My recent experience with JR Automotive was nothing short of a nightmare. I entrusted them with my Escalade, hoping for quality service, but was left completely dismayed. They kept my vehicle for an astonishing 28 days total, us having gotten it after a couple weeks only to return it immediately once realizing the problem was far from resolved. When I finally got my car back, it was in a deplorable state, worse off than when I handed it over to them.The most alarming issues included hoses carelessly left dangling, along with severe oil and transmission fluid leaks. It took me over two hours to reassemble broken wire harnesses, reconnecting the wires on the radiator fan assembly, replacing the spare tire which was not placed properly, and more. It was evident that the work done was far from meticulous, indicating a lack of professionalism and attention to detail. This situation not only caused me distress but also ruined my much-anticipated trip to Florida, adding to my frustration.To add insult to injury, when I confronted the mechanic seeking a resolution, his response was shockingly dismissive. He merely acknowledged his humanity and insisted that he had provided a "good price" for his services. This was far from the level of accountability I expected. It's disconcerting to witness such a cavalier attitude towards customer satisfaction and quality workmanship.This entire ordeal has been a wake-up call to the importance of diligent research before choosing an automotive service provider. I hope my experience serves as a cautionary tale for others to steer clear of JR Automotive, a place where your vehicle may end up in worse condition, and customer concerns are met with indifference.

Called Justin up after taking my truck to a few big named shops and they couldn t get the job done right. He came and picked my truck up and got the job done in a very timely manner and for a very responsible price. Very friendly and professional person to work with and kept me updated through everything. I will definitely be returning to his shop for any future work I need done.Service: Brakes
