BEWARE OF THIS PLACE, THEY WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU!Unfortunately, this place cannot be trusted and is added to my list of companies that will scam you! A few days ago, my check engine light came on, but my car was still working fine. I called this location to see if I could get my car in. I saw the reviews on Google plus this location is close to my home/work. The man I talked to on the phone was super nice and answered all my questions. He scheduled an appointment for me the next day.The next day, I dropped my car off and within a few hours they called and told me that my throttle body was full of coolant; and the charge air cooler failed, and needs replace. They stated on the phone that they inspected my car and saw these issues. They told me it would be $1,638 to fix this (with labor and supplies included).I decided to take my car to Bob Ford Thomas North to have them take a look at it to see if some of the parts had a warranty on them. I gave Ford the diagnosis paper that McMahon s gave me on what was wrong with my car. A few hours later, Ford called me sounding confused on the phone. They asked me if I had McMahon s fix the issues on the sheet. I told them I did not since I did not want to pay $1600. Ford said that they looked at the issues that McMahon stated on the sheet and found nothing wrong with my car. They said the coolant levels were good and there was no coolant in the throttle. They also stated that if this really did happen, I would not be able to drive my car because there would be smoke coming out of the hood of the car.I was hoping to put my trust into a company that would know what they were doing and would not rip people off. Unfortunately, that is not true for this company! They were trying to scam me out of $1600 and I almost fell for it. I did pay $140 for them to look at my car and come up with a lie!I m a female in my 20s, so they thought they could make easy money off me! Now, I wonder how many other people they scammed. I will never come back to this place and will be going to Ford from now on! I will also be letting other people know that McMahon s will scam you, so take your car somewhere else!Included in this post is all the paperwork that McMahon s and Ford gave me! I don t think you need any more proof than that! Shame on you McMahon s!

Always incredibly helpful, and discusses all options with you prior to doing anything to the car. Honest, efficient, and an absolute pleasure every encounter I have been there. You can get a text of what needs done, sorted by priority and necessity. Prices are fair, and with an appointment you can be in and out fairly quickly. They also offer a shuttle service to drop you off AND pick you up when your vehicle is finished. Keep up the good work, McMahon.

One of the friendliest places I've ever had my vehicle serviced. There was a slight issue with the repair the same night I picked it up. I called them and they were very apologetic and tried really hard to get my vehicle back in that night, but other obligations didn't allow for it. I dropped it off after hours and picked it up the next day. They admitted it was their issue and again offered their sincere apologies. If it wasn't for the inconvenience it caused I would have given 5 stars.

I dropped my vehicle off at 11:45 am for an oil change and they said it would be a 2 hour wait which I said would be fine because I had to go back to work. I told them I would be back at 5:00 to pick up and they said it would be done by then. I got there at 5:15 and they were just pulling it into the garage. So it ended up taking them 5 1/2 hours for them to take my vehicle back and change the oil. Nothing else. And it the cost has gone up by over $25 since they changed owners/ business name. I will not be taking our vehicles back there again.

Stopped in to make an appointment to have my AC diagnosed (it was blowing total hot air - no cooling at all). McMahon got me in that afternoon, confirmed it had zero coolant, confirmed the compressor looked OK, refilled the coolant and added a dye so we could find the leak later. Quick, efficient, and affordable - with a path to finding the root cause.

We had two vehicles serviced here in the same week. One of the vehicles is a modified domestic van for a wheelchair which has to be in top condition and reliable. The other is a Mercedes. Both of these vehicles were taken care of in a professional and timely manner. Used to take our vehicles here in the past when it was Bergers and trusted them. We have the same trust now with McMahon. Really do like the live text updates on the vehicle status supported by real phone calls from Becky. Great experience and will be bringing another vehicle for service soon. Thank you for being reliable, trustworthy and professional.

