Really dissatisfied with such poor communication. No timelines for when my simple repairs could be completed or when parts would even be available. No callbacks, no return emails, poor attitudes. Something is wrong here, maybe it's the management. Took it somewhere more local to me instead and in less than a week the repairs are already getting done. Thought I would be better off taking my car to the dealership family where I bought the vehicle, I was sorely mistaken.Service: Body & Trim

excellent customer service, great job on getting out dents and re-painting my car. strongly recommended. They even got me a loaner for the days my car was in for repair.
