I would like to thank the people here!!! My daughter caught a ratchet strap(still don't know how it was possible) on interstate 69 on the way to work. I sent her there after work and they took excellent care of her. So glad to know when Im 40 miles away there is still someplace that I can trust!!!!THANKS A TON!!!

Patriot tire did a great job replacing my tire. They got me in and done very quickly on a Saturday even. Chad was very professional and helpful. They had great prices and selection in the store. Definitely recommend them and will go there for any future car needs.

Needed a tire replaced. Excellent service. Quick and professional. As a woman I often deal with pet names or being spoken down to, and I did not experience any of that here (huge relief for me). Brad was very kind, honest, and helpful. All of the staff seemed to get along and had a great collaborative atmosphere!

I've had two older model foreign cars within the last 10 years. The Lima rd. location has provided the best service in repairs at a fraction of the cost of any other place in Fort Wayne. I appreciate the fact that they actually show you what needs to be repaired, and explain the processes and costs, thoroughly, with integrity and respect. Great customer service. I trust them with my vehicle.

They changed my oil without calling me out on my laziness in not getting it done sooner! They also put wiper fluid in my car (i was out) and did it all super quick!!! Awesome job, definitely coming back.

We ve used Patriot Tire for many years now for multiple vehicles for: new tires, tire repair, tire rotations, oil changes, etc. Sometimes you ll have to wait an hour (more or less) for multiple services depending on if it s crowded at opening time. Our last time there it was very efficient. I appreciate the coupons they offer and the lifetime tire rotations when you purchase tires here. Several years ago, Larry went to bat for us when we got a bad battery from a competitor down the street. Also, Brad took the time to explain various tire options & sold us new, quality tires for two vehicles. Thank you Patriot!

Shout out to Patriot Tire!! Larry really cares about his customers and providing top notch service! Girlfriends jeep wouldn't start and Patriot acted quickly. Replaced battery and had her off and running in her favorite jeep by the end of the day. Great customer service! Thanks for all you do Patriot employees!

Work was fantastic!!! I had A very unfortunate accident leaving me with two flat tires. I called Ahead and let them know the car was being towed there probably after they closed. The tow truck was early and once it was dropped off they stayed and fixed my car for me!!! So sweet and understanding, Jennifer was very kind and Brad helped to make sure everything was in order!! Outstanding Customer Service!!!

Used to be a 5 star!!!!! I have been a loyal customer since the doors opened and had many tires replaced and the last time I did other mysterious things went wrong and after spending over $900 extra dollars without any apologies of offers to make it right I will have to take my business elsewhere. Saddens me to have to say this. The 3 is out of respect but when I found the issue and fixed the problem for under $30.

superb customer service!! I drive a Mercedes and only trust this shop to service my vehicle. I Had a front end emergency this morning and they got me in right away. Honest and reliable. These guys at patriot tire MAKE IT HAPPEN. Can't say enough great things. THANK YOU!!!!

Excellent service! Fair pricing! Quick service! Great communication! The schedule was tight and they got my truck in and done quickly. My pre ordered tires came in quicker than expected. Nothing but professionalism. Great communication by everyone.Everything you need from a vehicle shop!

Scam artist. They tried charging my grandma for 2 broke radiator hoses and estimated her for 310 bucks, took it elsewhere and the shop fixed for 104 and the one hose they said was broke was just loose. I wouldn t bring my car here to save my life and now they try and scam a old lady shame on them and the mechanics

i have taken my car to check for a sound coming when i am going through intersections twice. they were not hearing anything and when i asked for the mechanic to ride with me. He said he didn't have time for it and asked me to take to the dealership. Worst customer experience

New brakes, tires and alignment and just like that Patriot Tire has my car feeling brand new. Staff was very friendly, hhelpful, and got my car done way faster than I expected. Thanks Patriot Tire!

Went there to have a tire plugged. Got there about 10:50 am, they took the vehicle in at 11:13 am. They seemed busy so after losing track of time for almost 2 hours I asked them for a time estimate. The guy goes in back and comes out a few minutes later saying they're pulling it around. The tech informed me he did it and forgot as he started working on another vehicle. In all fairness they did comp the repair and the tech personally apologize. Over all I will be going to a store on my side of town from here on.UPDATE they used a plug and next to no sealent, had to have a different shop redo their work today because it was leaking. The new shop allowed me to watch to ensure they used proper patch/plug. The images below are the damage, their "repair" and the garbage they used. The also over torqued the lug nuts they now have to be replaced because the acorn caps got damaged during removal because of the over torque. I know the caps are not important to the functionality but this is a 2021 vehicle.

