Service here is efficient, friendly, & competent. Prices are competitive. My dad used Gouty's from 1956 & I'm happily following suit.

They fixed my car. Which was great. However they charged me $1800 to change my 4 brake pads, 2 rotors, 2 air filters, an oil change and a new gas cap. I don t know much about cars so I agreed, now I regret it. The Uber rider on the way to pick my car up told me her husband calls them Goujy s and for good reason. This place is a rip off! First of all they don't tell people they gonna charge them to diagnose a simple thing I already knew was the problem! It wasn't even engine light or computer scan or anything! It was just to tell me the alternator was bad( which I already knew) and wanted to charge me 1000$ to replace it!! And when I refused to get it fixed they slammed me with 130$ bill for diagnose!! And when I told them you didn't inform me there is a fee to diagnose, they just smiled and said oh yea there is a fee!!! That is just a scam because you need to let your costumers know what you gonna charge them before hand not after! Be aware before you go thereService: Auto battery replacement

I had an early morning flat and was trying to get to work ASAP. I am surprised at how fast they got my tire fixed, and how kind the gentleman at the counter was and how affordable it was. I've gone to Gouty's for years and I'm always satisfied with the service. They have kept all of my vehicles, foreign and domestic, running correctly. Needed an oil change and had a misfiring issue. Diagnosed and fixed the problem economically. Also they do an inspection that covers a number of common items such as tires, struts, etc and rate the condition of these items and leave a report on your car seat. They do not try to plus sell you the items they find need attention. Scheduling was fast and easy. They could do a better job communicating when your vehicle will be finished, but I am not going to let that bother me. I am thrilled with these folks and they are my go to mechanic from here on out. A+

Took my SUV in for a check engine light. The guys at Gouty's serviced my vehicle & found several important issues that needed serviced. My warranty covered the majority of the problems. I came out of pocket for a couple parts but the price & service was very affordable. I would definitely recommend Gouty's for their professionalism & quick service. I got my SUV back the same day. I'm very pleased!

First Rate Customer Service! My daughter's old Subaru needed a lot of work before we could pass it down to her brother. Kevin at Gouty's was fantastic to work with. He took the time to call me (halfway across the country) and explain in detail everything that needed to be repaired. When I asked about additional maintenance items, he said that they looked fine and recommended no action at this time. When the car was finished, he again personally called me and listed what had been repaired. He took the time to answer all my questions. I would definitely recommend this business.

It s rare to find a quality mechanic you can trust completely, but that s exactly what you get with Gouty s. They really take care of your car, but never oversell you. Ron is always straight up with you about everything. They re a little more expensive than some other places, but the confidence and peace of mind is more than worth it.

Superb service!! I've had my car worked on at Gouty's multiple times, and have never had any issues. They dont try and sell you on parts and services that you don't need. They are honest, dependable, and affordable. I highly recommend Gouty's for your automotive needs.

Friendly, amicable people who charged fair, competitive prices. I was fortunate enough to get my vehicle in and out in one day. I'm sure that's not always possible as they seem quite busy, but it was still very good of them. Accomadating as far as pick up times and methods. Will definitely return here over another place I've been simply because these people don't treat you like trash.

I have found Ron and the whole team at Gouty's to be trustworthy and honest. I've never had an issue with one of their repairs and the prices are fair. I have a 22 year old Jeep and a 10 year old Corolla that they keep roadworthy for me.

My Jeep had major problems with water leaking in. Never been to Gouty s before this. They were very helpful, courteous and found the problem right away. What I thought was going to be very expensive ended up being a simple fix and inexpensive. Very fair pricing!

We had Gouty's install a replacement engine in our old Subaru. Kevin and Ron kept us informed every step of the way, and kept the costs very reasonable, well below the quote from the local Subaru dealer. They are friendly and professional. You don't stay in this business since 1940 otherwise.

was recommended to go there from the place i got my Jeep from. went there just to get my vehicle checked and they told me it would be 75 dollars just to check it. so when they were finished they told me that nothing was wrong with my Jeep. and come to find out both my front break pads needed to be changed. also my sprit plugs needed to be changed. they are terrible and i wouldn t recommend them to anyone. terrible service.

I've been coming here for about 3 or 4yrs now. The people here are friendly. They always get me in and taken care of in a timely manner. I appreciate all they do and even when they were kind enough to drive me home while they worked on my car.

Took a 2000 Cadillac Deville there for service that would have cost 400 dollars. Ron at Gouty' s listen to all my concerns about the car and check the vehicle. Lo and behold I was sold a lemon with a blow head gasket. What made this so awesome is that instead of just putting a tuneup and new belt on the junk and taking my money, he save me hundreds as well a headache. I felt like person who has a friend that has my back. Thank you for being honesty.

WARNING!!!You will be over charged. Parts are marked up 3x the retail. I sent my car to be fixed for one thing. They called and said it was something else but charged for the original thing that wasn't broken plus the actual problem.
