This place cares about the customer which is truly hard to find today. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The mechanics do a thorough job. I support this local business.

Went in for an overheating car and was told the repair was going to cost 560 dollars. Wife went in to prepay for the job and it was over 800 dollars! Moved the car to a reputable garage and the job was just over 300. Now I am stuck with over 200 dollars in charges including a restock fee of 64 dollars when the parts charge from the other place was less than half than these con artists. Telling everyone I know and the BBB that this place will cheat you!!! Update: I sent an email to the business per the response and have yet to hear back after giving my contact info. Apparently the response is only there so they look like they actually want to resolve the issue without actually DOING anything.Service: Auto maintenance

Runnnnn especially if you purchased a vehicle through Premier Auto. Whole door panel came off due to there negligence of a repair last month. Had to take it back a second time to get fixed and end up a few days later the problem is still there. Had to go to another shop and they fixed everything Neighborhood Auto was suppose to fix. They literally rigged up my door panel on my driver side last month. Today took it into the shop and they called and told Greg at Premier that the door handle on the outside is broken. Of course they didnt mention it was because they didn t properly put my door panel back together last month. Which was verified by there mechanic. So now I have to pay to get the door handle repaired. Car is misfiring and the engine light keeps coming on and off even have codes from auto zone. Went back and told Greg nothing is wrong so now i have to look somewhere else which i have a great repair shop Jose Auto but thats not my warranty shop. Not to mention I just purchaser the vehicle March 4. This is the 4th time it has been to the shop only 3 times at this particular shop. Then tried to give my bf pictures instead of a printout or just proof that I was there and what all was done. Didnt want to give me anything but will send Premier Auto everything. Josh knew that it was because of their negligence why the door handle is broken is because of them not properly fixing the panel.

Top notch service center. I've brought multiple vehicles here for a variety of reasons and always had a great experience. The work has always been done quickly and correctly at reasonable prices. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Its been a few days since I was in the Garage. These guys are awesome. We worked out an arrangement where I was able to get my brakes done and change oil in preparation for fall and winter. An excellent business location. The shop is clean and professional. They did excellent work and the car stops on a dime. They took really good care of me. I will use this shop again. I called and the staff was extremely pleasant and courteous. Scheduled an appt and they called me within a few hours telling me what repairs were needed. The car was fixed within about 4 hours and the bill for the work was very reasonable. Thank you and so glad your are in our area. Will call you again for any car repairs that crop up. This is a very good place to have your vehicle service work done!After being told by multiple other shops that I would have to wait 7 to 14 days for service, Neighborhood Auto scheduled me in the next day. The work was completed to my satisfaction and for a fraction of the price I expected to pay. Both gentlemen I interacted with were personable and professional. As an aging Do-It-Yourselfer, I have been looking for a shop with fair pricing and staff whose judgement I can trust. This is the place and will be my "go to" from now on.I would definitely recommend Neighborhood Auto to everyone!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

On three different occasions they were able to get me in the same day once to plug a tire and two other times to replace a valve stem. There prices are more than fair and the location is conveniently located off Stellhorn Road next to Big Lots.

DO NOT GO HERE! YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF! I brought my vehicle in for a suspension diagnosis and an issue with my window not rolling up. I was told the diag would be around $45 for about a half hour of labor, and dropped my vehicle off around 9am. I had to call at 1pm to find out what was going on and was told the tech would call me when he got back. 90 min later, I'm told that I need a new window motor and compressor for my suspension, but they hadn't even ordered parts yet. Then they told me the diag was over $90 but they did put my window back up until they could get the part and the amount would be applied towards the balance of work, almost 1100. I was told that the compressor would need to be replaced before they could troubleshoot anything else. Long story short, I paid for an hours worth of labor for them to spend 5 minutes figuring out what they could bill me for. I know this because even though they told me that my window motor needed replaced, I had accidently rolled it down out of habit and found that it still goes up and down just fine. The compressor for the suspension is in plain site, so nothing was taken apart, and my door panel still had my personal items in it which would not be the case if they took it off to look at the motor. They will bill you for labor never performed and just take a guess with replacing parts on your dollar. Imagine the fact that their card machine didn't work while I was there and had to pay cash, which you can't dispute as well....
