Friendly and reliable mechanics, along with their friendly canine companion, and a nice warming stove in a sitting area. I am much more comfortable bringing our Hondas to Independent Honda than the dealership. The prices are a bit better also.

These guys are awesome. Got us in super quick, price was great (they did all of the work + more for less than what Don Ayres priced), and they even knocked out a dent in my wife's bumper just to be nice (which she really appreciated). Friendly, great communicators, and got us our vehicle back within a week (had to do a full engine disassembly)

Had an oil leak at the lug nut. Fixed the leak in less than two hours for $80.

Very, very competent. Good people and they stand behind their work. I have no issues trusting them to work on my vehicle or the vehicles of my friends and family. I highly recommend this auto repair shop!!

Independent Honda has provided the best service experience I've ever had. When my brakes went out, I called around to different shops. Other places were quoting around a week and a half turnaround, but Independent said they might be able to get it done within 3 days so I dropped my car off around lunchtime. The next afternoon, I got a call back: around $200 to replace a leaky caliper, parts and labor included. Not terrible at all. About 2 hours after that I got another call: my car was ready for pickup. With a next-day turnaround, polite staff, and excellent results, Independent Honda has won my future business.Service: Brakes

Literally couldn't ask for better people, better service, or better prices. I would recommend Independent Honda any day to anyone but ESPECIALLY for fellow Honda owners. They know what they're doing and are very reasonable. They fit me in like a dime today. Previous owner of my car used them and got an alternator and I was able to get my alternator replaced under that service from 2020. They also don't take forever. They will get it done quickly and do well to inform you of prices, time estimates, etc. Seriously don't second guess yourself! Use Independent Honda!!!

I have three experiences with this place. One was a 100k tune up on a 2004 Honda years ago. It ran about $1000 and I don't remember any problems, but it wasn't like they were fixing anything that I could then point to as being fixed. I'm sure they didn't but they could have done nothing and I wouldn't have known.Later the same vehicle developed an electrical problem with the passenger side locks. It could $100 for them to figure out the problem, which would be about $400 to fix. I declined and later found a bracket in the glove box so they failed to put everything back together correctly.For the third instance our 2011 Honda was sluggish getting out of first and was giving engine codes and lots of dash lights. $200 and two days later they still didn't know the cause and I decided to take it elsewhere. It turned out to get a failing alternator, which was diagnosed quickly.Overall kinda mixed experiences. I don't feel at all like I've been ripped off, just that I'm not fully confident in their competence.Service: Electrical repair

John was very nice and super friendly when I stopped by. He checked why my engine light was on for free and offered solutions without being pushy about service. I would recommend Independent Honda to anyone, of course, with a Honda.

Independent Honda did the 200k maintenance service on my Honda Odyssey last week. They replaced the timing belt, water pump, and tensioner pulleys, drained and refilled my transmission, replaced anti-sway links, and checked brakes. They also did an engine tuneup which included spark plugs, wires, and air filters. During that major service they addressed my concern of a clunking noise and wobbly braking, and notified me of a cracked control arm. They worked with me to find a cost effective replacement so as not to blow my budget, and also proved that the brakes were to not to fault. I am confident that my van will easily go another 100k, and now much more safely. In total, I believe I saved around $600 over going to the Honda dealer. This shop is great for repairs when you know what's wrong with the vehicle, otherwise it's a shot in the dark.I started going there for repairs on an older Honda and they did a fantastic job when I was specific about what needed to be done; eventually I came across a problem with my car not starting, they disregarded me. At first they put in new spark plugs and assumed that would fix the problem.. but since then they've declined to further inspect my car.

I heartily recommend this place, especially if you are a Honda owner. They do routine mechanical work on other makes, but Honda is their forte. The A/C on my Civic was out. My other mechanic (who is pretty sharp) had the problem *partially* figured out, but he didn't have the expertise to diagnose it entirely. It turned out to be a pretty tricky electrical issue. These guys really know Hondas! They were polite, more than fair, and labor charges were reasonable. No attempts to sell me something I didn't need. Outstanding!

I have been going to independent Honda for a while and they have a great customer service and they also 1 on 1 Customer relationshipThey are very honest with you and very good at what they do they will figure out the problem with your car and also have reasonable prices.I would recommend anyone who owns a Honda to go to them with the mechanical issues

They are a family-owned and operated Auto repair facility who really care about you and your vehicle. They are very knowledgeable about everything automotive and will tell you the truth about the repair before and after. They have worked on one of my vehicles twice for two different repairs and both were excellent. I highly recommend them

Amazing place these guys go above and beyond they really know their Hondas. I have recommended them to many of my friends. They are everything you would want in a mechanic's shop: honest, fair, friendly, can figure out anything, and set very reasonable prices (way cheaper than a dealer, with dealer level expertise).

this is the only place i ever take my car(s) isaac (the mechanic) is the only other person other than myself touch my car. i've taken my eclipse and my miata there from either a trashed cv axle to replaced my clutch to installing my aftermarket coil overs..
