I arrived and was graded at my vehicle to check in. And they promptly began servicing my vehicle as I waited in the very comfortable waiting area. The quality of the service, and the quality of the staff is top-notch, and I would highly recommend.

Bait and switch! I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation online. Price was to be about $130.00. The service writer threw a tablet with a signature line in front of me. I signed. When I arrived to retrieve my vehicle, I was hit with a $750.00 bill! The dealership supposedly performed a 90,000 mile service! This included stupid things like changing the key fob battery and the cabin filter. I just replaced these myself a few months earlier so I can guarantee that we didn t discuss doing this work. If I could give zero stars, I would do so.

Would give negative stars if able. Apparently, you have to ask for the advertised special to get it. You also have to ask to not stand in the service area and wait while you watch the service tech(?) sit and play on her phone. Having done business with multiple Lexus dealers, this one is by far subpar. Would rather trade my Lexus on an 1985 Buick than deal with this place.

As a newcomer to Fort Wayne I was pleasantly surprised to find Lexus of Fort Wayne convenient, professional, accommodating, efficient and friendly. Normally I avoid taking my cars (primary residence in California) to a dealer for service. Lexus of Fort Wayne may have changed that habit permanently.