1st time under this new name. Had oil changed there in April when it was Berger and paid $43. Oil change last week was $82. Was the 1st person there and took 1hr! They removed my tire sticker from my windshield! They did NOT reset my oil change light so had to google to find out how to reset. Overall oil change is done but not the experience I was used too at Berger :(

Oil change service took close to an hour. One bay was available when I pulled in. Service was performed properly. A bit on the expensive side. Berger used to vacuum and clean windows, check all fluids. Not on McMahon's watch. Good customer service is a thing of the past.

Had issues with our Dodge Journey. Clanking noise in the front end. We had planned on just dropping it off on a Saturday for them to look at first of the week. Called us an hour later said it was done. Bolts were loose tightened, said no charge. We have always gotten great service from Berger Auto. Now with the change over. We are getting that same great service.

Very professional, kind and personally sincere in caring about our concerns in resolving the issue with our vehicle! Absolutely 100% knowledgeable and more in ascertaining problem with vehicle, fixing problem and reaching out to us when work completed and automobile ready for pickup! Thank you is to say the least for job well done and we cannot be more appreciative and grateful! Our recommendations of Mcmahon to others needing service is definitely a plus that we personally would attest to thank you !!

I was there on a Thursday morning for 90 minutes for an oil change. The nice lady at the front desk was the only thing familiar since this is no longer Berger Auto. Also no longer do they do a Parkview employee discount. For my next oil change, I will probably check around for a better deal.

Felt like the prices were too high. I went there when it was Berger, and the prices are basically double. The inspection that came with my services I had to ask and get texted to me because it wasn t sent when I picked up my car. The people working were nice though.

Oil change was $82. Fluids used to be topped off. This was not done. Called when washer fluid was noticed still half full later same day. Was told only washer fluid gets filled now but that didn t happen either.

Toolk car in on an appt I made several days earlier and car wasn't touched until next day. Why the appt then? It then took 12 days to get my car back. No calls or communication unless I called them. The work that was actually done was good.

Went there last week to have my blower motor fixed, Told me I had no electrical to it. They were going to charge me 140 an hour for four hours max. I told him no I would have it looked at somewhere else so they charge me $85. Well I just had it looked at somewhere else and they are charging me $80 to have it looked at also but the difference with them is they are putting in a spark plug for an extra seven dollars and now it works perfectly fine. Thanks for trying to rip me off, you are definitely a place that cannot be trusted.

I had went to previous owners for over 20 years. Wanted to try the new place out. Was told I would be waiting an hour or 1.5 hours max for an oil change. Three hours later I was still waiting. Never notified about what was going on. Going to look for somewhere else.

They were honest. They could have done the work I mistakenly thought was necessary and charged me a lot but they didn't! I drove out of there with some money left in my pocket! I'll be back!

The tires they put onto my vehicle were already out of air, i had to go fill them up. They also tried to charge me $120 for the "Courtesy Alignment". Staff was rude and unprofessional having loud personal conversation in front of customers.

This is the second time I ve paid for the interior vacuum and the exterior windows wash and I didn t get either of them done. I called the manager and he s says come back tomorrow. Why should I be inconvenienced for the 3rd time? I should be offended to be taking care of the right way the next time at their expense. Where is the customer service. We take all 3 of our cars there. Not happy at all. Here is 2 pictures as I just left there. This is not how you treat a paying customer.Service: Oil change

This place recently bought out a different mechanic. They increased all the prices and provided less service when I went for an oil change last week. The receptionist lacks general knowledge and is very off standish. I will not be returning to this mechanic.

Pro's - Rotation of tires was free.Cons - They spilled oil on the engine during the oil change and my car's interior filled up with smoke after a few minutes of driving.

Took it in for brakes was told a whole bunch else was wrong and was quoted 2500. Took it somewhere else and all issues were fixed for 820. Extremely overpriced. Won t be returning

They took me to the cleaners.....went to Burgers for years.....never had a problem. Not so with McMahon's..... don't trust them AT ALL!!!!

Not only is the interior vacuum and window washes gone, but the price of an oil change went up double to more than $80. I will find another place. They were never that polite anyway.
