This is one of the best automotive shops that I have ever used! They are friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. My opinion is that you should be like me because I will go no other place for work on my vehicles. Love Jose Automotive Repair Shop!

Nice family owned business but always takes so long on every vehicle. Very unprofessional, every time I have been here it would take days. You would expect it your vehicle to be done because you made your appointment ahead of time. But that s not the case and they are rude when you ask about when your vehicle would be done. I would not recommend going here if you have a life and want your stuff done on time.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I would highly recommend this auto service. I had my car quoted for 3 other auto shops who wanted to charge double and wait longer to repair. Jose auto shop provided honest, professional & affordable service at a time when people need it the most. I can t thank them enough. I have been a faithful customer to this establishment for years but recently have been extremely disappointed. The service is subpar, incompetent and just pitiful. I have returned multiple times to address the same issues and the final straw was having to jumpstart my car after being told it was completed ! Do better! I m tempted to contact the BBB for all the monetary loss I ve experienced! The lack of integrity is disgusting, to insulted in Spanish by someone you have supported is something I lll never condone!Services: Electrical repair, Electrical, Transmission replacement

I called for service, and was told that they have a waiting list over a week loan. After that a friend told me that they were high on prices and slow on subpar service. I think maybe I dodged a bullet so go at your own risk..

Jose and Christian are some of the best mechanics around Fort Wayne. They both have helped me multiple times with my vehicles and are always willing to lend a helping hand. If you have any kind of questions they are straight forward with you with no gimmicks. These guys are like family and have one of the best local mechanic shops you will find. A hidden gem!

My husband was driving cross country to report to duty at his base and was terribly delayed by car trouble adding to the stress of moving and a new job. Jose took a look at his car on a Saturday when they were busy and determined it would be safe to continue on his trip. Thank you Jose and to his staff who was willing to even look at his car last minute without an appointment.

Got my car in and back the same day, without having to make an appointment. Very friendly and courteous staff and extremely competitive prices. I honestly prefer this place to most chain auto repair places.

They Held my car for 6 days and never checked it. Gotten it towed, Took it to Midas and it was fixed within a hour.

Well so far so good. He was able to diagnose the problem with my car and says he can repair it. But his initial work and his estimates seem fair. Will add on after the repair is done.
