I highly recommend this place! Before I found fox and fox I put over 1800 dollars in my Jeep to fix the front end from shaking, and every time it wasn t fixed! I was about to give up until my dad said take it to Fox and Fox, I was hesitant just becouse I already put so much money into it from other places! Fox and Fox was my last hope before I was gonna get rid of it! I was amazed, Fox &Fox were the ones that fixed my Jeep! I only wish I would have taken it there first! It would have saved me a lot of money! So if your having problems with your vehicle or Jeep, TAKE IT TO FOX & FOX They will get it right the first time!! I also had them put an engine in my Jeep, they did a great job!!

Typically, I try not to rate things five stars because I always find perfect ratings suspicious, but these guys deserve it. I went in there rat 7:30 am to get my headlights restored and not only did they drop me back at my place AND pick me up when they were done, they didn't charge me for it.On top of that, everyone was incredibly nice, Cory recommended food places to check out, and I ended up paying less than quoted. These people earned their stars. Before and after pictures for proof of excellent service.

This has been the worst experience of my life. State Farm contracts with this place and doesn t care either. They are the worst place for repairs. They lie because they know I have to use them to get my jeep fixed. I would have picked any other place. Very dishonest place of business. DONT USE!

Someone in your shop. Is an unprofessional mechanic. Why's it that when I bring my vehicle to Fox and Fox. My car is never fully fixed. It's the mechanics. It's not service at front desk. P.S. If a car uses good quality high-milage oil. Don't let them over charge you for a cheap oil change. They will ruin your vehicle. It's how their money is made. They cause problems. Trust your institutions and wisdom. Fox and Fox is an awful shop because of it's mechanics.

The customer service is top knotch. The mechanics at this shop are rude. The mechanics are unprofessional. Such a shame. Because of the mechanics we won't be going back. They're not thorough in overlooking mechanical and suspension issues. If they're disagreed with. The mechanics will retaliate. All employees, not only customer service, should be professional.

Went in for body repair. They overlooked damaged parts and left them on the car. Then they wanted to charge me again for labor when they should've replaced parts in the first place. They told me they would do the work for the cost of the parts. Instead they found a cheaper part than originally quoted and charged me for the labor anyways. Now they have lost any future business from me.

UPDATE: got a call from Tom, offered to help me and fix the issue, i will go check it again and hopefully will get this done, raising another star for concern tom showed.organized yes but didnt do me any good, got my car in for alignment and oil change it still feels the same after they finished, asked for fluid check and topup coolant, well its not even checked yet filled, feels bad to get your car to a professional place like this and not get the job like you wanted.Leaving 3 stars because of Jim, the shuttle driver, very nice guy.

Beware! my BMW X5 had a minor issue it was slow coming out of park most likely a sensor. Took for a simple diagnostic, after 3 days and calling them I was told they needed additional days and $150 for advanced electrical testing point to point, I agreed over the phone. 9 days after taking for diagnostic I was told it was ready upon picking it for and the bill over $1200 I drove less than one block and it locked up. the dealer towed it and the estimate to FIX what FOX & FOX broke was $9855.98. The OWNER mr. Fox spoke to me and offer 50% off original estimate or $25. DO NO USE!!

I like Fox and Fox. The staff and the mechanics do a good job. I think the prices are fair. I was slightly disappointed with my last visit. I went in for an alignment I got a two-wheel alignment when I was expecting a four-wheel alignment and noted on my paperwork was a clunk or noise in the front end. I feel the technician should have tried to sell a repair for the noise in the front end. I would have paid to have that annoying clunk diagnosed and repaired. I was hoping that the alignment itself would have fixed the clunk and the tightening of the suspension components would have fixed the clunk. It did not but nothing was said to me about possible repairs. They should have tried to upsell and obvious front suspension noise especially since they were already doing an alignment.

A shop that specializes in detailing but doesn't pay attention to detail. Everyone will have a different experience but I am not impressed at all. My gas can came up missing from my trunk they also took my items from my trunk and had them thrown all over the inside of my car. Got paint on my windshield and passenger windows and other issues. They offered to fix issues id rather pay someone else to fix the problem. Just terrible.

2 weeks before Christmas, my transmission unexpectedly went out. The crew at Fox and Fox immediately jumped on taking care of the issue as efficiently as possible. They were extremely professional and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. Not only did they come in under the very reasonable quote they gave me, they dropped my car off at the location I requested to make it easy for me to pick up. I truly appreciate how honest and understanding they were with my situation and my questions. I'll never take my car anywhere else for repairs or regular maintenance!Service: Transmission

Could not have been more "off the mark." I scheduled an appointment online and mentioned what my car needed (front suspension issues, not an alignment). When I dropped off the car, I told the female (later discovered she was in training) what it needed. When I didn't heat back for well over a day, I called in. They called me back and left a voicemail. When I did contact them, their quote was near $1200. The same female trainee tried to explain all that their quote included but again, I told her it didn't need an alignment. When I picked my car up (after doing some research of costs elsewhere), they told me to diagnose my car, there was a $49 charge. They never mentioned this before. I informed them I wasn't too happy about this but I did pay. They handed me the keys without telling me where to find my car (there are three lots of cars). A mechanic helped me. I had the car fixed (new shocks and struts) at another "trusted" garage for $700.

