Everyone has to stop at a NAPA store now and then.The staff is very helpful when you are looking (.in my case, " a thing." I never know what the "thing" is called... it usually under the hood ) . Staff is very good at finding the thing you are looking for. ( hint a picture on your phone saves a lot of time

One stop and shop they get you what you need first time.not like other stores..

I bought a battery in Michigan on 1/4/21 and had to get a replacement battery on 1/14/22 due to it not holding a charge. Assuming I was getting a New battery, the same problems arose. I took it to a mechanic and he informed me that I was given a 2 year old battery..Quite a Rip off Napa has going on.... Buyer Beware!

I walked in and was looking for a specific product. I circled around the store several times. Not one associate asked if I needed assistance. I finally found what I was looking for and walked to counter to purchase. Finally I was acknowledged by Steven and he took my credit card. As I'm trying to check out he and another associate carry on a conversation. I almost decided to just walk out. I needed the item I'm waiting to purchase.They were unfriendly and I felt they were rude to me. I was a paying customer. I deserved to be treated as such. That was my first and last visit to this store. I also paid much much more than I would have elsewhere. I will not patronize this store again ever.

While I cannot speak on some of the other stores simply because I don t frequent them, I most certainly can say 150% that this particular Napa on Bluffton Rd in Quimby Village, most definitely IS and has been for at least the last 8 years, AMAZING!!!!!The Customer Service has NEVER ONCE failed to exceed my expectations, they show such interest and integrity in all that they do, whether it s within a one dollar price range, or several hundred dollars. Either way, you are the bottom goal instead of the cost; which soo many different other companies advertise on, but always seem to fall way short on Especially when it comes to you!THANKS, Napa For -ALWAYS- Delivering A Quality Experience!!!(FYI When I came in today it was literally only for a set of brake light bulbs on my Kia, and YES, the service was absolutely fantastic! It just goes to show the difference between a job, versus loving what you do and those whom you do it for)

I stopped here for a battery I was trying to find the other day. I've shopped here several other times and honestly have to take a star off for cleanliness. I know it's an auto part store but the merchandise feels out of place and it just feels a little dirty. They didn't have what I needed and I won't fault them for that but I left with a somewhat uneasy feeling.

Amazing service by Ben at NAPA on Bluffton Road. I was about to start a move across the country and my car battery died the morning of. Ben not only helped me find the parts I needed, but also installed the battery for me since I had never done it before, used some neutralizer to help offset some corrosion, and even ran back out before I drove away once he realized he didn't tighten something completely down. All this knowing that I wouldn't be coming back to the store since I was moving away. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Visit this location frequent. Awesome staff. Very friendly. They do not hesitate to come around the counter to help find what you need or they'll get it themselves.

This store went out of their way so Android could get what was needed in an must run situation. The manager made sure we got the part we needed as soon as he could get it there... You don't see that very often. Thank you guys
