I don't know why people leave bad reviews I came in here this morning to get me Honda accord a whole mew set and the lady at the desk helped me out quick and easy and they're a hell of a lot cheaper than most places when I went to discount tire before I came here they quoted me 1.1k for a brand new set of 4 but here for a brand mew set of 4 was only 600$ out the door for tire & labor! Will definelty be coming back from now on when I need tires!

This place charges $50 just to look at your tire, even before they know what s wrong with it. And they can only plug your tire if it s in a certain spot. Come on fr a tire plug is a tire plug. Some people can t afford a crazy upfront price like that. And to top it off when I was leaving the place look like some unhappy customers leaving out I know everybody s trying to make a buck here and there but let s try to help out one another you know.

Thank you so much, Pontiac Tires. The staff there are FRIENDLY, and knowledgeable, and got me back on the road quickly. The prices are better than the local chanes. Highly recommend

Great prices people complaint because they don't want to pay for tires. I got 2 nices ones for $80. I don't expect new tires for 80 or even 100 bucks. People be realistic!!

Good prices they had me in and out in 30 min with 2 tires and they're tired prices were the cheapest around I paid 60 for 1 you're mounted and balanced and put on and I paid 10 for them to mount and balance another tire I brought with me. Good service and nice people. Please like this review if it was helpful. Thank you

I don t even give it a star if I could give them a star it will be negative star very bad customer service from the front desk lady . The front desk lady is the one that has a very bad customer service towards people and attitude ..otherwise then that the men that work there that do tires are good

They try to scam me just to mount a tire $75 dollas hahaha just pull the gun on me for that price! Never going back to this place

They tried scamming me to mount and balance new wheels. $125 to swap them out and $600 to balance them. Are you serious! I called Hupcap Express to see if that was even realistic. They charge $35 a tire. I can't believe this place is even in business!

I went to get a oil change she told me $30 dollar I came with all my oil things to change my oil so happen I came with the wrong oil filter so they was going to give me on of theirs for $10 dollars I was just confused because she told me the oil change will be $30 with the stuff included so then when I asked well why are you charging me a extra $10 dollars for a filter if I was going to already have to pay 30 with the stuff included she told the guy to stop doing my oil change and asked me to get out!!!

Ignore most of these bad posts. Go in be courteous be nice understand they are working just like the rest of us and there's problems. They were courteous talkative and got everything done quickly.

Took my own tires in and had to wait a few minutes; there were only two guys working. Got them mounted quickly and I was on my way.Good people, good service. This was my second trip here and if I need tire or oil change help, I'll return.

I've been going here for the last 7 to 10 years. Probably have had 10 to 15 dealings with them. Always has been good. The last 2 times I just didn't have good experiences. The lady at front desk is rude and I have left both times after they wouldn't fix a flat and taken it elsewhere and fixed with no issues. I understand there is a area close to the sidewall that can't be repaired, these were far enough away that even a corporate owned business like Tirebarn fixed without issue. They just wanted to sell me a tire. Both tires they would not fix had good tred left so it makes you wonder? I just had a feeling that it was a little odd

Fast, friendly and cheap. I ve been there twice over the years and they always are as quick as possible. Most recently, I needed a new tire. They changed it in 20 minutes at a relatively low price and did it while being friendly.

These guys are awesome!! Not only were they the only ones in town to have a used tire that would fit my truck, but they swapped it out in less than 15 minutes from the time i got there. They were super friendly, and super professional. And the used tire they sold me is actually nicer than the three other tires on my truck. I will definitely be going back there for my tires from now on!

Hard working people shouldn't waste their time or money at this establishment. I made the mistake of giving them my business and purchased a used tire, thinking it would be cheaper here, as some reviews had stated. It was installed and they sent me on my way in less than five minutes. ZERO air was added to ANY of my tires, no rotation, no balancing, no checking of tire stems for leaks or fit. These are services that are included or at least suggested when purchasing a tire anywhere else. That tire I purchased was flat just over 24 hours later. When I called to ask questions about this they were rude and took zero accountability. I ended up needing a completely new tire but decided to get one from an honest mechanic that charged me less than they had in the first place, and included rotation and checking pressure. Do not waste your money. It will not be cheaper here to replace a tire than most other local places, it will not be done right, and in the long run it will end up costing you a giant headache on top of a lot more cash. VERY disappointing.

