We are very thankful for finding Lawson s Automotive!! My son is fairly new to the Fort Wayne area and doesn t do social media. He suspected he needed a new alternator so I hopped on Facebook and started searching. Brandon with Lawson s sent me a message right away and said they could get him in. My son got his car to Lawson s and they had him up and going again in no time!! The repair didn t break the bank and my son is happy to know he has a reputable and trustworthy mechanic he can return to if needed!! Thank you Brandon & Lawson s Automotive!!

(UPDATE) I appreciate the response and I can assure you I don't want to communicate via review pages, and that you have my genuine sympathy for a difficult season of life. My truck was dropped off last October, it's now April 9, and not a single employee has called me one time giving me an update on the repair. When it was dropped you said completion would be done "maybe before Thanksgiving". Delays happen. Thanksgiving was five months ago. I had to buy another truck to keep my business running. I'd like to bring my other car in because you guys do good work, but the communication has been nonexistent for six months. I'm looking forward to removing this review when I get my truck back. Thanks.(FIRST POST) would love if someone there would call me about my truck you've had since last October.

Man what can I say.... When you're sol who can you count on??? Lawsons that's for sure. Got me in with no issues fixed the issue and blessed with the repair cost little to nothing compared taking it somewhere else where they would taken a arm and leg just for being a BMW.. and most likely up charged and added things that were not needed to fix the problem. Not Lawsons... Trusted people and reliable work definitely a go to shop with all your automotive problems. Hopefully wont need to fix anymore problems just regular maintenance but if needed i know where to go!!!

Had my car towed here after breaking down at a red light, within a couple of hours it was diagnosed and on its way to being repaired. Very fast very courteous and very professional. Will recommend to anyone I know. If I ever need any further work done I will definitely be bringing it back here!

10/10 Recommend!!! This shop is for the people! My boyfriend called 8 other shops that turned him down because they were about to close or said it'd be extra $$$$. LAWSONS AUTO & MOTORCYCLE REPAIR CAME TO HIS RESCUE! Offered to even tow his vehicle for him. They assessed the situation & fixed his vehicle so he was was able to make it home the same day! We live 2 hours away & this was a Saturday evening. Very professional & kind. Cant say enought good things. We are very thankful.

This place is awesome! They saved our family from a break down on a holiday weekend during our road trip. They stayed after hours to get us out-of-towers safely back on the road to our destination. Incredible service these days!! Thank you!

They did a great job as far as the performance/build aspect of their work goes. No question about that. The communication could be better especially if you're unable to go to the shop in person to see what's going on if you have a bigger build that has a few moving pieces that need to be taken care of. My last minor issue I noticed was my flex fuel sensor and my wideband wasn't reconnected after the build or I wasn't told if it had a issue by the new guy who did the install so there's a few things with the car i need to iron out after taking the car home from the shop. A lot of my old wiring was just zip tied to the top of the moto. It would've been nice if they could've put a little more effort in with those minor things.Other than that they helped build a badass car.

Always does great work on my vehicles. Its been a month now since I got my mustang back from Lawson's. I was having fuel problems and took it in to see if my fuel pump was the problem and if so go ahead and change it. I believe that was on a Friday afternoon. I didn't think much of it till Monday I stopped by to check on it and they said it was done. They checked the fuel pump replaced it over the weekend. Been running great really good job and fast.

Came in with a bad manifold gasket on my turbo Hemi. They advised me I should switch up a few things on my hotside and then offered to do it. After getting the car back it was not only fixed but they corrected a problem I didn t even realize I had. Never had such a good experience with a shop before!Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Place looks like they know what they are doing. Stopped in for price on procharger for 2018 mustang. Said he would put prices together. That was a week ago. Won't answer the original text thread. Would have been nice to work with them since I'm 5 min away from the shop. I have cash money not credit cards. I'll go spend it somewhere else.

My car broke down on a Saturday. They were happy to help and personally came and picked up my car. Even with the alternator and the battery both needing replace it ended up not breaking my bank. Super personable and easy to work with. Thank you guys.

Purrtty good work I tell you what!Believe you me !They certainly expanded since last time he working from his home.They're real good at diagnostic work.I had em on the phone whilst frying chicken and I guess he musta heard it...cause he said hey that chickens ready to be pulled. ..I say..do what? ...he said that chicken your frying ...pull it and pat it....it's done..Lawd sakes ain't never seen nothing like it. Back in September, my boyfriend's car broke down while we were in town for the Appleseed festival and to visit my sister. Triple A marked this place as open despite it being a Saturday, and when we were towed in we quickly realized this wasn't the case. Despite being open only to work on cars that were already there, they were willing to take a look at my boyfriend's car. They even kept it overnight to run a few tests. When we returned for it they weren't able to find the issue (and not a knock to them! he has an old car that just runs funky) but it was running whenever they turned it on. Despite the time they put into it they didn't ask for a dime from us. They really helped us in a pinch and are great people! They went above and beyond, and I really appreciate what they did.

A Few months ago my 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 4x4 had top end ticking. I took it to Lawson's Automotive. Brandon said they can fix it but suggested me to delete MDS & he'll put a stage 1 cam and a tune and that I won't be disappointed. He sure wasn't wrong.I highly recommend Lawson's Automotive for any issues you have with your vehicle.Thanks again Brandon and crew!!Service: Engine repair

Brandon and his team took great care of my Audi and the breakdown I had, parts are hard to get right now and German car repairs can be a huge pain, but they made the process as painless as possible at a good price. We were out of town when my brakes started smoking. We called around to several businesses who told us they could not help us (it was a Saturday at 3 pm). Lawton s told us to bring them our vehicle and promised to get it in right away. Thomas went over and above helping us out, staying two hours past closing to get iit repaired same day. Brandon was straight forward and communicated if any changes came up (and gave us pricing / options to see how we d like to move forward).The vehicle was done on the day he stated it would be done, which I don t feel is the norm with auto shops anymore, so that was nice to be able to plan.He went above and beyond and is willing to look at anything / answer questions after the work is done too.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

My car had radiator issues on a Saturday afternoon. Brandon and the team worked the car in to their schedule and repaired it by Sunday afternoon. Incredible service!Took the car back after a few weeks to have a thermostat replaced unexpectedly. They were able to work me in - which was wonderful. I started on a long trip only to find that a leak started within a few hours. I had to take the car to another service provider in a different state while I was on the road. I called Lawson's after I got back thinking there might be potential for the guy who did the repair to learn something. They felt that they had done everything appropriate and did not respond well. Not what you hope for. I won't be going back.

I took my 2015 mustang gt in on a saturday to have long tube headers installed. They had it done the next day and did an excellent job! They called me with any minor issues they had or questions about.
