Incredible experience with Mark's Body Shop from beginning to end. The initial thoroughness of examining all of the options for the repair was very much appreciated. In the end, I took the option that appeared to be the most comprehensive and was amazed when the estimate was over 1/2 of one of their competitors, who by the way did not offer any options or good explanations for the more comprehensive one. The work was done on time and absolutely perfect, with the car looking like it was brand new; no evidence of damage or evidence of repair and perfect color matching of a difficult paint color and treatment. The car was returned to me cleaner than it was when I delivered it to them. Mark's is definitely my go to team for any future work.

Great experience! Cody worked closely with me on exactly what needed to be done. He was always available to me each time I called. Great personal customer attention! I got some extra work done and all repairs were spot on and very quickly done. I can t say enough good things. If you want repairs done right and on time and budget and not feel like a number then Gary s Body shop is for you!

We shopped around Fort Wayne to find the best price since we were paying out of pocket. Mark had the best price by thousands. Super friendly service, and called us as soon as they found a couple more issues that had not been originally quoted. He ended up only charging us for parts and not for labor on the unexpected issues. Truck was done in a week, and it looks perfect.

Quite possibly the best auto body shop in fort wayne. Mark is a true Craftsman with auto body repair. I have taken three of my automobiles there to be repaired. He has matched the paint exact every single time. Now that is talent. Thank you Mark for providing us with such great service for over 25 years.

We took our Toyota Highlander to Marks for some body work on the front fender. He had it completed in less than 2 days. When I went to pick it up it was cleaned to perfection inside and out. Has painted 3 different cars of mine very pleased with job quality. Don't rush good work . my insurance did not want to pay for new parts and he refused to substitute with a junk yard part that was as junk part. He let me know the delay and got a better part. I like to know if it needs done and its not to much extra he will get it done . 20 year old well maintained kid haller 250000 miles looks like new outside. Photo don't show how well the paint texture and color matched.

Had 3 cars painted here. 1 was a complete repaint and 2 were partial. Two were pearl coat and 1 was enamel. There is no better paint shop in Allen county!Service: PaintingService: Painting
