Hit by a deer on Dec 3. This shop was one of the approved shops of my insurer. My vehicle is still not fixed. I've been given at least five estimated dates to completion, the first one was December 29. Now a month later I'm being told 2/14, nearly 3 months for repairs! I understand there are delays to getting parts and supply chain issues (it's been in the news). What I don't understand is how Gerber doesn't understand this. What I don't understand is how they make no offer for compensation or to make it right in any way. What I don't understand is how I'm supposed to trust the repairs will be correct and durable, and how I'm ever supposed to prove that they aren't when this shop will surely say they were because I fully expect there will be issues with it if I ever can get it back. I'm sure no one at Gerber would want to be treated this way, I don't understand why it's ok for me.

Great company to go through! They did a amazing job on my truck, kept me posted the whole time and let me know of any trouble and when everything was done great people will be going back for any other problems would definitely recommend!!Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I was referred to them by my insurance company after a rear end. Everything seemed to be going ok but when I got my car back I noticed a few issues. One big issue was some over spray that was not there previously. They said well since we didn't work on that area, it didn't happen at the shop. I presented them with photos (even a photo they took) and still they refused to accept responsibility, I'm currently getting someone else to look at it to compare it, fighting with insurance also. On top of all this, they fixed an area with a white paint pen, that should have been my first red flag. And they didn't properly install my license plate light. I also noticed other reviews with some similar issues (overspray, things not set right). Just seems interesting that a company that says they stand by their work won't take the responsibility when they do something wrong. This has been a long few months, back and forth, but at this point all I want is a refund for all the bad work done on my car so I can take it to a place that will do it professionally and properly. So shoppers beware and read ALL the reviews before considering this place.

I had to take my Chevy Silverado (Texas Edition) in for an insurance claim. I was greeted with a very welcoming smile by Tori. She got me all set up for repair and worked flawlessly with my Insurance company. I was updated during every step of the process and Denver (the body guy) did a phenomenal job on my front end. This was my only experience with a body shop and I hope I don't have to use their services again, but I definitely would. Thank you guys.

I would like to compare Gerber Collision and Glass with their competitors. But I can't, I've only ever worked with Gerber.My first time in, they stated the workload they have and presented me with a real timeframe, honest and up front, yet understood the importance of my vehicle to me.Everything was thoroughly explained in detail, what work needed to happen to make my vehicle right.I'm not a brand loyal person, the moment I feel I'm not taken care of I'm moving on.That said, each time I've not only been satisfied, but impressed. Body work, they replaced my whole front end 3 years ago.. It was as if nothing ever happened. The paint match was flawless and it drove just as well as before the collision.This time has been no different in customer service. I am waiting for a few parts to come in, but they've been diligent in keeping me up to date.I don't imagine I'll be going anywhere but Gerber in the future.I highly recommend their services..

They can't be bothered to give estimates without scheduling an appointment but people are just standing in office. I took my business elsewhere. I took my business elsewhere because your because you would not give me an estimate but I had I didn't have an appointment but when I came in there was nobody in your parking lot

They do fabulous work, and really deal well with customers. They keep you informed, and try to make the process as painless as possible. You feel like your in good hands with people that know what to do.

Our car needed a lot of under the hood repair with mostly front-end damage from the undercarriage up including the radiator and air conditioning unit. So much more than body repair. The exchange between Gerber and our insurance company was flawlessly handled; NO hassles on our part. And, with parts in short supply/on back-order during the CoVid, Tori kept in close contact; updating the status of the work. Ultimately, Tori acquired a rental car for us and then the manager (?) exchanged the rental for our car when the work was successfully completed (a 2 hr trip since we live an hour away). The teamwork, professionalism and courteous customer care and the desire to repair the vehicle back to perfect working order (which obviously the guys in the garage are super at) are obvious strengths for this Gerber Collision team. Thank You all for your help!

They are working on my vehicle now after a deer hit me. They have been great with keeping me up to date all the way through the process. Angel has been very very helpful. Hope to never need them again but if I do I will definitely go back to them.