I have received the best auto customer service from Patriot. They don't rip you off like Brian from Hires down the road and if they make a mistake they will fix it. Thanks for fixing my tire on a Sunday.

I was quoted to have drag links replaced under warranty for $160 alignment included. when I got there I saw my bill that stated $178. ok cool. Front old guy said he would be right back. Came back and added $95 for an alignment. I told him what was quoted and his response. Well they were wrong and I talked to the technician about that but I took $20 off. I said but I was quoted $160 alignment included and his response. I'm not arguing with you. Just go somewhere else they rip people off or maybe it's because I'm a woman he added more to my bill then what i was quoted and what my bill was written up for

Thank you to Jennifer and Brad for helping out Bekah and being a trusted resource. As the son of a mechanic, we always heard horror stories about how some places treat customers. I myself was in a couple months ago and Brad was a huge help and even recommended something that benefited for the service of the car. That bit of information helped Bekah while I was still on job-site 70 miles away. Brad and Jennifer treated Bekah and her car with upmost care and consideration. Thank you for the continued service to our Fleet and our family.

Excellent service! They will take care of you. I needed nitrogen in my tires because they were low (TPMS light on) and they had me in and out in less than 15 min.

These guys are the best Auto service ever. Our car overheated 10 yards from their shop and they came and towed it to their parking lot while it cools off-- gratis! Good guys. We also had a leaking tire (even though it was a new set) They found a hole and a piece of metal inside the tire. The charged a very fair price and now it will last the life of the set. The guys at the front are friendly, professional and informative. They'll educate you about your issue before charging you.

Brad, the Manager at Patriot Tire on Dupont Rd is so professional and a real class act! He took the time to sit with me and discuss the problem I had and personally drove my vehicle twice to ensure the problem was taken care of. Because of Brad I will continue to go back to Patriot again and again. This man is what true customer service represents. Very grateful and thankful.

I went in with a friend for her to get her new truck tires and I mentioned one of the car's tires I was in was low and they were so kind to check each one and sent me on my way at no charge. It was so very kind and unexpected.

We've been taking our two vehicles there for about the past 3 years. The guys there are super nice, respectful, and have always taken good care of our vehicles. Always as quick as they can be. About a year and a half after we purchased tires, we started having an issue with one of the wheel's rim not sealing properly due to corrosion. Nothing they could do to fix it permanently, but anytime it needed repaired, they did get it fixed no charge. We've also gotten four five oil changes there, and appreciate how quick they are. They've earned my business for life.

I was miles away from my work shop and using a Z-Spray fertilizer machine nearby their Dupont location. I punctured my tire and didn't want to lose over an hour of production to go back and patch it. Not sure if they would be willing to patch a small machine tire, I was quickly greeted by two kind gentleman whom fixed me up within minutes. Renwood (cool name) was kind, patient and willing to take time out of his day to make mine better. The highlight was when I took out my card to pay, he refused it and thanked me for choosing them. Best tire experience I"VE EVER HAD !!!! Thanks

Hands down the best repair shop in Fort Wayne! I used to live close to them but now I live on the south side of Fort Wayne. Given it's a 30 minute drive to their shop, it is still worth going there! This is a no frills no BS shop that is extremely professional, and will make sure to get you taken care of the first time for a reasonable price! I've brought a few vehicles to these guys over time, most recently I had a 1995 Chevy Lumina van that needed a vacuum leak fixed. The issue was so simple and quick to fix they just gave the van back to me free of charge and asked to give them a good review. Which brings me here! So bring your vehicles here guys! They are worth it!

Took car in for wheel alignment. Told me I needed all new inner and outer tie rods and adjuster sleeves took the guy less than 5 minutes. To say this, they quoted me $989 .For this and a alignment. Wow.I guess your bad attitude of a mechanic that complained how hard it was to align a 2003 Chrysler 300m is to do. Should have really looked at it and seen all new tie rods inner and outer with adjusters and even struts and sway bar links that was installed less than 20,000 miles ago 2 still have Moog stickers on them.Then you charge me for a inspection that aka mechanic did not do $22 . My bank got charged $44 bad business people need to steer clear of this place I will report you to the BBB ALSO
