I recently had the pleasure of using the services of Glassology Windshield Repair, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The owner, James, was incredibly professional and knowledgeable about his craft. Not only did he efficiently replace my windshield, but he also took the time to explain what precautions to take for the next day or so. The results were fantastic, my new windshield looks great! So I actually wasn t able to go all the way through with the service because of my insurance is requirements, but I felt I had to leave a great review because he was the only one who responded to me in any type of timely manner on a Sunday and had the part in stock and also was able to give me a quote very fast and efficient. He was going to pull up and install the part in facility, which was amazing however, like I said just due to insurance requirements, I wasn t able to go through, but I cannot thank him for putting my mind at ease and getting the information ASAP

James was extremely helpful and professional. I was able to contact him on Christmas Eve after my front passenger side car window was smashed in a robbery. He responded quickly even with the holiday and gave me a very reasonable quote and was able to schedule me for just two days after Christmas. In that time he ordered the correct glass and for my appointment he came directly to my driveway right on time. He even vacuumed up all the remaining glass shards from inside the car. James and Glassology should be your number one choice for auto glass replacement in Fort Wayne!

James was super nice and did an awesome job replacing windshield on my 4runner. Everything is perfect! Really liked that he comes right to your house. Super fast and a great deal! I don't trust many people today and James is the one to call for a windshield!!!

We had our windshield fixed today! The guy who did it was fast! Seemed like he enjoys his job! They did great work and had great customer service! I would highly recommend! The cars windshield frame was a little messed, but he still worked his magic and got it on! I couldn't beat the price either!!! Will be coming back if I need anymore glass replaced!!!!

This company is top notch! Contacted them for a replacement windshield for my 2003 Jeep liberty and they responded almost immediately! With in a couple hours of me contacting them they were at my house installing it! Didn't take long to install and it looks great! These guys have all my future business! If your looking for fast and great work definitely get a hold of Glassology!

Glassology was awesome. Quoted me a price for my car windshield, ordered it, came to my work to install. After that explained everything about not what to do for a few days etc. The price was lower than any place around. Definitely will recommend them to anyone. 5 star's

He is SUPER friendly and reliable. He fixed my car passenger window in less than an hour and was able to have the part for me and take care of it the very next day after contacting him. Prices are very reasonable and would DEFINITELY recommend and go through him again
