Tried charging me $150 for something that Walmart did for $56. Got $100 worth of free groceries while I waited basically. Additionally, told me got lifetime tire rotations on the install. With my own tires at that.

I've tried calling this place multiple times and either nobody answers, they answer and act like they cant hear, or they just immediately hang up! Poor way to run business!! How do you expect to have business when you cant even answer a damn phone?? One thing that would help is if y'all had someone answering the phone that can understand english in the first place!

I sent a brand new tire in with a slow leak and they said it was trashed took my brand new tire, charged myself 60 bucks and now won t even talk to me to tell me what was wrong with my tire. Sucky customer service bunch of scam, artist, rip off, and then wanna act like you re inconveniencing them Highly do not recommend these scum

My son needed a tire fixed on a Sunday nobody else was open we went here they were quick friendly and he ended up getting four really good tires for a really good priceUpdate... The car was making a horrible noise at the driver's side front wheel, I took the center cap off and 2 lug nuts fell out on to the ground. I hope there's no major damage to the car, but this mistake could have cost so much money and could have been a fatal mistake. I understand accidents happen people will make mistakes they were very busy that day somebody called off and somebody was working alone, as more people showed up for service the more pressure that was on the one person working that's when these mistakes happen and that's exactly what happened because people didn't show up to work one person had too much pressure on them and I don't blame him because he was doing his best but they need to be aware of this kind of mistake could have cost a whole lot more money and I'm grateful that that wheel did not come off while my son was driving the car. I thank God that I caught it before something terrible happened but please double check those lug nuts on every car you touch.

This place charged me $55 for a tire that would not hold air when I went back to them I was so far out of air in the tire that it was almost flat and they told me that they had no air truck to put air in the tire for me but they were helping customers replace tires they had three cars waiting in the base but they had no way to put air in the tire ...is anybody listening

Go to locale for tire sales and service!! I live within minutes of other tire shops, but I love the service and people working @ Pontiac Tire. I will always be a customer.

This used to be my go too place. For really cheap tires when your in a pinch financially. Now they are expensive. They charge for a used tire as a new one. I can go to walmart and get a new one for there used price. They are shady with there prices. They wanted 80 for a used tired. It used to be like 30 for a used tired. You don't have to be shady with prices to make money. I don't know if it's new owners or what. But I like how it was before the shady prices.

The Best! I needed a tire repair for my rv on a Sunday and a Holiday weekend. I had no hope until Pontiac Tires was recommended by a towing service. The tire was repaired in less than an hour and we were on our way again. Pleasant, hard working staff. I was so impressed. If you live in the Fort Wayne area, you should support this business!

I went yesterday and have been trying to call All morning but no one s been answering and now the number doesn t work. They didn t balance my tires so my truck is now shaking bad. I would either like a refund or something to compensate for this. I paid $112 and balancing tires should ve been included in that price. You have to balance tires before putting them back on the vehicle.

I desperately needed 2 tires. I called all around town and Pontiac Tire was the only establishment that had them available. It was a fairly quick procedure and so far the tires ride well and are holding air (unlike the 2 replaced). I did accidentally leave both the gate of my vehicle and the door slightly cracked open which drained my battery past the point of starting. The owners laughed with me and helped me jump start my vehicle. Very nice people and I had a pleasant experience in an unpleasant situation.

THIEFS! Called to have a tire changed and they quoted me $35 with bringing my own tire I get there and since my trailer was long they bumped the price up to $75 so if you re a hotshot driver do not go there!

They got me out of a jam and in a hurry! I had a donut on my car and hit a pothole. My tire was almost completely flat when I pulled in. They had a tire gently used and for a great price on my car and had me out the door in less than 15 minutes. Idk if I'll go anywhere else from now on!

Great service. I went there to help my son get his tire fix. Service was fast. Even had my ex- wife get her a new tire the same day. Again they was professional and service her vehicle quickly. I would recommend to anyone for quick reliable service at a good price.

They sold me a used tire at an acceptable price but wanted extra to balance it...l didn't like that and will not be back to purchase anymore tires from them!

Excellent place for new and good used tires and tire repairs.Very convenient and easy. Pull up front and they come out and ask what you need. They will jack your car up with manual jacks and fix you right up.They take cash and cards. They speak Spanish & English.

This tire shop was amazing! They were very busy with multiple vehicles coming in, and I still managed to get in and out in less than an hour. Not to mention the fact all of the employees had a smile on their faces and were very courteous and helpful at all times. I highly recommend Pontiac tires if you need to replace your tires! Absolute five stars!

Would not recommend this place to anyone. The only good thing was the service was quick but come at a cost, my tire flew off on the highway because all of the lug nuts came off. After having my vehicle towed we found that all the other lug nuts on the car where loose and coming off. When I called and asked them for assistance in the bill I was told since it had been three weeks it could not be there fault so I hung up and am now in contact with an attorney filing a law suite against this place

When in looking for four used tires. Instead of the four used .I bought four brand new ones. Was more than happy with the way they were sold to me. Service was top of the line. Bryce you could not be nowhere. Got a fantastic warranty on the tires. Hope I do not need the warranty. But I do believe they will stand by it. And I do have a nother vehicle ready for tires. And I will use that service. And believe me I am hard to please.

Didn t seal my tires or put enough air in them in return they both came off the rim while driving! Short guy very rude and argumentative about there mistake! Sometimes you have to take your time and make sure things are done right to ensure effectiveness and safety! It is not always about having fast service. Having good customer service is key!!!!

I had a flat tire, and they replaced it (& even put it on my vehicle) in under 30 minutes. When there was an issue with the tire that I bought, I found out I had a 24 hr warranty, and they fixed it for free. One of the gentlemen there even said that if it gave me an issue outside of the 24 hrs, I can come back and they'll fix it again. I love this place!
