10 STARZ for this establishment! Jeff (OTR), thank you brother for the amazing steadfast service!!!!This crew will get you dialed in with no doubt.I blew the beet juice from my rear tire on my Kubota Tractor and called McMahons because they have serviced my tires and vehicles in the past. They took my Kubota to service the broken valve stem with no question. And you ll see in the photo what a hot mess it was. I was in and out in an hour, tops!!!! BRAVO & ATA BOY!!!! Thank you Jeff!!! Do not use this establishment. Multiple call backs on the same vehicle. My employee was driving it the first time and it wasn t drivable the balance was so bad. 12-15 weights in on front passenger tires and 0 of drivers side They said they test drove it after installing $1600 worth of tires. Not possible bc it would hardly go down the road without uncontrollable shaking. It s a well maintained 2015 commercial vehicle. Less than 2 weeks later the rear passenger dually almost fell of while my employee was hauling 6,000 lbs of salt. Could have easily been catastrophic. 6/8 lugnuts were less than finger tight. 2 of those were loose in the assimilator cap. They asked if I came back for the 50-100 mile retorque. Mind you I was just there two weeks ago and that was supposed to have been done and no further work had been performed. They would not fix it or stand behind their mistake. Even at the possible expense of injuring one of my employees. Over a ten year customer never again..pictures are of what my QUALIFIED dealership mechanic found when he removed the hubcap..

Awesome place to have alignments and tires done on semis! The team took great care of us and also let us use a bay to have a winshield replaced by a third party!! Amazing customer service! I'm gunna spread the word and will definitely be back for all my tire and alignment needs! Awesome alignment tech!

The staff there are awesome. And they are very doggie friendly. Gave my big boy extra treats cause it was his birthday. We where in and out within an hour.

I will not deal with these people. I simply requested a quote and was denied because their retail department is not open on Saturday. How do you even keep business when you are denying to run a quote while your sitting at a desk doing NOTHING productive.

Just a heads up..I took my car in to get the two front tires replaced and McMahon damaged the center. They're refusing to do anything. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO McMahon on Coliseum. I knew I should have taken it back the the place that replaced my rear tires. Travis was the manager that told me this

Called for an alignment appointment a week out. Told them what vehicle it was. Showed up for the appointment, the blonde woman at the front and a mechanic made fun of our lowered vehicle. Made us wait 40min, and then told us that they did NOT have the special tool to align it.. that we would have to come back a different day. Very disappointed.

McMahons is the worst place ever if I could give them 0 Stars I Would I took my truck there to have a Coolant Flush done and Travis and his Mechanics Busted My Hood Release to my Truck and Wouldn't do Nothing to Fix It and make it Right They Suck and there Incompetent Big Time I'll never take my truck back to them ever again !

called to see how long it would take for a service truck got transferred 3 times and was told 2 to 3 hours for a service truck to just come remove a rim like McMahon bought everyone and has places everywhere what type of service is that?

Michael is fantastic and really took care of my F350. This is my second set of tires and wont go anywhere else! BFG All Terrain K02's 35-12 1/2 -18When only 3 of my tires showed up he sent me home with his co.car! If that's not great customer service I dont what is! Customer for life here.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THEM!!! I paid 150$ for an oil change and wiper blades for my car. They didn t do the oil change or replace the oil filter that they charged me for. Plus left my car so low on oil that I had to pay 550$ in repairs because of the lack of oil in the engine. BEWARE

We were on our way home from Indy at 4:45pm when our tire started leaking. They got us right in and fixed fast. The waiting room was clean as were the bathrooms. A changing table in the bathroom would of been nice but that's our only small complaint. All in all a good experience on what could of been a very bad day.Service: TiresService: Tires

This place is great,friendly service straight to the point..can in needing a tire change, by choice got my self 2 new tires.still lest then $900.An they have other locations..an they recap tire at this location..

Always exceptional service, without exception. There have been several times that I thought work maybe needed done on my vehicle and they could ve easily completed the work and charged me for it, but instead told me that it was not necessary. It s a great feeling to have a mechanic that knows what they re doing with Integrity. I recommend these guys to everyone and will always go back! In need of a tire repair and wheel alignment. Jacob got me scheduled the next day. Upon drop off he gave me an estimated time of completion and he ended up being within 4 minutes of that time. As I was in the waiting room another customer was getting an alignment done - but didn t need it - so I heard him explain there would be no charge. Honesty...Got in my van and was able to drive without my hands on the wheel down the straight away for a bit (not recommended).The alignment was $40 less than another place I called.I completely trust McMahon.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

I would give this a 5 star rating but because of Brian's lack of customer service it's gonna be a one star! Have been Getting all my alignments done here for 15 years and today I had a 9:30 appointment got here at 9:15 and checked in with Brian! He never told Mark that I was here went back in @ 11 and just so happened that one of the alignment guys was in the office! He told me they have been waiting on me since 9 and told me Brian never said word! Next I'll bypass Brian and just ask for mark which has way better communication skills than Brian! Not sure how Brian got his job with the lack of people skills he has!!! Will be coming back but not dealing with Brian ever again!!!!!!!

Very happy with their work.They were right on top of communicating with me about when my tires arrived, and appointment scheduling. Because I have a valuable vintage car, I wanted to be sure that they were very careful when moving and working on it. They were!I heartily recommend this shop (I used the Coliseum Blvd location)!

Was on 69 when steering wheel started vibrating. Called and they said to bring it in to assess. 1 1/4 hours later it was diagnosed, price quoted and repaired. Was heading to an Airbnb and they saved the day! They were courteous and professional. The price seemed reasonable for the repair. And best of all. The problem was fixed!

I've been using McMahon's for well over 15 years. Always been more than satisfied. Worst thing I have ever experienced,waiting.Not because of them! Because I failed to make an appointment. They still try to get you services and down the road in a most timely fashion. NEVER have I once got the feeling I was just an account or an imposition to them.They have stayed late just to fix a flat before. And regular service is on track.Been tech savvy a long time. But when I do need help....I KNOW I can depend upon McMahon's advice and experience. THANKS GUYS!

They got me in right away and fixed my window. Weather was bad and the next day was freezing rain, so I was pleased it was done. They were polite, professional and did a great job. The lounge was clean, roomy and comfortable, and also had amenities. Highly recommend.

I am amazed at how quickly they were ale to get my car fixed. The customer service from Jacob was outstanding. I had to call a couple of time to ask questions and he was so patient with me. Great prices and service will have me returning for sure. Can't imagine going anywhere else after my first time experience today!

This review just reflects my individual experience here. Overall, the place seems to have very good customer care and knowledgeable workers.I called in and asked if they are able to align a lowered car and I specified my car's setup. After they verified with their techs that it'll be 100% okay, I made an appointment. I took off about an hour of work and took an Uber to work and back to the shop. Unfortunately they aren't able to handle a lowered car like they said, so I ended up wasting money and some time.They were apologetic, and i'm sure my experience would have been good with a stock car.

I was able to get my car in here on my day off from work. They had the parts needed to fix it on hand and had it done about 6 hours after I dropped it off. It rides so much better now! The tech at the service counter kept me updated on their progress and got me checked out quickly. Would recommend!

This is the second time I ve taken one of our vehicles into McMahon. I needed two new tires and an oil change. I worked with Jacob and he was very professional. I like to run a certain type of oil in my vehicles and he said bring it on in we ll provide the filter. There was some chatter on the front passenger side and I asked them take a good look at it. After it was all said and done they had a list of parts that I needed in order to get it fixed. My whole experience was excellent and I will continue to take my vehicles to McMahon s.
