DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE THEY WILL DO SOMETHING TO YOUR CAR AND THEN TELL U THIS AND THAT IS WRONG I took my 2009 Chevy Malibu to this shop about a month ago maybe not even that to get a simple wheel alignment and when I get my car back my abs light was on (that was never on before) then he gave me a long list stating that I needed brakes and rotors(Which I had already paid Brand new, not even six months ago for my brakes so how could that be okay o haven t be having no problems breaking no squeaking anything) and more things that I had already just had another mechanic do on my car, so it was kind of weird to me He was saying that I needed all that done so I took it upon myself to take it to two mechanics that I trust whole heartedly because I didn t Believe what he was saying on the list was wrong with my car come to find out both of them Mechanics told me that he was lying and just trying to get money My car is fine and it has been driving fine.

Use to be my go to mechanic since they had the best labor prices around and I trusted them since they're associated with a church. Gonna have to move on after they're now charging $125/hour.

Love Auto Repair has worked on a few of my vehicles through the years. Most recently an ( overdo) oil change, and a detailed inspection.They are friendly, honest, fair and professional. My car had lots of problems , but I was looking for solutions to one particular problem, I had been putting bandaid on it for a whole. But after they did their diagnostic, they were honest and told me it would be a lost cause. They showed me the diagnostic print out.But in the future when I buy I will let them look it over before I buy.They were very nice and friendly. I would recommend them to people. I believe they are honest people, doing God's work.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Wallace is always so kind when I come in! He definitely sets the standard for the rest, which all of them exceed! I had my front brakes and routers changed, an oil change, and they had to repair a gas valve cap (I think that is what it was called) and everything was only $370. When Evan's Toyota was going to charge me $250 JUST FOR BRAKE PADS. I even had to come back in because my brake started to squeak, which it ended up being a rock in the brake pad, and they fixed it for no charge. I love all the guys I met there, I love their values and I will always come back and recommend to others!That WAS the review. The people that work there are awesome, but the professionalism after the fact is not great. My brakes started to squeak and find within a week of getting them done. I requested an appointment. Close one was 2 weeks away and at this point my brakes were scary. I BEGGED them for something sooner because my children ride in this car every day and they were the ones that worked on them. Nope. Couldn't do that. So I waited. They Called me the day before my appointment and asked me to reschedule for a WEEK later... The lady was rude as well. Once again I begged and they couldn't do anything. Called later on and they were remodeling. In this time period I GOT IN A CAR ACCIDENT FROM MY BRAKES NOT BEING TO PAR . I live in this city alone with three kids and this one car. As much as I would love to say "Well I should have gotten a rental" I WAS SAVING THAT LITTLE BIT OF MONEY TO GET MY BRAKES FIXED. I understand that company's get busy. I to work in Customer Service and manage an entire team, but when you are the cause of an unsafe vehicle. You would think you would "Do the right thing" and fix it. Love Auto only cares about the children coming out of foster homes, as do I, but I will help them in another way, they don't care about the children that are riding in the cars that they "fixed". I'm ridiculously disappointed and I hope you realize that I try really hard to always give praise when necessary, but I'll go to Summit or a family owned auto repair from now on.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

I have to admit this place is a little hard to find but well worth doing so. My aging mother's car needed some minor repairs and Love Auto was recommended by a friend. The shop is clean and the staff is friendly. Most auto repair facilities you always wonder if they are being honest, this is attached to a church. This was a good experience, my husband always says when it comes to a mechanic: Good, Fast or Cheap pick two, but these guys nailed all three of them. Thank you Love Auto for all you do!

What a hidden gem that Fort Wayne has in Love Auto. The crew at this shop was fast and courteous. They communicated with me in a timely manner and quite honestly the car was fixed before I expected. I love the christian values they exemplify in everything they do, these are hardworking, honest people. What they do with the money they earn from the repair business is amazing... helping kids aging out of foster care to find their path in life... God Bless you guys!

