I was devastated when my truck got smashed. Kaleb and Dave upfront and every tech that got to work I can't say enough about how they took care of my truck and my concerns thru out. It's really simple there is no other place to take your vehicle. I was treated with compassion and care which is lacking in the service field today. These people go above AND beyond what is necessary. I felt like I was the most important client they had. Like I said should you ever need this service look no further. They do indeed make it shine like new!!!!!!!!

Peters Body Shop restored my collision-damaged BMW to pre-accident condition, and the front office staff provided top-notch support, repeatedly searching suppliers throughout the country for replacement parts during a very extended parts shortage. When the repair job was finished, the car looked and drove great. Peters Body Shop will be my first choice if I need collision service again.

I have worked with a major auto insurance company for over 35 years, and this is the shop I use for my personal cars. Each time they were very fair price wise, and did great work. Communication was solid. Their techs are highly skilled and can actually repair sheet metal as opposed to some shops that just want to replace everything. Highly recommend!

We dropped off our suv. Had been vandalized. The timeframe that they gave us for the vehicle to be done was not correct. Probably 3 days past the day they said it would be ready. Finally after calling several times I found out they broke a piece and had to order and new one. They got it and it was not the right one. So finally we get our car everything looked great it first minus the tire well frame bracket was broke need to be replace which he done right in the parking lot. I ve been driving my car for about little over a month and walk out one day and this is the side of the car they supposedly fixed. It was a very sunny day. My car is usually in garage. So I never get to see this angle. It looks like trash! All I see is buff marks and swelling. I wanna scream. Don t take your car here. Not all it s cracked up to be Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Dropped off a front lip splitter piece to get painted and they said they would paint match it to my car. Got it back and they painted it a pure white instead of pearl white, and when I asked, the lady at the front desk she said that they did the paint code that was on the car with the VIN, and it might be because the paint on my car has been repainted before (I've had the car since new, so I know it hasn't) or because the paint is older. You can see how much different the white is on the lower front splitter with the B emblem. I'm convinced they did not paint match to my car and instead just painted it with a white they were doing another car with that was close enough to mine. The second picture is of a little grill piece that I got painted at a different shop and they seemed to paint match it exactly with paint code on my car. The front lower splitter with the B Emblem and lights is the one Peters Body Shop painted and the other picture of the grill is what a different shop painted. How did a different body shop get the paint to match exactly with my paint code but yet Peters Body Shop couldn't? That says something about the quality of work they do and how careful they are with your car.Service: Painting

We've had three different vehicle repairs we've needed a body shop for in the past year, & we've taken them all to Peters. After the first one, I was impressed with how great our vehicle looked & how comfortable they made me feel with the whole process/insurance/steps. We received the same excellent service the second time & had zero hesitation in choosing them the 3rd time as well. They are very friendly, professional & fair. It's been a relief knowing we have a stress free place to take our repairs to.

I took my vehicle in asking for a quote on fixing the splash shield around my tire and also fixing the clips, and fixing my bumper which came loose from the splash shield flying off my car.I got a reasonable quote, asked them to order the part, they got my car into the shop two weeks later They done a fantastic job on the work of the shield as well as fixing the bumper.Thank you for your help (unsure of the guy who worked on my car personally)Service: Body & Trim

Had relay and window put back on works great switch on door for motor sticking over heating window wouldn't go up had to get new switch they put new switch on no extra charge extremely satisfied with work always like to support local bussiness

Could not be more happy with these wonderful folks! We have had several cars done here over the years! They all look better than new when done. Andy and all his staff were very helpful Replacing the spoiler on my SUV. They ordered and received the part in just a few days and scheduled the short job to install it within a day of the part arriving. Andy coached me on how the scratches can be repaired without "breaking the bank" and going to way more work than needed. He's an honest fair businessman! I had a fantastic experience here. They are professional, and do great work at very reasonable prices. My car was totaled but they were thorough and detailed in the estimate. I brought another car in with minor cosmetic issues and the nice man buffed it away in minutes.

Took my 2014 Ford Escape in for some accident damage. Not only did they turn my repairs around in one business week, they handled all my paperwork with the insurance company so all I had to do was sign papers. On top of that they detailed the inside of my car and wiped down all surfaces so I got back into a better than before car! Highly recommend!Service: Body & Trim

They paint matched a take off bed for my truck and did an excellent job. It was a bit pricey, but well worth it for the quality of work. Good work ain't cheap and cheap work ain't good. They did a great job on my bumper.Better than when Hyundia assembled the car at the plant. Seams R perfect!! They even cleaned the in/outside of my car. Very impressive. Office personnel were very professional. Thanks y'all!!

I don't usually write reviews or make suggestions on places to go. I feel that most places are oretpr average. They're either good or they aren't.Peter's Body Shop is phenomenal.There were a lot of issues with my insurance company. They dragged their feet for two weeks, and Peter's was patient and understanding the entire time.I never had to wonder what was going on over there. When they finally got what they needed, I had constant updates on what was happening.They found many more problems than the inspector saw, and dealt with my insurance company several times trying to get enough money to to for my damages.It took a long time, too long for the insurance company to continue paying for my rental vehicle, but Peter's once again stepped up to the plate.I've never felt so well cared for at any body shop or repair shop that I've ever been to. The people at Peter's Body Shop are very understanding, and willing to work hard to make sure their customers are happy. And happy I am.I know I will be recommending Peter's to everyone I know, and as long as I live in the area, I will be using Peter's for any body work I may ever need in the future.

We brought our Honda in to Peters because they are certified Honda repair specialists but we were very disappointed in their service.First off the dent in the panel was not properly fixed. You can still see a dip in it and it's not flush with bumper. They didn't do all the repairs that needed to be done. They didn't replace part that was broken and had to make a second trip in to have it done. When we picked up the car after second time the sensors were not working. We ended up fixing the problem ourselves. We found that wires were not hooked backed up after fixing the second issue.Peters seem to half-way do things and we will not be bringing our vehicles there after this experience.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

What a wonderful group of individuals. Super friendly throughout the entire process. I was running late to pick up my car and the the kind office manager stayed late on a holiday weekend so I could get my car picked up and then offered to make sure I could get my rental car returned ok. They are so wonderful it almost makes you want to get into and accident so you can see them regularly.

Had auto repair work done on my truck one year ago and started to get some rust on the replacement bumper. They replaced my bumper with a new one. Looks great. Peters does quality repair work and stands behind it. Would strongly recommend this shop.

Peter s body shop did a repaint on my Honda Odyssey due to paint chipping and they did an outstanding job! Not only did they repaint the areas needed, they also buffed out the entire outside of the van to remove previous scratches. The vehicle looks better now than when I purchased it! Would go back in a heart beat.

Andy (Owner), Becky (secretary), Greg (shop lead), and Brian (primary repair tech), where outstanding with communication, genuine empathy, and great skill to return my car to me in a short matter of time. In better condition than prior to my accident. I would no doubt, return if another unfortunate accident occurred. Go with experience, and home town knowledge. Not who your insurance company recommends! Thank you Everyone at Peters Body Shop! Awesome experience!

Just stay clear, was told thy were a great shop in the day, now. Idk. The only thing im happy about, is the paint work.
