The entire staff was amazing! They replaced a side mirror on my classic car. They were respectful, informative, mirror was done correctly and in very little time. They went above and beyond to get my car taken care of. Very affordable prices.

Wil and his team mate did a great job replacing the windshield on my silverado. They were punctual, very knowledgeable, neat and extremely efficient in doing their job. I would recommend Precision Glass and their team to anyone for windshield replacement on their vehicle. Great job guys! Thank you Precision Glass.

Everyone at Precision Glass was wonderful to me! Liz and Hannah the receptionists were very helpful. Matt did my windshield did an awesome job! Tyler was very patient with me as he worked with me on an estimate for doing shower glass doors for my roll in shower. Make sure to check them out if you need their type of service!

Precision Glass is not just affordable....The technician was knowledgeable, answered questions and made sure I was satisfied. The office staff was helpful and polite.I hope it won't be anytime soon but I'd pick Precision Glass, everytime!!! ;)

Under promised and over delivered! I was told it would be ready to install in two weeks and it was ready within a week. They were on time and professional for both the measuring and install. Great experience.

On June 2 2023 Trent from Precision glass came to my apartment, Installed A brand new windshield in my vehicle. Trent was very professional and on time to replace my Windshield . I'm 100% satisfied with precision glass. And the installer who installed the windshield. Thank you,

Doug and Will did an amazing job on my peterbilt 579 winshield today. Quick, professional, informative, and very pleasant. I would highly recommend precision glass to anybody needing winshields etc. Hopefully I don't need your team again soon but when I do I will be coming back!

Very poor service. Install and quality. They damaged my 2015 Toyota 4Runner dashboard and A pillars with their window removal tool requiring replacement of the dash and A pillar covers. $1880 insurance claim to my insurance company even though Precision Glass admitted doing the damage. They offered to "repair" the dash with some sort of plastic putty or to cut the dash to even it out. The company they sent to have a look told me "best he could do was 85% and it would be obvious it was damaged." I finally got tired of their nonsense and had it fixed myself. It cost me another $500 for my deductible. There are several companies in the area that do good work, just not these people.

I had my windshield replaced on Monday june 5th 2023. This small company was great from the receptionist's friendly and professional service, to my installer!!!! he actually came out and introduced himself....almost unheard of nowadays. i HIGHLY recommend this company.!!!!

Took my vehicle to the shop, repair time was quick and windshield repair is fine. The only negative thing..they chipped the paint on my car around the windshield in a couple of places.

Precision came to my home and carefully and completely replaced our broken rear minivan glass right here in my garage within 24 hours of our initial phone call. All we had to tell them was the year and make of our van, and Precision took it from there and made it good as new. Thank you Trenton for the excellent service.

After being hit with a large rock on my windshield, I called two local places for repair. Not only did Precision Glass get me in quickly, they asked questions to determine exactly what I needed for my specific make and model. They replaced the windshield, was able to save my car wash sticker, and recalibrated everything exactly as original one. It took half the time the allotted and service was A+. I would use them again and highly recommend this business !!!

Have always had great service at Precision until this year when I ran into some issues.I had a windshield replacement a few months back and I was not happy with the product quality. I understand Precision does not make the glass so I cannot fault them for that. I was not happy with the response that I got when I expressed my dissatisfaction as I caught an air of indifference about the situation.Fast forward a couple of months - got another windshield approved through insurance (this time OE). Product quality was good, but the installer whacked through some wiring and broke a couple of things. Luckily I was able to fix the wiring myself and the other two items were easily obtainable and replaced. As I now understand, that particular installer was fired shortly after so I just happened to get the unlucky draw that day. Every other time at Precision I have been nothing short of wholly impressed.There was no hesitation to pay for the damages. The owner made out a check to me as I waited.

They was able to get me in the next day for a new windshield. Then the day of the appointment it only took 2 hours. They were very nice and I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done.

Tried to get my windshield replaced, drove my car there, left them with the keys, get a call 20 mins later saying my car won't start, I ask them to keep trying because I've never had an issue and just drove it there, they call me an hour later saying they had a technician look it over and I need a new battery. I call a tow company and they wiggle the terminal and find out the terminal was loose on the battery and it immediately starts. Precision glass agrees to repay me the tow fee, then changes their minds and says they shouldn't have to. So I wasted gas and 60 dollars when my car was fine.

Had a small rock get kicked into my windshield going down the highway. Precision got me scheduled right away and came out to fix it quickly. Highly recommend Will, he was fantastic!

Went in for a windshield chip repair. The technician Dan ruined the windshield. He was very apologetic. Left there being quoted for a new windshield. Called the insurance company Allstate and the local agent who referred me to Precision Glass said he'd call the owner. It turns out the insurance company agent helped him start up the company . Basically for 3 weeks they barely returned phone calls or failed to agree to meet to discuss the poor service. Front desk ladies are very polite but Danielle and Mike who lead the company are poor professionals. Do yourself a favor and go through someone else to get things done right and professional. By the way, they'll have you sign a waiver before any work is done eliminating any responsibilities for poor work or damages. Be aware of this. It got me good. I've had two other local companies laugh/shown sympathy at the work done by Precision Glass and then been told about other similar stories. BTW it's funny how after 3 weeks of attempting to contact the owner Mike that it takes less than 2 days of a bad review to get a response from him. Nice going Mike. My wife took out a neighbors trailer hitch with her back windshield. The folks at Precision had me in the next morning and out in less than two hours. And Liz at the front desk, fantastic young lady and extremely professional! Highest recommendation! The Claxton s of Garrett

I brought my car in to replace my windshield because of a crack that was spreading fast. My insurance wouldn't cover the replacement fee because I don't have comprehensive insurance. So I had to pay for the total amount out of pocket. The woman who was helping me ( I think her name is Danielle) did the best she could to give me the best price possible. They said it would take 2 1/2 hours, but it only took 1 1/2 hours. I am a very satisfied customer.

My wife had first taken our project to Precision Glass on Illinois Road because the location was convenient. The counter clerk did nothing but take our sample piece and info. After two weeks of calling and getting "we should have a quote soon...", we gave up on them.I then took the project to City Glass Specialty on Calhoun. The counter person took the time to discuss the project and together we considered various solutions. They wanted to provide the best product which, ultimately, was not what i came in asking for! We landed on a great idea of theirs which saved me considerable expense. And we got the it within a couple days.I was sorry to have wasted two weeks waiting on PG to be responsive.I returned to Precision to pick up the piece we had left: no apologies, no questions about why we were taking it, no expression of guilt for lack of service. Just, "okay, here it is." Wow.

I really wish I would have read the reviews before wasting 3 weeks of my time waiting for a call back. This business is close to home so I hoped we could get my project done in a timely manner. It took me calling them back 3 times to even get a quote. The woman said it would take 5-7 days to complete. Still no call back for appointment to get a pattern done. Total waste of time and when I brought this to their attention they could have cared less.
