Times Corner's is a good one. I dropped my front brake rotors off to get resurfaced and they must've gotten misplaced. So they sold me brand new rotors for the price of the resurfacing on the old ones. Good dudes that work there !!

Their employee went above and beyond by coming out in the frigid cold to change my windshield wipers. Very much appreciated.

I've been trying to set up an account with this business for over 8 months and they still don't have it right and this makes me want to stay with Eustis auto parts even more

Had my whipers that i fist checked for online. The nice man put them on for me, which i appreciated very much because they did not make them easy to put on.

Kragens, O'Reilly, whatever! As long as the information is in the computer they can help you in person. Not always knowledgeable about problems & products depending on who you ask.If you know exactly what you need (IE. you have already done the research), most likely they have what you need.Watch for sales & clearance items!

I have a really nice story with this place. I took my car for service at Toyota Fort Wayne early today, after 2 hours waiting for tire rotation and inspection I left. When I was walking back to my car after lunch, I noticed a metal lead hanging underneath the engine. The oil protective lead had just one loose screw and not the other one. I went back to Toyota at 3:20 pm but they usually close at 3 on Saturdays, one of the employees told me to come on Monday at 7:00 am, of course is not easy do that on week days so I decided to solve this by myself. I went to O Reilly Auto Parts and I found a lady and a gentleman (David I think so from the receipt) and they kindly helped me to find the right screw, gave me a couple of options to prove until he found the right one, then I borrowed from him a wrench to finally solve the issue. It is not easy to find people who serve the customers in this way these days. 5 stars for them and 1 star for Toyota Fort Wayne.

Worst experience here ever. Used to have friendly, helpful staff. 1. I asked for a battery connector. Young lady at counter said she didn't know what that was, never seen one before. I wasn't mad about that. It was that she made 0 effort to look for one either on the computer or in store. That's all she said! 2. Guy behind me ask for a light that they didn't have. No big deal. But they didn't look it up in the computer didn't offer to buy him one didn't even look it up at another store. They did give him directions to AutoZone though. So sad it's hilarious. I won't be back

Came home for a day so my dad could help me replace my brakes, so we didn t have much time to get them done. Took the rotors in first thing in the morning and Justin the manager said he could have them turned in about an hour. He called about a half hour later and said they were ready already. When we got there, he had everything ready to go for us. Super quick, just what we needed! Rotors looked great.

I have given two stars because they have lots of stuff on the shelves if you know EXACTLY what you want or need. I stopped in today with a picture of the label on top of a battery I needed to replace. They asked me what the car is. I told them a Town and Country but wasn't sure of the year. They sold me a battery. I drove across town and it did not fit. I drove back across town and told them it didn't fit. They asked me what car. I told them everything I know and gave the part number and specs to match. They cavitated on that and gave up. I asked for a refund so I could go somewhere else. He handed me cash when I clearly paid on a card. No apology, just excuses. Thanks guys, that's ANOTHER trip, to the bank this time, to make up for your utter lack of effort and professionalism. I decided to cut my losses and go to another store where they quickly found the battery I needed. There was a real nice lady working at O'Reillys who seemed to understand how pathetic these guys are. I kept my mouth shut and left rather than get mean. THIS is why I use Rock Auto.

Got a new battery and got my charging system checked, the gentleman that assisted me was informing me of what my car needed and the cost of the part . . . . And that's the main reason I go to O'reilly's knowledge and service haven't ever gotten a grumpy person that didn't want to do his job like other auto parts stores . . . .

I was in from out of town and needed a new car battery. Justin was so helpful and knowledgeable on which battery my car needed. When I returned the old battery the Check Engine light was on the dashboard. Justin checked it out and said everything was ok. He was so kind and I truly appreciate his help in making this burden a pleasant one!

The guys at the store are always really friendly with my Grandpa, and they greet him with his first name. He likes going in O'Reily better than other parts stores, because the customer service is better. That's why it's my preferred local Auto parts store as well.

Im a business owner myself so I give credit where credit is due for good and even great service. This is my first time making sure I go out of my busy day to inform those of the lack of customer service your going to receive at this particular establishment. These employees here are more than open about their lack of knowledge of cars and what to do and will be more than happy to sell you an item without using any type of professional courtesy to make sure of the right product being purchased. I do not recommend this location. Your better off going to Walmart. At least there u know what to expect and can at least find the one person who knows how to do an oil change and knows more about a car than air fresheners that go inside

Poor customer service when trying to work through being sold the incorrect part. The assistant manager was not helpful and insisted on making an error caused by their store into my problem. This employee turned what should have been a simple refund into me taking my business elsewhere.

The two gentlemen that we're working went way above the call of duty to make sure I got the best parts possible for my daughter's car and it saves me $58 in the process. Happy to call this place home

Brought some lint free microfiber cloths. Wiped my car hood once and there was lint all over. Immediately went to return and they refused to return it. The lady at the register would not give me a reason for not accepting the return and when I asked why she accused me of using the item and trying to return it for a refund. I felt very bad being accused for return fraud. I even asked to speak with the manager and she claimed she was in a meeting. I have been shopping here for all my car needs for years and will NEVER again.

Competitive pricing on auto parts. I price shop online before making a purchase and O'Reilly usually has a good price. The location is closer to me than a couple of the other auto parts stores so they usually get my business.

Good people, good parts. A sad day when the retired the software that prints reviews on the trusty Okidata printers (I strangely loved those back in the day). If you open an account you can save even more

I sent my daughter and son in law in to have their battery tested. A younger man about their age (20s) started to test the battery and was stopped by an older man who said that the battery "looked old, so the problem had to be the battery". They left without having it tested or buying a battery. Long story short, I diagnosed a bad alternator on the car, sent them back for the alternator (by this time the older man was gone), added water to the existing battery, problem solved. So apparently they make snap decisions based on how your parts "look", rather than testing them, especially if they think you look gullible. By the way, the cheapest battery for her car was $160. They found one elsewhere for less than half, IN CASE they needed it. I'm not impressed, and I would have to be desperate to offer them any business after this experience.
