I couldn t find tires my size anywhere in town and lucked out that Goodyear had some in stock for me. Quinton got me right in and back on the road in no time ! The service I received was excellent and I will be using Goodyear for my tires exclusively from here on out. I highly recommend them to anyone! If you are looking for quick and friendly service choose Goodyear on Coldwater rd! :)

I have been buying tires & getting auto service at the Goodyear store on Coldwater Road in Fort Wayne for many years and I have always been pleased. Today I was just there for an oil change & tire rotation and as always the service was great! A special thanks to Michelle & Quinn who assisted me today and please keep up the good work.

Can't recommend enough. My tire blew half way between Chicago and Columbus. They got it fixed at low cost, provided coffee and waited with me to help make sure I got on the road safely. Very kind people and great service.

Been here twice to have an alignment job done. Both times they did not fix the camber specification. This time, they refused fixing the alignment completely, even though they have been paid twice to fix the alignment for the same reason. -1.1* is out of specification and will cause uneven wear on the tires. This is the type of mechanic shop to keep you returning so keep money flowing from your pocket into their. After this, I now take my vehicles to McMahons Best-One Tire & Auto Care in New Haven on US930. They took care of my vehicle without hesitation.

Went there twice for a repair on my alignment, and it wasn t even fixed the first time. It was driving the same as when I first baught my car.Even when I went the 2nd time nothing was fixed. Don t recommend them. Not a good place to go. Now I keep getting denied for any repairs I have.

Everytime I show up to this location they say that they cannot do an alignment but If I go to the maplecrest location there is no problem!

This place was fast, efficient, and so friendly. We had a flat on the hwy right before this exit and we were loosing pressure fast. Of course this happens when most tire places just closed. Good year stayed open for us. I m can t say enough about the team there.I don t know the lady name at the front but she made it happen and was very patient with us. Robbie Michael had to clock back in to do the work. We were driving back from Mackinac island and still had 2 hours from Fort Wayne to hit our home. Thank u guys again. God bless u guys!!

Soo was there for 3 hours for a standard oil change. Missed my sisters birthday, couldn t even offer me a discount for the wait. The first hour they didn t even pull my car into the shop. Workers stood around talking. People who came in after me got out before I did. Not a good place even if it s cheap.

I went here because my car was going all over the road while I was on a work trip. They were booked up but when I explained what was going on with the car and that I was 2 and a half hours away from home. They looked at it. I was stranded because the strut had came apart. These lovely people took me to Enterprise to rent me a car so I can get home while they fixed the car. They were so nice. Everybody was nice, polite and professional. These people saved me. I really appreciate good people and a good company and this is one. I had to let everyone know this is the place to come to because my car was ready the next day. Beautiful good people. I can t say how grateful I am for them. Thank you so much.And my car is working perfectly. Much love.

Went for an oil change and it ended up costing me almost $70! I have never paid more than $40 for my Jeep. When I asked why, they said they had to do the better oil change option due to the make of my vehicle. My jeep doesn't even have 26000 miles on it so all the "extra" stuff they did was unnecessary. And they still charged me extra for different oil even though they said it was included.

My husband and I were coming back from a drive up north and our tire managed to pick up a large bolt left on the road on the way back. My husband took it straight over to Goodyear to get it fixed, he chatted with Michelle (the service manager) as he waited, and she gave him nothing but the very best customer service and took amazing care of our car. It's hard to find good quality service, we were very happy with how great Michelle and her team were. Hands down would recommend Goodyear to anyone!

Steve was very helpful and patient with us. My husband was trying to decide between tire sizes and he helped out tremendously. This is the second truck we have bought tires from here and we will be back for rotations when needed. Thank you, Krista Dreyer

Came in thinking I had a bad 02 Sensor maybe worse.. Few hours later just a vacuum hose had a hole.. I kinda left my sun roof open. It rained. Super nice about getting it dry inside lol ooops.. I don't live out here so to find a reliable place to take my car outta state is killer. vary Impressed!

I had a flat tire and drove it in there for some help. Being from out of town for work and I needed to get back on the road as quickly as possible. They originally told me 2 hours wait time, but they got on it right away and was in and out in 40 minutes. They did a great job and got me back in the road. Nice job done!

I have received excellent customer service at two different Goodyear auto service centers and highly recommend them both. Most recently the Fort Wayne Indiana Coldwater Rd center took care of a damaged flat tire and honored my road hazard warranty although that wasn't the Goodyear location where I got my tires. Everyone was friendly and courteous and took care of the situation in a very timely manner. Thanks so much! The Worrall Rd Kansas City MO Goodyear center helped us get tires in a hurry when we were traveling last fall so here is a shout-out to them as well.