My car was fixed faster than I thought was possible.They found a hidden problem that would have prevented driving my car.Their price was more than reasonable.I was panicking because it was before payday and I'm on a limited income.I was truly BLESSED today!The people were so nice.I gave their contact info to my friends who also are on limited incomes and do not have family who are able to fix their autos for them.I hope more people go there.

I have had 3 different vehicles worked on here. The Honda Accord needed the power steering hose replaced and that was completed in one day and for about 2/3 of the typical garage price.The third vehicle was a Ford F150 with a bad transfer case. I knew it was bad before I took it there. They correctly identified the problem and replaced it in 3 days (waiting 2 days for parts) the cost was very reasonable.I recommend them highly! Malcolm is great to work with, very caring and professional. His team does quality work.

First time here and they were sweethearts! They are cheaper than most places I have been to or called! Their service was about normal time but because they are all so helpful and nice it seemed to go by so much faster. They quoted on other things but didnt pressure us to fix them then and there! Just an amazing shop. 10/10 coming back!

Used to be a great and affordable place that I used to take my vehicle to on a consistent basis. Now they're and overpriced shop and I wouldn't recommend that anyone use this place for their vehicle needs. They charge almost $70 just for a diagnostic and other shops, such as Firestone, charge half this amount. And don't consider any vehicle that they are selling on their lot. I purchased a vehicle from there, was told there was an exhaust issue that would be fixed before the vehicle was sold to me and then I had to pay them almost $200 to fix the exhaust problem because they never fixed it. Mgmt made it sound like he was doing me a favor.

They took great care of my. Lots of phone call updates as my car repair got more complex. I had my car back in a day. They have integrity to do what is right and honesty in how they set good expectations.

They are going through redefining themselves. They are discombobulated and unprofessional. Their new employees are unknowledgable and don't know there colors. I was misquoted my original diagnosis. I had to wait an extended time for repairs because they ignored the original diagnosis. I recommend waiting until they get it together.

The guys in the shop helped me and my boyfriend find a tire that would fit our car when other places wouldn't. They were quick and sweet! We had great service and are overjoyed.

Had all four shock/strut assemblies replaced, water pump and timing belt kit installed, spark plugs and plug wires, replaced intake gasket (took two days), replaced fuel evaporative Canister filter and Purge filter (took half the day), and had windshield washer reservoir replaced (took one day). Most parts they was able to get right away, but the fuel Evap Canister filter didn t get there till later and had to comeback the following week. And the washer reservoir came last and had to be ordered a few times because the first two sent had defects. Everything is done now and I ve been driving the car for a couple weeks now and everything seems to be working fine. I got an estimate from a few other places, but Love Automotive was the lowest. About $1,200.00 less than Glenbrook Dodge & Chrysler. And about $600.00 less than Travis Automotive. Most other places didn t even want to give me an estimate till they seen the car and some were to busy to get back to me. I got an estimate from Love Automotive by text message the next day after I requested one by email.

They were supposed to do a full inspection on my car. It took them 4 days. They didn't call me back when they said they would. I had to keep calling them. Everytime they said were not done yet we will call back, it never happened until I called the love church office and told them what was going on. They didn't even check the breaks at all (there's only 10%life left in them) or the suspension or test drive until I told them to on the 4th day, after they said it was done. The suspension was the main reason I took it there. They're prices are no different from several other shops in town, I actually found two places that had better prices on the suspension. It was a nightmare shop! I would never recommend going there..

Love Auto Repair = great community mission. Small car repairs (brakes, oil changes, etc.). Wallace Sr. was very friendly and helpful. We donated a car to help the cause!

The folks at Love Auto are always professional, kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. My car was overheating a ton and they were more than happy to find the problem and fix it. I'll always go to them.

The crew at Love Auto is thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. They are willing to patiently educate their customers and honestly address the needs of each vehicle, and they are still much faster and lower-priced than many other auto repair/oil change businesses I have used in the past.

Quick service! I called yesterday and was able to get my brakes checked out today and car back yet today. Prices are very reasonable. Very friendly staff!
