Love Koester's! My family has been taking our vehicles there since I was a kid, and still are! Family owned, super friendly service, and impeccable work.

Just don't so business here. My truck was brought here against my wishes by progressive. I hit a pothole in Michigan city and it was towed all the way to ft wayne. I was assured that koesters was the best place in the world by the adjuster after making it known I would rather have my truck taken to Hoosier truck and trailer. It took a month to have my unit inspected, one leaf spring replaced, and to have my radiator removed without my knowledge and charged for the radiator since insurance wouldn't cover it. While my truck was here it was parked outback covered in Salt to rust, it was backed into, my cab was gone through and anything of value was laid out in the bunk upon pickup, my ac was drained and not recharged and I was told they didn't touch it. My clutch was adjusted against my wishes without my knowledge, and anything they broke they just denied ever touching. My bill was in two different formats. When asked to talk with the mechanic so I knew what was done to my truck while it was in there care I was denied. I was sent a bill via email without ever being contacted that the truck was ready. Upon pickup I performed my pretrip inspection and noticed an air line to the fan hub was installed wrong and had to perform the work myself before I could leave there premises. They overcharge for there work and the leaf spring was 300 dollars more than it should've been. When I brought these issues to there attention they informed me that I and otr truck driver could just bring the truck back in and they would buff out the damage from it being backed into at my leisure as if I live down the street. When asked if I would be compensated for down time or reimbursed a rental they never responded. The owner John gave me the most attitude when I informed him my truck was damaged on their property and told me to take it up with the insurance. This company lacks customer service at the very least.

We chose Koester s Body & Frame over the RV manufactures in Decatur & Elkhart to repair our RV because they were professional, informative and always helpful during the entire claim/repair process. They had excellent reviews as well from past customers from personal/business RV, car and trucking. They were also very accommodating with estimates of the timing of the repair due to our displacement as full time RV s and having to live in a AirBnB during the repairs. Every person treated us with the utmost respect and care. Thank you again for a great experience during our travels..Highly recommend Koester s!

Koester's replaced and repaired my entire back hatch for a very reasonable price...actually unbeatable by any other company! Super efficient and communicated with my every step of the way. Looks brand new!

Working on one of the cars the owner of company needs to get done so everyone come in in Courage him to make this a success to add to his collection he needs the motivation and the drive. And they look so nice when they are totally finished

I had some damage to the front of my car from a deer. I used them for my repairs and I couldn't have been more pleased with the results. Everything looked new again. Wanted to have motorhome serviced and engine misfire repaired by a reputable business I m sorry to say this is not where you should have it done. Waited 2 weeks for an appointment, it was serviced, but no check sheet except for the bill. Was then told they could not fix the engine miss, they don t replace spark plugs in aluminum heads, recommended a garage that did. Waited another week and was never looked at or followed up on by Koesters I feel I got ripped off. $ 435.00 for an oil change with the attitude Not my problem . NEVER TAKE A MOTORHOME HERE FOR SERVICE.

Super awesome people . I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. They fixed my RV when I was stuck with leaking air system. They were able to get the right parts fast and get me in & out with zero inconvenience. I can't say enough about the professionalism at this establishment, everyone from the receptionist to the service advisor and mechanics. This is a vary well maintained organization. If you are in need of big truck repair or RV repair look these guys up they can handle the job with kind knowledge folks. I don't live in the area but I'll be back to Fort Wayne in the future and may schedule some maintenance for my rig while I'm there next time. I know they do get busy but, I'll plan a head just so I have peace of mind that my vehicles are well taken care of.

Good place to get your vehicle washed and hand waxed cars and simi trucks. I generally give at least a $20 tip sometimes they do an amazing job other times they do a good job price varies with time spent detailing. I have not had any repairs done here so I can t comment on that. Not very easy scheduling around the holidays.

Wonderful body and paint shop with friendly folks eager to assist you! Had a 2019 Jeep compass repaired to perfection! Very satisfied with service and time frame to completion. Stopped in to get a plastic part for under the hood. Didnt need an appointment as Jack installed within minutes and I was on my way! Highly recommended auto body shop.

Very fair employer. Enjoyed working for and with all the people their. Very family feel work place. They allow you to grow also. Owner is a great guy also, don't find that very much any more in work places.

When you are a full time RV'er and your shift cable breaks you're in a world of hurt. Jason and the guys at Koester's got me in and back out on the road incredibly fast. Brought in a small RV on an Chevy express body. It needed a bit of painting along the roof edge. Got an absurd estimate like they wanted to scare me off. Well, it worked. Way over priced. $600 to $700 compared to $70 to $100 from Peter's who unfortunately didn't have a bay tall enough.

We are VERY pleased with the work that was done on our RV!The staff is friendly.They actually answer the phone...no phone tree!The work was done in a timely fashion and they kept in touch with us throughout the process!

They treat U like a person!! Will also work on older vehicles!! Unlike Fox and Fox who basically looked down their collective noses at me as I happened 2 have an 8 yr old car sheeeeeesh!! So I vowed 2 never takeAny of my cars there AND tell everyone of their distain 4 older cars!!

Best body shop! We had someone hit and run our 5th wheel at Bridgewater U-Store It and had a heck of a time finding a body shop in Fort Wayne to repair it. Koester's worked great coordinating with our insurance company and worked with Jayco to get the necessary parts for repair. Jack was so helpful and had great communication the entire time. The office staff were extremely friendly and on top of everything. Koester's is our new go-to body shop and we would definitely recommend them!

The owner was closing shop when I arrived. Yet , he came out to look at my problem. And decided to stay after hours to help me be DOT compliant. I am speechless! This is rarely seen!

I took the trailer there to get the bumper fixed dot stickers replaced and a mud flap replaced as well. The job was done very quickly and very efficiently. We'll come again