I took my mustang gt to this place because they work with my insurance. Another location did a great job on another car of mine so I figured no problems. I took it in for a estimate they scheduled me in 3 weeks later. I called two weeks before bringing it in due to finding more damage.i asked do you want me to bring it back in to include this? No I was told. So it was started on then I get a call, the insurance might total your car. Its 19 years old with 23,180 original miles in perfect condition minus the dents and paint repair. So after several phone calls and a week of delays I called to see what's going on. The roof was done a few times because of problems and the whole deal was 18 days but I guess you cant really count weekends. The car looks good but I noticed where the glass needed taken out its scratched, and the glue around the seal was done sloppily. I had to make most of the calls to see what was going. On. Delayed several times. Torn between 3 stars and 4.

This body shop did an amazing job on repairing my Dodge Charger, they worked with me to put in aftermarket headlights while repairing damages from an accident. I have no complaints with their work, they also finished the job days ahead of the deadline I needed my car back. On top of all that they beat the price of all the other body shops I went too.

I got rear ended and took my car here. They were quick and kept me up to date on everything they did to my car. My car looks great! Would recommend them again for anyone who needs work done.

I got hit by flying debris on I69 in a construction zone in my Buick Lacrosse. I LOVE this car and the thought of driving around in a damaged car drove me nuts. The damage was bad but not enough to turn into insurance. I got three quotes from body shops and they were all the same price within a few bucks. I was concerned about the quality of the work due to the color of my car which is like a gold/tan/metallic. I selected 14/69 simply because they seem to care about their reputation so I felt they would do the best job.I just picked up my car Friday. People, I am PICKY about my cars and the work done on them. I could not find the repair. I could not see the blend. Looked like factory. They also completely cleaned the exterior. I was happy. Then I got in my car to leave and I was thrilled. They cleaned my interior and used air freshener! This speaks volumes to me. They REALLY care about your experience and satisfaction.My wife's fun car is a Lexus SC430 convertible that needs the front hood, bumper and fascia repainted. Guess where I'm taking it?

My Subaru Forester had some acorn damage, and I needed to find a good repair shop. I was referred to 14/69 Auto Body, and as they were close by, decided to go in for an estimate. Mike Blessing took really good care of my claim- service and communication were excellent, quick and easy claims process. I will definitely take my vehicle here for any future repairs. Had appointment on my day off with Kelley Buick to have side-mirror replaced... except they forgot to order the mirror. Drove across the street without an appointment to 14/69 autobody, was met with amazing customer service, found the part for way less! Turned a lemon of a day into lemonade, highly recommend!

NEVER AGAIN ! I looked at the reviews all was good even said they won awarded ! It tock them around a month to fix my van! Then when they called said it be ready. I tock a day off work and I called them three times and the last time I called they where like well we found a scratch on the back pice of trim it need painted so I waist my vacation day ! Then I go back to pick it up two days later when they said it was done only to find that the front of my grill had been busted they tried blaming it on me said it was like that already bs then the door they fixed would not shut right when you opened it with the auto open button! And last of all things the Driver side mirror that was missed up was not even touched after talking to the management there corporately owned but no CEO all he said is where sorry we call your insurers and see if they offer to fix it so pleas people take it from me don't use this company !

The power was out when I arrived, but the staff was able to quickly get me checked in and on my way. When I returned the work was covered thoroughly along with future care. Again I was on my way. Fast, pleasant, and done well.

I had my seatbelt replaced by this company and it was installed on the wrong side. It was a simple fix. The work was done at a decent price, but I recommend checking what is done before leaving the shop.

I still can't believe how nice my car looks now!!! It looks like new, no it looks better than new! And they vacuumed out my interior and washed the car. I would recommend this place to all my friends, and none of my enemies!

After finally getting fed up with this company reach behind. I had to have my insurance company pay Ben Davice in Auburn finish the work that 14/69 AutoBody screwed up this company is a bunch of snacks don't trust them !
