I took my car in to get the brakes/suspension checked out. They got back with me very quickly with what was wrong with my brakes and also that I had a tie rod end that needed replaced. The quote was very reasonable and I feel as though they are very competent and thorough with their work. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very friendly with excellent customer service skills. It has been hard to find a car repair shop that does all these things right, so I definitely will be returning in the future.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes

Easily the best mechanic I've ever been to. The work was done very quickly and I was shocked at how reasonable the price was. This is my new go to mechanic and I'll be recommending them to my friends and family.

Was referred to this place by a friend for new brake pads & rotors - went in for a quote, the price was fantastic - so everything was replaced in just over an hour! Fast service done right, no bs! Our family has taken our cars to Todd for years. Far better to have a home-town mechanic rather than to take it to a chain that is constantly changing hands of management and ownership. Trustworthy and competent in a market where a lot of people rip you off and don't know what they're doing.

Great service, great price. They have specialty oils for vehicles, clean waiting room with snacks. Very polite and fast with quick appointment setting. They even shuttle you to work if you aren't too far.

I came in to have my brake pads and rotors replaced after a road trip. I was in and out quickly and they were very honest with me and fair with the price. Now my Buick is driving smoothly again and I can finally get back to Rollin' around at the speed of sound. Got places to go, gotta follow my rainbow! Can't stick around, have to keep movin' on, Guess what lies ahead, only one way to find out!

If there were a 6th or 7th star id check that! This shop continues to make me feel like im the most important customer even though i know im not. Always excellent customer service and cant recommend this shop enough!! My first time going to the shop I called and asked if they could squeeze me in for a tire rotation and oil change ON A SATURDAY, yep no problem! In and out WITHIN an hr. I brought them some breakfast too! Then last night, 1-10-2020, 3 lug bolts had some how fallen off my wheel, 2 of which the lug stud sheared off. Im so thankful that it didnt happen to me travelling at speed or hurt someone and their family. I want to stress to anyone reading this that this was NOT Hecks fault. Regardless they got me taken care of AGAIN on a Saturday!! EARNED A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!! Thank you again Hecks!!!
