I bought my car and I ve been getting regular maintenance done here for about three years. Never had any issues until last week. I was in for my routine oil change and I let my advisor Peter know that I could hear grinding noises coming from my brakes. He said they would do a 5 point inspection. He called me and told me the car was ready and that my brake pads were fine and that my pads still had a good 10,000 miles on them. I said to Peter, then why are they grinding ? He said to me that they did a 5 point inspection and brakes are fine. As soon as I drove off the lot my brakes were still grinding. I needed a second opinion. I couldn t get my car to a different shop for 5 days so I had to park my car until then because my brakes were so bad! Went to the other shop, Best Deal Auto on Goshen Rd. I highly recommend! They told me my brake pads were visibly bad. They fixed my car thank goodness! I called Peter my advisor from Kelly automotive and had to leave a voicemail. I explained why I needed to hear back from him, that I was very unsatisfied with their service. I never heard back from them.

Went to Kelly's to look at a car.I told my sales man I would go to the bank the next day to get the loan.He ask me if I want to put my credit card down for a hold. I told him noIf it was ment to be it was ment to be. I also ask him to please let me know if it got sold be I got to the bank.So the next day he texted me one hour before I went to the bank and said it was still there.I went to the bank and the check was getting printed. I called the sales man to ask him if he wanted me to take a picture of it and send it to him. He than informed me some one had the Vehicle out test driving it.I ask him if he couldn't tell these people that it was sold. But he didn't and they bought it.I could understand him selling to someone eles if he didn't know I was at the bank and the check was printed. . I feel like I was robbed.They hadnt even bought the vehicle yet and my check was already printed.THIS IS POOR COMPANY TO DO THIS.I WONT BE BACK AND I WILL TELL MY FAMILY NOT TO EVER BUY FROM YOU AGAIN.I give this company a 0

I went in and got some 35% tint and it is flawless. Not one bubble, no tint anomalies, and it fits perfectly. 100% worth the money. The technician did a very perfect job.

They take advantage of women And here's why. My wife took her pickup to get service for a engine light. Once there, they told her she needed a new muffler. Which was replaced 1 year earlier. She had it replaced. Cost over $2000 for that and the service light. Not long after, the service light came back on. She took it back. She paid more money just for them to place the air filter in properly. The muffler rattle's and vibrates now. Need less to say she will not be going back!!!

Used to buy cars and maintenence here until I figured out how much they over charged me. Did some work recently that cost 5k and other shops felt bad for quoting me at 1.5k. Never will I do business here or my friends and their businesses.

I took my truck in and explained to them that when the battery light comes on it will say the alternator and or battery is bad, but we had changed both twice and had them tested outside of the vehicle and they are both good. I told him Kyle, my advisor that it gives a false read with the light on and everything works good when thr light is off so please do not use the meter or it will be wrong. I explained that I thought it may be the battery current sensor and I had bought it but did not have a chance to put it on and wanted them to check it first. He called back and said the alternator was bad and they used the meter which is what I asked them not to do. They charged $100to do what I asked them not to do. Long story short, it wasn't the alternator but it was the sensor like I said.

Edit: someone did finally get back with us and got us taken care of. Thank you.I originally had a great experience when buying my car but when we purchased our new vehicle we got a warranty that if you didn't use it you would get that amount taken off the car after a certain amount of time. Well that amount of time is up and we have not used it. We have called the store left messages trying to figure out how to get that $1,600.00 off of our vehicle loan now and no one will call us back from the finance department. We want to know if we need to schedule an appointment, if we need to bring anything with us and if both my husband and I need to be there since our work schedules are different. Not one person has called us back. They called to set up our scheduled service on our vehicle and I told the nice lady we were going somewhere else and what was going on, she even tried to get them to call us back and nothing over several weeks to a month now. I even gave email said they could text us or email if it was easier and still nothing.

It is the only place I will ever take my car for service. Tim is especially patient and answers all my questions. My car drives like brand new every time I pick it up. Drove all the way to California and back with no worries at all.

I had the Awesome pleasure of working with Mark Williams at Tom Kelly! I've bought a few cars there and NEVER received the service, guidance, NO pressure, genuine concern of my needs & wants from a salesman as I had with Mark! From the time we met my experience was Amazing! I left with the full knowledge of what I was buying financially & ALL the amazing benefits that came in my vehicle which was an overload! The Most Amazing Experience I've had!!

We had a great experience with our purchase of our 2015 Buick Enclave!Mark Williams was very pleasant and knowledgeable with no pressure at all. He explained all the many features of the car, paired my phone, and helped us get set up with Onstar for our trial period. Mark is without a doubt the best auto sales associate I have ever experienced!I would highly recommend Mark to anyone looking for a great vehicle and an awesome dealership! Kelley Chevrolet rocks!

One year ago we took our car to Kelly's because the traction light was on and the car felt like it was jumping when it was at a standstill. Hundreds of dollars later we got the car back with a broken staring column that had been the zip tied together and camouflage. We contacted our advisor who said they were going to fix it but couldn't get the part. Mind you they returned our car to us without telling us they had damaged it and to date has never fixed it. A little over month ago we started having problems with the traction light again and the jumping. They had our car for almost a month and $4300 later we got our car back and 3 days later it started doing the same thing. We took the car back to them and our advisor Andrew told us they had put over 40 miles on our vehicle and the lights did not come on however our fan was now broken and needed to be replaced for $1,300 . He told us the problem with the tractionlight was a loose wire that they could fix for a few hundred dollars. We let them fix the wiring issue and our son replaced the fan for $140. It's now been a week and a half since they fixed the wiring and my car will not start and smells like burnt wires with no power. The incompetence and unprofessionalism of this place is overwhelming. Needless to say I'm going to take this to a higher level.