I had an issue where I felt knocking in my car and it felt like I was driving with a flat tire despite my tires being pumped up to the suggested pressure. I called and was able to schedule an appointment very quickly and easily. When I came in on Saturday morning, they were prompt, courteous, efficient, and very pleasant- I had a great conversation with Steve about previous cars we ve owned and pleasant interactions with other customers while I was waiting for my car to get repaired. I got back on the road and my car is driving like it s brand new again. I was expecting to pay an arm and a leg to diagnose the issue and another limb to get the issue corrected but Steve was able to get me back on the road at a very affordable cost. I m grateful I chose to go to the Coldwater Rd Goodyear and I guarantee they ll be my first choice the next time I need anything done on my car :))

Pretty frustrated. I tend to be wary of car places because I know there is a reputation of dishonesty. At this location, where I had never been before, fear tactics were used to attempt to persuade me into buying additional products and services. I was told that my tires were out of alignment, which they weren t. When I was told that I should get my air filter changed, although that had been changed relatively recently, I asked if the condition it was in was bad. The person shrugged their shoulders and said it s not great . It was good. It was perfectly fine. But because it wasn t pristine, I was told I should get it replaced. The moment that happened, they lost my trust.What I m saying is, don t go to a place that uses fear to intimidate you into buying more. I have learned not to fall for it, and I was disappointed that I had to experience that here.

Got tires here first, about $1,100 for five Wrangler SRA's. Took real good care of me with included rotations and warranty. Decided today that I wanted an alignment, and instead of just telling me, they brought me into the shop and walked me through why they wouldn't be able to do an alignment, and gave recommendations on what best to fix.

Was travelling through Fort Wayne from western corner of Indiana when my van got a nail in rear tire. Unfortunately, it was not in the tread, but in the wall. Fortunately vehicle had relatively new Goodyear tires. So we were able to replace just one. Gave me a good deal on it too. Manager and staff treated me as if I had been dealing there for years. Even invited me to stop by if I was in the area again. Only lost a couple of hours total and made new friends on top of it all. Was able to continue the journey to Pennsylvania.

Excellent service, got me in at the last minute before a trip to Wisconsin a few weeks ago. Had a nail in my tire that needed removed and repaired. Even at the end of the day Michelle and Brandon took care of me. I recommend them for any service you need, and for an excellent set of tires (I drive on Goodyear Weather Ready tires).

Steve and his crew are the best! Timely and honest, getting me the right tires for my Transit Connect. I had no idea I needed higher load capacity tires for my passenger wagon, and asked for the wrong tires to be installed. They quickly caught the mistake and for the same price recommend the proper tires for my Transit. Thanks guys!

Never in a million years did I think that I would be writing a bad review towards Good Year. Ive been dealing with you guys since 2013. Granted its only been small work such as oil changes and changing of cabin filters, nonetheless, work was done. So for you guys to quote me on work that needed to be done that would have costed me close to 2800 only for me to take it for a second opinion (Ford Dealership) and to be told that there isn't anything wrong with my car that was printed out by you is very disturbing and disappointing. I work hard for my money and I don't work for it to just be put in somebody's pocket to benefit them. Had I not took my Ford Taurus and gotten a second opinion I would have been out of the hole for 2800 dollars. Shame on you Good Year!!! I will not be coming back to have any car that I own serviced by you!Trust is everything and once broken that's that!!

Friendly people but make an appointment even if you are going to have a damaged tire looked at, they are busy as hell open to close. Also, I bought 4 new tires here and ended up with 2 having to be replaced. If it wasnt for the warranty I bought, I would have had to fork out another 275$ to replace them. In the end it cost 47$. Totally worth it.

I get all my oil changes done here as well as tires and couldn't imagine going anywhere else. The service was fast and the staff was friendly. They take appointments which is great because i can get in and out in a timely fashion and the prices are low. They also do free inspections while I'm there so I don't have to worry about the unexpected. I only trust the employees of Goodyear to take care of my vehicle and have for years. Thanks for all you do!

Brandon and crew were spot-on helpful replacing the flat and rotating the tires. I didn t have an appointment but they quickly worked me into the schedule. Drove away a little more than an hour later with a smooth riding and most importantly *safe* vehicle for my teenage kids to drive. Glad I chose Goodyear and the Road Hazard Protection. Again.

my vehicle was pulled in on time with reference to my appointment the store manager Steve and service manager Michelle were both very professional. The sales area and shop was clean, I would recommend this shop for others who want a professional courteous service repair done.
