Totally satisfied with my experience from start to finish! Staff was so polite and helpful as well as kept me updated throughout process. Car was fixed up within 3 days and looks amazing! Highly recommend Gerber Collision and Glass to everyone!

I see I m not the only one that have problems with Tonya, worst customer service experience.I don t understand why they hire people like her.If she doesn t like her job she should quit.My wife car only have a dent on the front door and it s been in the shop for almost 2 weeks.That sucks.

Well where can I start. I had high hopes since this is where my insurance told me to go. I wish I had taken it elsewhere. Delay, after delay just to save a buck and lie, after lie from management. Their customer service is completely lacking and honestly I don t understand how they stay in business. I would not recommend going here, honestly stay away from any Gerber location.

Gerber is the only bodyshop that has touched this car since I've owned it. Since April 2016 (purchased 1/19/16) due to Volkswagens Corrosion warranty they have replaced both front fenders, both rocker panels, both rear quarter panels, the trunk and most recently the hood. Their attention to detail in the shop is phenomenal. My car is Blue Graphite (a dark metallic blue), and every time they paint it I'm blown away by the match that they can get. You wouldn't know what panels had been painted if you didn't know. Joe the shop manager started at the Merkler store on the north side where my car was worked on the first time. He did such an amazing job keeping me in the loop on what was going on with my car as the process was going on, I'm sure i drove him crazy with all the questions but he never danced around the question. Out of the three times they have had my car, i have never been unsatisfied with the with the work preformed. Kris took care of my last visit and was also very good about communications though ever step of the process.I am back into day to have some things touched up with their paintless dent removal, and while i was waiting for them to complete that, Aubrey was super friendly in the lobby, she also gave me a lime tootsie roll.

To make a long story short I had the worst experience dealing with another location (New Haven) and the general manager (Nick) trying to get my vehicle repaired from an accident that happened in November of last year . Multiple mistakes and Just the worst customer service . I was fed up with their customer service and not having my vehicle returned to me fixed and wanted to deal with a different Gerber . I got in contact with their RM Ed and he was professional and got me to this location and was working with the GM Jaron. He understood my frustrations and listened to me about about my concerns on my vehicle and knew what needed to be fixed and done right away . He took care of everything for me from continuing my insurance claim, to the rental car, and to the timing of the repairs. It sucks that one location had to pick up the slack and mistakes from another location but overall I should have chosen this location to begin with ! Jaron was very understanding, professional, and his timing was everything and I am happy with how my vehicle returned to me ! Ed and Jaron stated they wanted to make it right and they did just that. I appreciate the great customer service and the fast response because I was sooo upset and not impressed in the beginning with the company . From one manager to another this situated was handled well and ultimately in the end I am happy ! Thank you!

Spoke to Tonya for an update on a vehicle that has been dropped off 9/06/23 for an insurance claim. She was very rude about getting an update and hung up. It is now 10/9/23 estimated date is 10/11.

Dropped my vehicle off on Wednesday the 11th of January for a small dent (insurance claim) at 9:30 in the morning. Was told at the time "Early next week" it would be returned. Proceeded to call them back Monday the following week for an update, was told then " I'll have to talk to the tech and call you back", to which they never called back. I call again on Tuesday the 17th of January for another update, only to be told " it's just now being disassembled". I wait until Thursday the 19th for yet another update ( I had to call again) and told " it's in the paint shop now, and would be returned on Monday the following week". I call today January the 23rd (Monday) to be told the window company can possibly (not sure) replace/set the window later this evening possibly tomorrow.I have now spent over 515$ on a rental, almost two weeks of it sitting in the shop with no end in sight. By this point I'm disappointed, dissatisfied, and spent a whole paycheck on a rental with no end date and no return date.Avoid this place at all costs, they do not care about their customer and won't give a clear answer on when the car will be finished. Angry and frustrated is an understatement.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was incredibly impressed with the quick and friendly service here, from reception to management. Matthew Mullholland was thorough and kept us updated via e-mail and text every step of the way. Amazing experience from start to finish. I had over 10k in damage done to my car and they made it look brand new. Had a small small issue and joe and the team hopped right on it and went above and beyond. Every time I walk in I m greeted professionally, and taken care of quick. Unfortunately, I ended up with a bad paint job. I called about it after the fact, never got a call back so I shrugged it off. Then, when it was REALLY foggy I turned my fog lights on and the light literally melted through my bumper because it was not properly plugged in when they fixed my bumper. Still have yet to get a call-back regarding that! I was very patient and kind to them about everything and I'm upset that I have to leave this review.

My car went in because some hit us and they fixed the car but changed out the front drivers side rim even though it wasn't damaged and now it's a completely different color than the other three. I talked to the manager about putting the old one back on and he said he would see if they could find it and he would call me..... this was on July 7th. I still haven't been called and I even called them and left him a message.... very disappointing that they are leaving me high and dry.

