did it need brakes ALL the way around including calipers from 2 being stuck I also needed the whole steering column replaced. $3,100 later the truck is driving like it should of been when I bought it. Long story short make sure you test drive the vehicles and really go over them before purchasing a used vehicle from them. Very disappointed in my purchase considering it was around 50k or more for the truck. Smh

I really wanted to give this place four stars but the end of my visit really made it terrible. I first saw a vehicle on cargurus and sent in an email. I was contacted by Brian about coming in and looking at the vehicle. I had to schedule a day to come in because of work and the distance. He was pretty flexible which was really good.The day I arrived I was late for my appointment because of the drive. I ended up working with Travis H. He took me on my test drive and worked with me the rest of the day. He was really nice and answered my questions. I did want the vehicle but I wanted to know about financing and trade value and make an informed decision.After talking it over I decided to go ahead and see what payments and downpayment and trade value would be. The dealership didn't want to give me what I wanted for my trade in so Travis went to find another way to find some options for me. He was really helpful. If my review was based on Travis solely it would be a way better rating.I ended up using a co signer because my payments would have been higher without one. When it was time to go back and do paperwork we were sent back to a finance manager. That is when the visit changed.The finance manager didn't want to answer any of my questions. Whenever I tried to ask one he would cut me off. When my sister asked one or tried to ask one he cut her off too. He was very rude, very condescending, and overall made me just want to walk out of the dealership. I actually feel like I made a mistake buying the car. The sales guy was very unpleasant and added money to the car payment once we were in the room doing paperwork. It was for a warranty but I was not the happiest about how he explained it. He was really pushy. At one point he actually turned to my son and made this loud noise and my son didn't like it. It was really confusing to him. I didn't appreciate it either. There was no point to it and it just made us all jump. The finance manager found it funny though.As we were signing the last of the paperwork he kept saying it didn't matter whose name was on the paperwork which it actually REALLY does because it is a loan for a car.When I asked about gap insurance for the car he said I had to contact my insurance company for that. When I bought my other cars I bought gap insurance as part of the loan at the dealerships. The finance manager was super rude about it and acted like I was making the item up. The more I think about how horrible the time was in that office with the sales manager the more I regret going to the dealership.It's been almost two weeks and my sister got paperwork about the car that should have been in my name. The book for payments hasn't arrived still and neither has the other key or the car.I wouldn't currently recommend going to this dealership unless you can pay cash. I left with a car and a lot of regret. This is my third car and both other buying experiences went better and I was treated way better by the sales manager at both places. I had a really good experience with Travis H. And Brian had come over a couple times to answer questions and see how things were going. If it was based on my experience with them two alone I would have given a higher rating but the last guy, Brett, was so rude I actually regret the purchase.The dealership is clean and the lot looks nice. They do not fill your gas tank before you leave. You do get free car washes for life but even if I lived closer I probably wouldn't go over there for one.The car runs nicely.

Finally decided on a car and found it here. Charles was very nice and helpful. All staff was very friendly the whole time we were there. It did take a long time but it always does buying a new car. At least we got it all done in an afternoon. We are very happy with our new car and our whole experience.

Starting with Wade in service, I towed my Buick in and ultimately told me my life was being turned to the side, a little over 6k in repairs. He assured me while his one goal is to make money for the company, his 2nd and most important goal is customer satisfaction and value. Which led me to Brian in Sales. I spoke with Brian a few months prior when I had the same Buick serviced and was able to work with him again. Brian is ultimately amazing. He cared, he was thorough, and he worked hard to get me into an affordable vehicle. One of the vehicles I test drove had a weird sound with the transmission, i of course didn t even notice. It didn t sit well with him so he found a better one for an even better price! Thank you Brain and Wade for an easy car buying experience and thank you Preferred Auto!

I highly recommend Preferred Automotive Group. Professional, personable, helpful and they go above and beyond to answer any questions or concerns. I gave them an idea of what I was looking for in a vehicle, including budget, mileage, make and model and features, and they found me just what I was looking for. Jake and Alex could not have been more helpful. In my experience, Preferred Automotive goes above and beyond to make their customers happy and will always go the "extra mile". Most highly recommend this dealership.

I bought a 2019 Ford F250 from Bailey at Preferred Auto Group. I live over 2 hours away. Most of the details were taken care of over the phone. When I arrived, I took the truck for a drive. It drove well. After a while of paperwork I was ready to go. We were towing a camper and I needed an adapter for the hitch. Found it at a local store. During my drive to the store I noticed the brakes were pulsating under hard braking. I returned to Preferred and spoke with Bailey and Alex. Explained to them I have a 400 mile trip ahead of me and I want to know the brakes will be ok. Alex called his boss, Jared. I spoke directly to Jared and he assured me it would be taken care of. He stayed true to his word. The truck received new brakes and I was off on my adventure. My experience with Preferred was was very good. THANK YOU BAILEY, ALEX AND JARED!!!!!!

Asked for the car to have an oil change and tire rotation and to fix the wobble in the wheel around 70 mph. Usually the oil change and rotation takes 1 hour. Today after nearly 2 hours, the man w a grey beard told me the oil change and rotation was done, but the wobble didn t get addressed bc the fuel light was on and the young kid doing the work was too scared to drive the car. Sooo they just didn t do it. I didn t except that and said I do not have time to make another appointment and that they shld have communicated this to me before they just decided not to address the issue. He then said to me, do u expect me to put gas in it on our dime ? I said, you shldve at least given me the option instead of just deciding not to fix the issue . He then got visibly upset and slammed down the papers and said, I ll go drive it now ! I told him he shldnt get upset at me bc they didn t do their job and of course instead of an apology, he tried to convince himself and me that he didn t get upset. Also when he gave me a total For the maintenance, I told him I had a Service Credit and his reply was, well I don t know how to do that , and just looked at me. He expected me to leave after 2 hours without addressing the issue and to fork over $150 dollars even though I have a service credit! Where did u get this guy?!?! So he supposedly drove the car and didn t find any wobble. That s absurd! It s very clear that providing great service is not a priority for this guy or for Preferred Auto! Why wld anyone treat their customers this way. You can cancel the TV Commercials of Jay & his son talking about serving their community ! Disgusted! Incompetence! Poor Service! If you don t want to do the maintenance, go find another job!