I went to this shop on Monday January 4, 2021 looking for a quote on a set of tires for my 1988 Chevy Silverado K1500 size 245/75/R16. They said they had a set and I asked if I could see them and one of the guy s brought one of the tires out and it looked brand new if not very close to new! I asked him what the price was for the set and he said $278 ! I asked him if the other three were in the same condition and he said yes! I said I ll take them ! They had my old tires off and the new set mounted, balanced and on my truck in what seemed like no time at all! The staff was very friendly and professional! I was very pleased with them and the service they provided to me! I will definitely be going back to them whenever I need new tires!

Love dealing with these folks. They offer used tires just as good as other shops in town. They are just much quicker and much cheaper than others in town. I once went to them with a tire that Tom Steele did not get set right and they repaired it for me free of charge. Loyal customer ever since. Thanks Pontiac Tire!

purchased 4 used tires for van. They sold me 2 tires that were bent, and Wouldn't replace. waste of 100$..I came in twice..classic blue chevy van.. first on a Saturday when I first purchased the wheels. I went back home installed on vehicle that following Sunday to my disappointment a super rough and shaky ride.. I came back the following Saturday, the lady in office said 24hr warranty on receipt.. I explained I work during the week, the same hours as your shop and couldn't make it in untill the following Saturday. long story short the junk bent front tires are still on the rims.

brought in 4 tires/rims cost me 50 dollars per tire to mount them, apparently that doesn't include balancing. I looked later couldn't find a single wheel weight. I've never seen a shop put on tires and not balance them.

I was with a friend who needed to buy another tire. The first place we went to didn't have the size that he needed for the car. So we drive halfway across Fort Wayne to replace the tire.Sure enough they had it, and I was a little unhappy that was $40 but it was his money so I really didn't care.Today he texted me and told me that the tire that he got from Pontiac Tire has a leak in it.If I were you , stick with E & M Tire on Pontiac.These sheisters need to be taught a lesson.

I noticed threads poking out of my trailer tires so I stopped at this place. The lady told me they had a set at the other shop so I waited over an hour for them to bring me dry rotted old used tires. She wanted $70 a piece.. I can buy new tires for that price. Wasted 3 hours of my life at this place!! They took the tires off the trailer and off the rims then when I tried to reason with her on price she wouldn't budge off $70 a tire, so... They put my tires back on and didn't charge a dime. Someone needs to teach basic math skills to these people..

As a customer, I want to say based on my personal experience of this shop.1. Before you buy used tired, learn about used tire.Because they give only 24 hours warranty for used tire that you buy.It means if there are any kinds of problem takes place, all is yours.So, you need to learn about it in details.2. Don t ask any advices from their staffs. First, they have language problem to communicate with their customer since they are not speaking in English fluently. Second, it seems they believe they are the expert on used tire (Maybe or not). But remember they are seller, they work for their benefit. It means they will advise you according to their viewpoint. Third, you don t need to get any advices from them in order to make your own decision to buy or do something from there. Final decision is yours.3. Even though you find something wrong after they finished their work, do not directly point out their fault or mistake. They will not agree with your complain till you prove it. Be careful, if you cannot defend your complain, they can tease you.We are using this shop because we believe it is efficient to save our money. Used tire, cheap means there is something you need to take or pay more than money. Time, energy, and so on.Good thing for me was I reviewed about "sunk cost" in economics in this place.For these reason, I won t use this shop any more, I am going to go to Costco or tire barn again to save time, energy . Sometimes money.

Im a regular here. Great service ALL THE TIME! They change my oil, change and rotate my tires, and the even do plugs and rims. They even changed my go kart tires! And the price! Cheap cheap cheap! Give these guys more than a passing glance! Get in there! Even open on holidays that other tires places are not!

These guys were good! I needed a patch, and I was in/out within 20 minutes..also cheaper than the last place I went to (which took about an hour and it was first thing in the morning, we were the first people.) I will definitely be returning!

Great service! Tom Steele didn't have a used tire my size in stock and sent me down here. They had a tire for an even $40 and put it on my rim and on my car in less than 15 minutes!

Great experience here! Had a tire blow out on me and need a fast repair. Got to the shop within a couple minutes of closing and they took the time to replace it. Great staff and super friendly. Couldn't have had a better experience here. 5+ stars!!!