I cannot speak to the quality of the repairs here I only received a quote. The quote was $400 higher than another quote I received from a competitor. They also could not get me in for 5-6 weeks. The competitor was able to do it in less than one. Had an appt but still had to wait quite a while to have someone give me an estimate. Staff was not as professional as the other 2 shops I visited.UPDATE: Someone did reach out and addressed my concerns. I had already had the repair done elsewhere but I appreciated them following up.

This is where my insurance, USAA, sent me. These people were amazing. They did a great job on my vehicle repair, washed it, and vacuumed it out before returning it to me. Kris was great to work with. They were courteous, and they got the job done faster than estimated. They also guarantee their work for as long as I own the vehicle. I will definitely use them in the future. :)

Gave me 3 different completion dates and took 3 weeks for a minor repair.. hood wasn't lined up properly... staff also had fun at my expense labeling my keys as a fictional character.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

The team here is top notch, from front desk to shop to management. My 2017 Toyota Sienna is looking better than when I bought it. I brought it in on a Monday with deep scratches on three panels. My family was moving across the country at the time and we needed it done by Friday. It was a big ask, but they came through and got it done a day early. Paint was matched perfectly, and they even washed my van for me before I came to pick it up. This team made my unpleasant situation much better. Highly recommend. They really did an awesome job at making our RAV4 look brand new again. We had to wait for 3 months for parts to come in but that has more to do with the shortages on everything going on, so I can't fault them for that. They kept me on the loop every step of the way.

They need to figure out how to run the business first. First the office personnel was late and did not open the doors til 8am which they were advertising they open sooner then they screwed up my estimate with Geico they were part of Geico Express. Told insurance company I never showed up for my appointment which I did then supposedly I was to drop vehicle off but they failed to tell that when he was taking all the pictures and discussing the claims process. I don't recommend this company.

Continued to call and reschedule my appointment just to get an estimate. Then they scheduled me on a holiday knowing they would be closed. Been two months now and still haven't been able to get an estimate.

This place is awesome! Not only was everyone so kind, but they handled all of the logistics. From me dropping off my vehicle and needing a rental to me dropping off the rental, they took care of everything! Would highly recommend to anyone. Oh, and the repair work looks amazing! You would have absolutely no idea anything had ever happens, and it looks better than when we bought it!

I had just returned from a deployment and came to find out my car got backed into by a roommate. The quote I got from another body shop in the area said it would cost $540 to fix the scratches and scrapes. Brought my car to Gerber Collision & Glass and spoke with Joe the manager and told him my story and he asked if I had time for them to fix it right now at no charge as a way for them to serve me. Will definitely be bringing my business to them and would recommend to anyone else. My car looks great now!

After receiving a call that my car was ready for pick up, I left work and walked out to my rental to find that the tire was flat:/. It was 4:45 and the shop closes at 5, so I called the shop, spoke with Liz and explained what was going on and said I wasn t going to be able to make it that day. Liz said she was going to speak to the manager, Jaron, and have him call me back, which he did within minutes. He asked where I was located and said he would be coming to change my tire. He arrived with in 10 minutes to change my tire, had the tire changed with in another 10 minutes, and then told me he would meet me at the shop to pick up my car, which we proceeded to do - all after hours! Liz was at the shop when we arrived, with my paperwork ready to go. They had me leave the rental there and told me they would take care of it from there! They both went above and beyond - I ve never had such great customer service! Thank you!!!

I used them for an insurance claim. Everything they told me was contradicted by my insurance company. My insurance company called them multiple times and they weren't calling my insurance company back. It took them 4 days to write up the estimate, two more weeks to get my car in for repair, and then a few more days after that to determine it was totalled.

Communication was good, areas of my paint job lacked. I can actually feel the texture of the paint almost as if it wasn t sanded properly. For the timeframe and amount of money insurance paid you would think this wouldn t be overlooked. Also, I could have gotten my vehicle back earlier without the emblems being attached because they weren t in yet. I didn t like the idea of getting it back until it was completely done seeing that they were paid already. Didn t want to play those games. Other then that the service was okay.

Aubrey, an employee of Gerber was professional. She called me and kept me updated. When I had problems with a different location, Aubrey went above and beyond to address the other store s mistakes.They did have my car for nearly two-weeks, which seemed like a long time. I do not know the average time to make repairs, so this could be reasonable.

Will never go back here. Was ok dropped my car off. Was ok picked it up. Just felt lady dealt with was unprofessional trying to get my insurance to pay. I didn't like her. Then when I got my car. Noticed window didn't look right. And it wasn't no body walked me out to inspect my car. Go over what was done. It was at end of day. But that shouldn't matter. She was in a rush to get her $$ screw if customer is happy. My window though wasn't put back in right. Had rough sound when closing it. I took it back next day. They fixed it. Tent wasn't 100% as was when I dropped it off. Could see outside a bit in the corner of it.
