Owning a Porsche has always been a dream, but the problems I ve had (truly sad that German engineering would have these problems) have been seamlessly corrected and fixed by the awesome team in Fort Wayne! Jacob and Curt always find a way to take flustered me and make me feel like I am a cared for customer and I feel great every time! These two amazing employees should get the highest recognition possible! Yes the vehicle has been a pain and caused me some headaches, but Porsche of Fort Wayne takes pride and great care of the Porsche name and every customer who walks in. I applaud the entire team and after picking up my vehicle from repairs or service, I know why I chose to drive a Porsche, it s cause of the great people and customer service! Appreciate you, Curt and Jacob, and the entire team!

Thank you Ed Bean and Porsche of Fort Wayne for an A+ buying experience. Ed helped us figure out what best served us for our purchase, I came looking at one car only to find that it wasn t perfect for us, fun and great value but too small. Ed suggested other options that were ideal but more than I was ready to spend, ultimately he found a CPO Cayenne that had what we needed including an outstanding warranty. Thank you for your first class service and attention.

Three years ago I drove four hours, from Southern Indiana bc O'Daniel's had the car I wanted. It was a great experience. That Porsche was recently totalled. The sales manager, Aaron helped me pull together information to reach a settlement with the insurance company. My husband and I drove two hours to see a car at a dealer in Indianapolis, only to get there to find the car I was interested in, was in the shop for touchups, EVEN though I told the sales manager we were driving two hours to get there. We left and my husband said let's go up to O'Daniel's since we had such a good experience there last time. We called and talked with Jose. When we arrived two hours later, Jose had the car right in front and came out to greet us. Let me say that Jose is friendly, professional and not pushy at all. It wasn't the car for me but I decided to drive another car and fell in love. I asked for a minute to get acquainted with the car and he gave me the time. I went in and David O'Daniel (grandson of the founder) sat down and talked with us. He's super friendly and has a great can- do attitude. I said we hoped to reach a deal on the car. He said we will reach a deal and shook our hands. By this time, it was past their closing time but they did not rush us at all! We reached a deal and Jose started the paperwork. David O'Daniel reached out to his contact (after hours) at Partner's 1st Credit Union and the paperwork was quickly completed. Aaron also stopped to chat. Again, it was past closing time yet we were never rushed. It was such a pleasant experience! I'll go there first next time. The dealership is clean as are the cars. Everyone is very friendly. I can't say enough good about Jose, David and Aaron! Such a great experience! Go by a car from them!

It s pretty wild when this dealer is asking $80k over msrp on a used car and this said car has damage on it. When asked if they will replace the damaged body parts they said no. Shop elsewhere if you can !

Anwar is one of the best salesmen I have encountered!!! He is so professional and genuine. He doesn t pressure you to buy a vehicle just to get a sell. He honestly took the time to get to know me and what my needs and wants were with obtaining my first luxury vehicle. I have never met a car salesman like him. I will be referring all my family and friends to him and will continue to do business with Anwar in the future!

Took 8.5 hours to do 40000 mile service. Stated that it would be 6 hours, which seemed long for oil change spark plug and air filter change and list visual checks. Also changed switch to open trunk and hood hatches. Charged $1,000 for labor.

Salesman, Anwar, is fabulous to work with - friendly but professional, listens to your needs, and works hard to meet them. The service/repair shop has room for improvement. Although the staff is kind, the few times that we have used them they have been somewhat disorganized, slow, and not keen on acting out of courtesy. But at the end of the day, the repairs were completed thoroughly and properly.

We have loved our experience so far. Our Macan has had no issues, is wonderful to drive & everyone has been friendly, accommodating, and professional. Geoff made it easy and enjoyable testing cars, never once felt pressure from anyone & that is never the case anymore when car shopping.

Service department did an alignment on my '07 Cayman. Great service, perfect alignment. I have taken my other cars into other dealerships for alignments and they never got it right the first time. Props to my homies at Porsche of Fort Wayne!

Our salesman was Dale Ehlerding. He was very easy to work with and helpful on model selection. The dealership also has very good selection of vehicles.

Our 911 (upgraded from the Boxster) is over a year old and the Macan S is over 2 years old. Both are great and the service department is first class. Purchased a Boxster and a Macan S from Geoff. He is great to work with and the service at the dealership is first rate.

They had a video board in service department greeting me by name. Service advisor took very good care of me. Service was done as promised and car was washed. Very good ecperience.

Fantastic buying experience! Cannot recommend Nathan Weaver enough as he was professional & most kind in negotiating a fair deal on the CPO Panamera! Justin in finance & all the tech s I met were top notch! SO refreshing to be treated so well after an exhaustive search over the last 6 mos!
