I have a vehicle with a lane sensor in the front windshield. I called this shop because I thought Safelite's prices were high. This shop offered a great price, warned me of using Safelite, and promised they'd use the same windshield manufacturer as OEM. What they didn't tell me was they cannot recalibrate the lane sensor! I have to go to a totally different shop to have the sensor calibrated, which in total would have cost the same as going through Safelite and claiming this through insurance! It took me less than 5 minutes of research to know that the sensor needs to be recalibrated every time the windshield is replaced but Magic Glass says, "sometimes you don't need it, but if you do then give me a call". Why not say that before installing the glass? I would never recommend this shop.

Absolutely awesome place to come for a broken back window. Unfortunately our car window was shot out due to someone being dumb and firing a gun at midnight New Year's Eve. Paul is an awesome guy and did a fantastic job. Only took maybe two hours from start to finish. Highly recommend him and his company

Professional, lowest prices in comparison to other glass companies in area. Chuck, and staff was definitely delightful! Drinks and chips in spacious CLEAN waiting room with t.v.

I wasn't easy to work with. Paul was.I showed up late and was generally kind of an inadvertently difficult customer, but Paul and his crew were really accommodating and easy to get along with. Anyone who says differently must have absolutely unrealistic expectations.

I recently had my truck windshield replaced by Paul and his crew. Everything went great and looks wonderful. I am completely satisfied. In fact now that my car windshield needs replaced I just called for an appointment for it. Great guys to work with.

I recently had a rock fly up and nick my front windshield. I went to Magic Glass and had the owner survey the damage; after which he said he could repair it and I made an early appointment for the next day. The following day I met with the owner early in the morning and he had it repaired in less than an hour. I was very pleased with the service and the cost was very reasonable. If I have any need in the future for auto glass repair, I will give Magic Glass my business.

Guy on the phone was rude and condescending when I called about a quote. Going so far as to laugh at me on the phone when I wasn't satisfied with the price he quoted me since I'd already found it cheaper. My auto insurance recommended me to go through this company I've already called them and told them he will never touch my vehicle even if there's an accident and they want to send it to him just because of the phone conversation.

I stopped by Majic glass on 11/30/20 to have a recent stone chip looked at. Paul was most helpful and professional. He buffed windshield out and told me that I didn't need any repairs done. I totally appreciated his honesty and will recommend and use Majic glass for any future needs.

Great company. Repaired my windshield in 2013 and did a warranty service today! No charge! They stand behind their product and warranty! Staff was pleasant, friendly and helpful!

I had a small chip in my windshield and didn't want it to turn into a big problem. I called, talked to Paul, and he got me right in. They took care of the problem very quickly and it looks great. A truly no hassle fix. Thanks Magic Glass!

The guy i spoke with was very rude to me over the phone. Didn't even bother to listen to what I had to say on what my car needed or what I felt the problem was. then he hangs up on me but befor he does, he says "i dont have time for your kind anyways today." If thats the kind off ppl you want to do business with then Godbless. Magic Glass Inc will never get my business nor will i EVER recommend them to anyone.

Very rude/condescending tone on the phone. Not paying someone to act like that on the phone as a first impression. Gut check said no. Hang up. So yeah my review is only for about 30 seconds on the phone. Maybe they had a bad day for the first time ever and I'm the anomaly.
