When I ordered the part, it said it was in stock. After waiting 24 hours with no notice or update I called, only to find that it wasn t in stock and it won t be here for another two or three days. Do not believe them when they say a part is in stock.

I recently visited Orielly s Auto Parts on West Jefferson in Fort Wayne and received the most outstanding customer service from Sam in management! From the moment I walked in the door, he greeted me with a friendly smile and was eager to assist me with finding the perfect parts for my vehicle.Not only was Sam extremely knowledgeable about the products they carried, but he also went above and beyond to make sure I was offered the best possible pricing. As a military service member, I was pleasantly surprised when he offered me a generous discount, which I greatly appreciated.Sam's dedication to outstanding customer service and loyalty to our nation's veterans is a testament to the kind of person he is. His passion for his job and willingness to go above and beyond for each customer is truly unmatched.Overall, I would highly recommend stopping by Orielly Auto Parts and asking for Sam the next time you need anything for your vehicle. The check out was pleasant but I ask them to change out my headlight on my left side and they refused to. I was the only customer in the store. I changed it myself. I'm going to AutoZone for now on!!!!!

I bought some headlights there that went out after 8 months, not only did they honor a warranty without a receipt, the guy replaced them for me in the cold and mighty quickly with a smile. I wish I had caught his name. thanks guy I will always use O'Reilly's for all my car needs.

Staff associate Lupe went went out of her way to help me get a new battery for my van. The battery died just across the street from the O'Reilly store. This street is very busy with traffic so instead of me having to get across it carrying a heavy battery Lupe drove me over in her car with the tools needed to replace the old battery. She's top notch!

Mark saved my night. Went to a few stores before to get a battery changed and they were either understaffed or didn t want to help in the freezing temps. Not only did mark change my battery efficiently but was refreshingly positive standing out in the freezing temps to help someone. Wish more people were like that. Turned a bad night into an appreciative experience. Thank you!

We went here March 14 2020 cause battery system light came on and we didn t know what it was thought it was battery well we get to register to tell Timothy we wanted to get it checked out testing it! So he got his coat went out and tested said everything was fine then he looked else where and said we was missing an Belt so we went in the see they had it and they did! So the nice guy said we have the tool to put on but I have to ask permission so he got the a yes so he helped us but it on and and didn t stop till he got it for us! Just wanna day thank you so much we was having a sad day and he made us HAPPY for doing that for us!!!! THANKS AGAIN

O Reillys auto parts in Waynedale on Bluffton Road is the place to go when you need some service with your vehicle! Kade was so helpful. He put a new break light in my auto. A quick fixed he called it. You are a great asset to your company! Keep up the great job! I will now start recommending O Reilly Auto Parts to my friends and strangers!

It's your average auto parts store but at least it's new and there's plenty of parking it's in a safe area and the parking lot as well lit

Place goes thru management and employees super fast hire people in with no clue on anything to do with parts girls who have no idea about parts and some that have no clue how to look parts up I'd go to a different o'Reilly store especially in the evening and weekends be better off going to auto zone and buying there never last parts then dealing with the staff hear in the PM hours
