I purchased a used car and was wanting to have an inspection to give me peace of mind. I was referred here by a friend after sharing some horrible dealings I've had with other service places in town. They were extremely friendly, professional and detailed. Definitely exceeded my expectations and I would recommend them. I never write reviews but the positive experience I had here prompted me to share!

I scheduled an appointment, went in today and was not impressed with the front desk lady, Tammy. When i arrived I told her my name and car and she had no idea what my service was for despite pulling up our account. Attempting to make light of our repair and situation, she made snarky comments towards us. Since she was confused and needed help, she had another guy step in and take over, who was amazing with handling our service. Even while being behind me and at a different computer, she continued to make comments.

Replaced a rear brake caliber and needed a simple brake system bleed, stated several times I wanted all 4 calibers done. Shortly after got a text for $1400 repair, went back and they did not bleed the brakes but poured a little brake fluid in my brake booster and wanted to replace that and master cylinder. Mechanic realized I wasn't going for it and took the car back into the bay and bled all 4 calibers as I stood there and watched, brake pedal came up and feels good. Had to pump the fluid out my booster when I got home. I don't recommend this place at all, especially if you don't have a good knowledge on automotive repair scams. This happened on 04-8-24

I just got a set of wheels and tires for my charger and had them balanced. The balance itself seems to be good, but I didn t like that the silver weights were put in such obvious places on the satin/low-gloss black wheels. They stick out like a sore thumb. I am aware that it s not necessarily their fault, I just wish the program used telling them where to put the weights accounted for hiding the weights behind the spokes of the wheels.

So, 1st let me give Kudos to the mechanics and the Service Reps because the service here is outstanding. Shane not only made me feel like he understood the issues I was having with my truck but he actually took the time to listen and didn't make me feel silly for not using the correct terms or for not completely knowing what I was talking about.lol He was patient, kind and by the time we they were done with everything they felt more like family, than just mechanics.They were actually honest with me about the issues I was having with my truck and for that I am so grateful. Then to top it all off, Meineke actually sends you a complete run down of everything that's wrong with your vehicle including pictures and explanations, which I can truly appreciate and honestly allows you to trust what they're saying. So, when I say you guys have gained a forever customer/adopted sister, I mean every single word. So, Thank you all for your service, I appreciate every single one of you and I'll definitely be recommending you guys to all of my family and friends..

Most honest car dealership I ve been too. Went in thinking I needed new brakes, they were honest after they checked and said I was good. Went back because of it to get wheels rotated, they did a free service of taking some rust off of one of my wheels. The man working the front, I believe his name is Shane, goes above and beyond to do things the right way. Highly recommend.

They really went up and above for me. Discovered a very serious problem, would not allow me to drive the car (driveshaft). The mechanic brought me home. Car done next day! Thank you all for your graciousness, explanations and service!

I had a wonderful experience. The guy inside was the sweetest and communicated everything better than I could ask for. They ended up having to reorder parts for me and overnight shipped them so it was ready the next morning. They said they could cover the cost of the extra pieces and I got my car back with no issues. Will probably come back in the future.

Very friendly welcome as a new customer. Shane was very easy to understand about what was going on with the engine light on my Nissan Murano. Definitely going back for oil changes, tires, brakes, etc.

Horrible experience. Took it in for a seat motor being bad. Told them the seat motor was bad and they quoted me for a wiring harness. I told them not to do the job and when I got it home I got my test light out and tested for power and ground. The wiring to that motor that was bad had both power and ground. When you hit the switch you can hear and see that motor trying to work. Anyone with common sense would know that the problem with that is in the seat motor. After I proved their theory wrong about the wiring being bad, I called the manager, Shane. Shane proceeded to tell me that my test light was broken and he stuck by his story that the wiring harness was bad. They tried to get me to pay them an arm and a leg for a wiring harness that isn t broken. I took the car to a Chevy dealer and they replaced the motor with no problem after Meineke told me it was the wiring. So fed up with Meineke s service. I will never take another vehicle to them and I think they should go out of business forever.

They don't have any idea what they are doing. I tried to get my heater working in my truck and they replaced things that didn't need to be replaced, charged me for it, and never got my heater fixed. They told me that a heater core flush wouldn't work and after they did all the other stuff they came back and said it probably needs a flush. Waisted about 2 weeks messing with these guys and about $250. I would highly recommend going someplace else.

Fast, Fast, Fast Service all the way around. I called for a car battery. They didn't have it on hand. Jason, offered to have the battery ordered and replaced the same day, but I couldn't make it in until the following morning. I dropped my car off at 7:00 am and placed my key in the KEY DROP BOX. My car was done before lunch. I went over and picked it up from Shane; who greeted me with a smile. Great Customer Service!!!

I made an appointment for an oil change and good look over. I guess things are okay, but I am not sure because I immediately ran out of windshield wiper fluid after the full service change. So did they do a complete job? No...given this, I would not recommend.

This is the second large repair needed for one of my cars at this location. We worked through the repairs needed to meet my budget. They even went to the effort to get the repairs done in time for me to have the car to drive to work. Great service from the team.

absolutely trust these guys. i had come in with the suspicion that my alternator had gone out and they informed me that it was only a loose power cable to the positive terminal on the battery and charged me nothing. They re very honest!

It was weird. When I pulled in to the garage there were no other cars there with 2 workers not doing anything. It turns out it took about an hour to complete the oil change and another 30 minutes waiting for the air filter to be delivered...all in 90 minutes for an oil change and air filter....reminded me of the 70s....we went back in time 50 years.

YOur technician found 2 things that should be replaced very soon and I only found out about them the next day when I got the report via email. Why didn't someone tell me when I was there! I could have gotten them replaced without making another trip. VERY disappointed!

Meineke provided amazing service! Shane and Nathan (i think thats how you spell their names <3) were extremely friendly. Shane was very accommodating and walked me through everything i did not understand. Nathan was very friendly and helped set up my appointment kind of last minute. They went above and beyond and i hope they know they really helped me out. :)

thought I had a bad starter. but turns out it was just a battery so dead that even the tow truck driver couldn t jump it. they easily could have charged me for a new starter install but they didn t. just put in a new battery. and they got to it same day without an appointment and showing up unannounced with my Tahoe on the back of a tow truck.

I got an oil change at Meineke and was able to schedule online, they were friendly and helpful, and I was pleasantly surprised by the price. The waiting room was stocked with water, candy, a charging station, and they had wifi so I sat and watched Ted Lasso and before I knew it my car was ready!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