I dealt with a very nice saleswoman who worked with me and went over all my options. She was very friendly, fair and helpful. She gave me her honest opinions of the cars in inventory and helped me pick what we both thought was the best deal. I'm not a car person and it was a very good car buying experience.

Awesome experience!! I was nervous about purchasing a newer car. Was not looking forward to having a car payment. Ernie Crowder made me feel at ease through the whole process. He was very honest, friendly, & knowledgeable. I also appreciated Mike Hamilton. He made the paperwork process easy to understand.

Went to the SuperStore to test drive a car. I bought my last car at Saturn, and got that serviced at Kelley so wanted to stop there first. They ended up having one I really liked, so we decided to purchase. Doug and Michael were very helpful and nice. Doug was good about letting me look on my own, and they still utilize the Saturn no-haggle policy, which I appreciate. They were very patient with us while we filled out forms, and made the process as painless as possible. Thanks!!! :)

Kenny was the perfect combination of relaxed but aggressive. He knew of our budget, of our building credit but also how much we loved the car we chose. He worked with us and worked with the financial manager Josh until both sides were happy and we drove off in the car that night, leaving the trade in behind. The entire staff was welcoming, professional and made sure we weren t getting into a payment we couldn t afford but made sense in our negative equity trade situation. It was the better more reliable choice for our family. They definitely earned our business in the future.

Doug was my salesman and made everything as smooth as possible for me! I lost my previous vehicle to Hurricane Harvey and he was able to find me the perfect fit in my limited time here. I went to Kelley to check out a 2016 Ford Fusion I saw online. I was immediately greeted by my salesperson Andrew upon arriving. Throughout the visit he did well at answering any questions I had and helping me get into the car I wanted.They were willing to work with me on my trade in to get a deal I was able to afford. When it looked like we may not be able to work out a deal on the Fusion, he was doing his best to show me similar cars I might want, even though it was a rainy day.All of the staff were very friendly and not overly pushy as far as salespeople go. When it came to their protection packages and warranties I declined and wasn t pushed into anything I couldn t afford. I did however want a remote starter installed and Andrew was very helpful in setting that up with their service department at an affordable price.Even after the deal was done Andrew stuck around to help me move my stuff out of my old car and into the new one. Overall it was a great experience and I m looking forward to the free car washes!

Kenny Erhard was great from the time I started talking to him. I initially talked to his assistant and she was wonderful. I had actually meant to call a different dealership, but once I started talking to them, I decided to stick with it. I told him what I wanted and I was told that I had no credit. Danny worked hard to help me get financed. They ended up getting me into a vehicle that was a year newer than I wanted. All in all it was a great experience. No one was pushy and they listened to exactly what I wanted. My own car was on it's last leg and with snow and holidays coming up, I couldn't stay with my old car. Everyone I came into contact with was very nice and gracious. This is the first time I truly enjoyed buying a car. Thank you!

Was going great at first. Went to call and put a down deposit in for a vehicle, but they did not answer their phone (even though they were supposed to be open for 30 more minutes). I left a voicemail to which I was given a call back, they left a voicemail for me stating they needed my information for the temp tag, etc. When I called to give them my information (same day) I was told the truck was sold. Extremely frustrated & disappointed.

The customer service was amazing here when I went to purchase my 2007 Dodge ram. Showed me all the paperwork on the vehicle, and worked with me. The stayed in contact efficiently with me during my purchasing with the delay in my work to bank communication to get me financed with the start of my new job. Gene was very polite and determined to make sure I got a vehicle that would work for my family and myself during my two hour trips to Ohio in the winter. Josh made sure all of my finance paperwork was correct and had it all squared away for me to sign and drive away in my new truck. I will for sure give my first look to buying another vehicle to them when that time comes, and would recommend them to anyone.

Very good experience my salesman Mark Williams was very over the top very polite and friendly. Explained everything to me introduced me to meet other contacts that I might need. He took his time on getting my on star set up. I WOULD highly recommend him to anyone else that is looking to buy a car. My family has been using Kelley for their automotive needs for quite some time, but this was my first time. I was greatly impressed by their friendliness and customer service towards me. I worked with Pat Heine, whom I highly recommend. I looked at a few different vehicles with him but never felt pressured into any of them. Pat even took me to the Decatuer dealership to look at a car that wasn't at the 14/69 auto mall (keep in mind this is a little over an hour round trip). Once I finally decided on a car, Pat helped me get all my paperwork ready since this was my first time financing a car. Once I was ready, their finance manager Nick helped me finalize everything with the bank. Great job Kelley! Keep up the fantastic service!

The BEST car buying experience ever! I never thought buying a car could be a good investment for my family. Mark provided options and security in our decision and even through the entire process. This is about the Ford group in Decatur, IN. I bought a used vehicle from them 5 months ago and have had 5 different issues with it. I love the car, and wish they would give me some slack on the repairs. The sales manager was not sympathetic, immediately went on the defensive and let me know I was just out of luck. I went to Tom Kelly because of his reputation for fairness. I guess that must be a thing of the past. So disappointedThey have been very helpful at the Chevrolet side in the past.

Ernie was a really great sales person. The process went super fast. The only thing was that I have only had my vehicle 30 Days and I am left with a bill to get it fixed. They did agree to pay half, but my rotors were bad all the way around. Please! just make sure your vehicles are checked before you purchase. People should not have to come out of pocket within the first 30 Days of purchasing a vehicle. Definitely a learning experience for me.
