In November of 2023, I purchased 4 new tires from Best One in New Haven. I was very impressed with the customer service and the price. The estimate I was given and the final cost was $80.00 LESS that what I was quoted. A few days ago, I called the Best One in New Haven to schedule an oil change. They had no openings but they called other Best Ones to find me an opening! That is true customer service! The oil change I had at the St. Joe Center Rd location was also first rate. I feel like a VIP whenever I deal with them.

Always EXPERT care, AFFORDABLE prices, HONEST, INNOVATIVE, and FRIENDLY staff.I have been a patron of Berger's on St. Joe Road in Fort Wayne (...now, "McMahon's Best-One Tire & Auto Care") for over 20 years. I will never go anywhere else.Adam is one of the most trustworthy, dependable, and virtuous managers I've ever had the pleasure to do business with.He truly looks out for his clients and finds ways to get them on the road safely, expeditiously, and affordably.He is very resourceful and knows his business inside and out. I can't say enough good things about him, his garage, and his staff.

Took volkswagen to have new battery and a service, They got us in immediately and were so helpful, we don't intend to use any other service but McMahon's.

The guys at McMahon's are so great. All of them were professional, gave very sound advice for someone who doesn't know much about cars, and got me the car back in less than 24 hours. Highly recommend and will be using again when my car needs a fix.

I got an unexpected flat tire right outside of the shop. The team was very accommodating of me and my my toddler. One lady helped my son get a hot chocolate while I talked to the front desk. Very kind and helpful. Got my tire replaced in a quick manner. Very happy with my experience.

Mcmahon's was great for us! We had an a/C issue with a new vehicle, and they were able to analyze the problem quickly, were thorough, and communicated with us extensively. They were even able to finish the work early for us as well. I had a great experience and will return again in the future.

No way will I give these guys my endorcement. I'm a retired mechanic of 27 yrs experience. So I know when the wool is getting pulled over your eyes.They charged me $382 !!! To just change my thermostat, flush the radiator, and add 3 gallons of coolant. What can you say, if you disagree they keep your vehicle until you do pay and this happened on Friday. They are closed on Saturday so i would have ended up waiting until Monday.I wished like hell I would have taken my wrenches along with me now. It wouldn't have cost me more than $100.Unbelievable. Taking advatage of stranded motorist like this.McMahon's gets an F in my bookPS.I am a cancer patient and drive a 90 mile round trip every day and need my car it's our only ride, and can't afford trumped up charges like this. McMahon's bill sucks big time.

They were very nice and got my vehicle work done in a reasonable time. My only issue is that I found out my car requires synthetic oil. So my oil change was about twice the cost I was expecting. But that isn't their fault.

Brought my car in due to it making a click noise when trying to start. Jeremy checked out my car and told me the problem was in the starter. They then recommended me back to the dealer as my car was still under warranty. Thanks to Adam, Chapin, and Jeremy they saved me a bunch of money. Good job guys!

Very disappointed! Do not use this place!!! Made an appointment to get my vehicle checked out before I was going to buy it. They check it and charged me for it. They said everything was good. Not even two days later my AC unit only works for 20mins then blows hot air. I made another appointment and they charged me to check it again?!? They said your AC compressor is bad and charged me $900.00 to fix it. Then they said they would have the shuttle pick me up. He never came to pick me up! My family and I have been going there for years. I feel cheated, I thought a single mother could trust them to check a car out before I bought it. Nope they do not care and they just charge you more to check it again and more to fix it! I am still waiting for the owner to call me. Please do not trust them, they do not care about you or your car. They just want your money that is it!Service: Air conditioning

Made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, got there and I was in and out in no time at all. Quick, reasonably priced, nice GUYS to deal with. Most definitely going back.

I was able to get my vehicle in for service the same day I called in and was fixed the same day at a reasonable price,the service writer and tech were professional and courteous I will go back again for other services.

WARNING DO NOT GO HERE:I marked my oil filter to verify, if the filter was changed. It was NOT.The oil was changed or possibly just topped off.Go elsewhere or do it yourself like I'm going to for now on.No need for a response from management.

They got me in without an appointment, diagnosed the problem in a short time, called me to let me know the cost to fix it, fixed it and had me out the door, same day! I'll be back for sure.

I would definetly recommend Berger. I recently had my son's car repaired here. Not being familiar with the area it was pretty scary having car trouble and not sure who to trust. I was referred to them by the tow truck driver. I spoke to Ken and he was very kind . He made me feel comfortably and about the work I needed done. They were reasonably and very timely. Great customer service even from there receptionist. My son was able to use the shuttle service which was a awesome perk! I'll be returning for all maintenance needs to my car. Thanks Ken and the Berger team for awesome customer service!!!

Horrible service! Had an appointment for an oil change at 10 am. 11:30 am I left without an oil change. When I called for my "appointment" she told me morning appointments fill up fast. Why? Another person in there had been there since 9 am!Terrible way to do business. (Used to be a good place but not anymore!)

I took my car in for an oil change. There are a bunch of guys that come into my workplace. I felt confident that I would be taken care of. Unfortunately/ Fortunately my legs are long the tech that drove my car wasn't as endowed as I am. So my seat wouldn't work to go back at all only forward! I made a call back to them and was told to please come back for some help. Josh and I believe Jeremy were able to figure the problem out and get me back on the road for my 50th birthday! So guys Thank You for making it possible that I got Absolutely Laid on My Birthday! It was a good time and only possible because of you !!
