The folks at O Reilly s auto parts are so helpful. I had to help my stepdaughter change out her battery and they made sure that we had everything we needed. This is a friendly helpful place.

Went in for a new alternator, they said they had one, tested it, said it was good. It wasn t, so I spent damn near $300 for an alternator that didn t work with no warranty as well. Make sure you get what you pay for. Doubt I ll do business with oreilly again.

Had i been able to leave a review wirhout a star you wouldnt of got 1 ... the store closes at 8pm and when i arrive and it was 5 mins till, there was still time to shop and doors were already locked. Lost my sale from here on out.

The employee didn't ask which ones we wanted just threw the item in bag then when we requested something else he said they only had sum organic type then went on to talk about what a bad product it was, maybe he should take that up with his boss considering they are the ones selling em. What we asked for was on the website but he said they didn't carry it so either he was not telling the truth or their website led us astray. We left without a purchase

Tired of not getting my military discount. I have an account, and give them my phone number each time. I get home and no discount. Check your receipt for your discount.

Don't have good customer service they see you but won't ask if you need help unless you go up to them out of all the auto parts stores I don't care for this one
