Had tires put on our 4500 GMC make a long story short had a brand new tire that had problems. These guys work very hard to make it right. Ended up they had to get a new tire. These guys went the extra mile to make it right. I highly recommend Pomp's for your tire needs. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

Tire blown on 69 north just off the Indiana toll road. Had me rolling in 70 minutes! Awesome roadside service!

Had a tandem blowout near Middlebury IN didnt wait very long tech's name was Joseph very friendly and efficient...was rolling again no more than 45 minutes after he arrived. Great service!

Stopped by to have tires checked because Laredo Texas TA failed my trailer inspection because of tires they said I was at 1/32 below DOT regulations Pomp's quickly check all trailer tires lowest gauge was 6/32 , very honest and reliable guys ,,

I call the day prior and make an appointment and first the phone conversation was difficult as he didn t know what a national account was! I show up for my appointment t only to be told they don t have any technicians and didn t know when one would be back!! I will never ever use this facility again!!! I need two steer tires done and I Refuse to spend that much money with a company who treats you like your a bother!!!! Went down the road to Best One! Best choice I could have made!!!!

Th shop supervisor is extremely rude and unprofessional, and the 2 guys working on my truck literally had little to no training whatsoever. I have been dealing with the Pomp's chain of tire stores for many years and have never been treated so poorly. I will continue to deal with the Pomp's chain of stores, but will never step foot in the Ft. Wayne location ever again. Would've given it a negative star if it were even possible. The supervisor needs to be replaced with someone that knows how to speak to customers and the 2 techs need to undergo extensive training.
