Very pleased with the work done on my truck at McMahon in New Haven. I have been taking my truck to McMahon for repairs off and on for the last 10 years. They keep my 2003 S10 ZR5 running whenever I have issues.

I'll begin with the fact I had my Dodge 1500 and my Volvo VNL 300 Semi in the New Haven, Indiana McMahons Best One shop on the same day. Next I have to say it was awesome! They completed multiple jobs on both vehicles and had them both ready by mid-afternoon, and with satisfactory outcomes! Thank you all @ McMahons Best One!

Don't waste your time getting a DOT inspection. They failed my truck and trailer. Don't get me wrong I had a out of service issue on the truck maybe a $300 dollar repair. But they came up with about $7k worth of things wrong and had it checked elsewhere andnothing wrong with the items listed. P.S. when I told the shop forman I would bring it back and crawl under it with him and prove it he said don't bother he would rather I never come back.

The alignment techs are retarded all they want to do is sell parts don't ever take your car to him after rebuilding the whole front end with all new parts I had my son take it in there for a simple alignment they tell him the front needs new struts they don't even realize that a Jetta doesn't have solid mount struts they float never again this is the second time they've tried to screw me two months ago they tried to sell me rear struts on my Audi A4 when it doesn't even have rear struts I don't suggest anybody takes a car there for mechanical work or alignment they obviously don't have a clue

These guys are great to work with and have helped us with so many nails in tires & getting tires. The best part.. McMahons ( all locations) are fast & friendly . You are in & out in no time. We will continue call on McMahons for our vehicle repair needs.

If there was a 0 that is what I would give them took my truck in to get a rotation for the tires and they did good with that but then asked then if they could do an alignment and replace the front axle seal on my 2500 dodge ram they said yes we are confident that their mechanic could do the work two days later we get the call that they couldn t do the work and then still charged me 48.00 for nothing and also put used lubricant in my axle which had leaves and other materials in it which was shown to us by Glenbrook Dodge, when we had the work actually done the same day that we got the truck back from McManns best one on Coliseum Blvd., Fort Wayne, IN

WORST PLACE TO GET A TIRE PLUGGED ! went here to get a tire plugged due to getting something stuck in it. They didn t even put glue on the rope to keep it in place. Came right out. Within 2 miles had to stop 3 times to air in the tire . Bought 2 cans of fix-a-flat and more. Spent 50$ for nothing. Pretty sad you can t depend on them . Won t come back they lost my business

For the service I had done and the double time it took them to do it It was over priced. A complete ripoff. I will never go back nor recommend them to anyone. Over $50 to have 1 trailer tire and 2 zero turn tires mounted on rims. Never going back.

I had Mom's truck towed in because of a dead battery. We were called 30 minutes later that they had the car and deciphered it was definitely a dead battery and they would have it fixed before the end of day. It was nearly 4 by this time and we knew they closed at 5. As soon as I was done at work, we headed there and they had just pulled the truck out. Super impressed!! We have never been here before but we will definitely be back!!Service: Battery

Outstanding service. I had a tire that urgently needed replaced and I called them in the morning , dropped off my car and they had it repaired by the time I got off work. This is the second time I had a tire issue, different tires that needed replaced immediately and both times the service was amazing. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I needed my oil changed, air filter, complete check, of tires, fluids as Im taking a long road trip. My tire was rubbing on the wheel well protective cover and this fixed so it's not rubbing. So happy. Friendly, helpful service, very very reasonable price's. I'm from a very dry state and not use to this humidity so thought my air conditioning wasn't working right, they checked it for me and there was no problem with it...gave me tips on how to run the air so much cooler in the car now, and didn't charge me. I'm so grateful. I have an older car. I recommend McMahons for all services on vehicles.

Went there because car was making some noise going over some bumps. They said struts and tie rod were bad. They also loosened my oil plug to the point it was dripping steady.Took the car back to my regular shop...they said struts were bad but didn't see any reason whatsoever to change a tie rod. And questioned the mechanics knowledge. Instead they changed out my sway bar links and control arms, along with the struts.And solved the issue I was having. Too bad cause this shop could've gotten a pretty penny out of me if they knew what they were doing. DONT TRUST THIS MECHANIC. Hopefully the coolant flush I had from them was done correctly...only time will tell I guess.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Very close to my house and trust them completely. I once again went again for an oil change and a tire leak and were honest about what was done and told me that my tires were getting to the point that I will need new ones in due time. I ALWAYS enjoy going in, yeah sometimes it's a pain to wait but no worries. I'll keep coming back. Keep up the GOOD work.

My motorhome blew a tire during a Spring Break trip. When I got back to Fort Wayne, I decided to replace the tire that was blown and the three remaining tires. They have great prices, friendly and quick service. They even took down the blown tire in the spare tire holder and put the good spare back in place for me.Service: TiresService: Tires

Got some new to me wheels for my pickup truck and wanted to swap my tires. Reasonable price for service and when they started on my wheels they pointed out I needed different lugs than my stock wheels (used American racing wheels). They had the type I needed in stock at their other location and had them delivered in time for my service to finish. Two young fellas worked on my truck and were both very courteous and professional.

1 of the few places that I trust to work on my truck or trailer . They always do great work and very reasonable on price . I have had suspension work done with them . Tires , brakes pm,s , axle shafts They got a great friendly staff . If you are looking for a trustworthy shop they are what you are looking for. When I leave their shop I know my truck is legal and safe to go .Service: Oil change

Absolutely top-notch service. Second generation tire alignment technician. Some of the best guys in the tire business. And now they've added mechanic work as well. Truly a One Stop and Shop for big truck service and repair.

Had a tire blowout a few miles down the road I was in and out with a new tire in under 20 minutes and they billed it through our local best one shop very happy

Tom Smith was extremely positive and gave excellent customer service. I was able to get in right right away for my tire rotation and balance. The entire was very helpful and addressed all of my needs. I m will be telling all of my friends about the wonderful customer I received. This is the only tire shop I will use in the future. Keep up the good work!

Called and asked for everything included; price, tax, road hazard, mount and balance, alignment, etc.. Dropped off the vehicle night before so there would be no issues out of respect for their time. Appt. Was for 9:30 a.m., get a call at 7:28 a.m. (didn't bother me, I get up at 6) asking if we want the lettering in or out, then a call at 11:00 to say it was ready for pick up. Get there and they have a list of repairs that "need addressed". Then asked if i want road hazard, I said it should have been included in the quote, it was not she said and they asked for more money. I decided i didnt trust them any longer so chose no road hazard. Then my bill was still over $45 more than quoted and the response was, "that is what it rings up to". The difference was they didnt even include tax in their quote. Happy with the quality of workmanship, happy with the tires themselves, but sick of being misled or outright lied to, to "get the sale."