Have been taking my vehicle to F&F for about a year for routine maintenance with good results. They are conveniently located next to where I work. Took my Pathfinder in recently because one windshield wiper was not working (along with oil change). Was given good news that the culprit was just a loose nut that was tightened. They offered to replace the blades with an agreed upon price. When I got the bill, it was about $100 higher than expected, due to a $101 diagnostic fee regarding the wiper. Not sure how a loose nut being tightened equals $101 but apparently it s a standard fee for any issue. CONSUMER BEWARE that for ANY diagnostic issue (including a single nut being tightened) they will charge the full amount.Service: Oil change

From the moment I walked in the team was friendly, laughing, joking and overall just a very fun group! They really evaluated the options and gave me various cost options on the level of correction I wanted from making my door functional to completing with a paint job. I felt they were honest and treated me fairly and went above and beyond to clean out my entire car when they returned it and even washed my car and shined my rims. Really satisfied with the service here and I dont think I have ever rated a service place before so great job everyone!Service: Body & Trim

I came to Fox and Fox on a friend's recommendation. They were super communicative through my service, did quick, and great work! Also, as a woman who often isn't spoken to kindly in auto shops, I was extremely comfortable here. Looking forward to working with them for my regular maintenance in the future!

Fox and Fox did a great job. Found an issue during standard service and clearly presented the options. Was able to get the repairs done before we left for vacation. All the staff is both caring and trustworthy. This local business cares about their customers and not just the bottom line. Forced a 1 bolt into a 3/4 hole and held it in place with some high temp sealant stripped my manifold threads. Offered to fix it but wouldn t give me my money back. I didn t trust taking my vehicle back so took the loss.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Very helpful when daughter totaled her car last spring, went back to them on mechanical issue. They said brakes were fine needed battery got a total price of under $300 for auto checked out & battery, checked receipt when she got home $183 + 40 for installation of battery alone. My kid is a USF student and I live 2 hours away, went from happy customer to not so much. Update I have since replaced my battery in my truck add that is the going rate for those installed!

I had services done fuel pump etc with my husbands suburban paid 1600 dollars the first time got it back was running funny and loosing power still took it back a second time they changed something else they claimed they were unsure but figured would go out another 500 dollars almost for us to get it back again and we have to still fix our own problem the fuel injectors etc! I will never have my vehicles serviced here again I should have called for them to fix it when it happens the 3rd time but why when I was out 2000 with the main problem still not fixed which they diagnosed and fixed this for me! Money wasn t ever the issue the fact of your customer service is and I had a vechicle come and go in there twice for my husband to fix it himself the 3rd time

It is just ok. Many have good experiences, some have high bill, some people get fixed quick with quality and fair price.I have had better experience with them, I think the holiday changed my recent experience to just ok.

Best repair shop in Fort Wayne. They cover everything from repairs to body work . They are the only shop I let work on my classic truck. They even provide rides so you don't have to wait. Been a customer for years and never need to worry about getting excellent service.

I've taken my car here the last 3 or 4 times I've needed work done. Their work is excellent and customer service is terrific. I learned about fox and fox from my father who hasn't lived in Fort Wayne for decades. I can see why this place left an impression on him. Fair prices and great service.

We took my mother s vehicle to Fox and Fox on the recommendation from a friend. Her car had been sideswiped by a large truck, The car was drivable, but did not have a side mirror, so the car was towed to a car dealership on Coliseum Boulevard by Glenbrook. After almost 4 weeks, we were told they could not give us a complete estimate because they thought the car might have frame damage, they were also unsure if they could get parts on a 2005 vehicle. To make a long story short, we didn t feel we could trust the dealership to do the repair. Our friend told us about Fox and Fox, said they could check the frame. I called Fox and Fox, they were able to get the car in that very same day. While we waited, they put the car up on the hoist, checked it, said were there was absolutely no frame damage. They then told us they could do the repair on the car. That same afternoon, they called, stating they were able to get the parts that were needed. We had the car back a week later. The cost was $1,300.00 cheaper than the estimate we received from the card dealership. Employees Denise, Rhonda, and all the repair personnel were extremely helpful and friendly. When my mother got her car back it had been detailed on the inside as well, the 2005 Hyundai looked great! What had been a very stressful experience with the auto dealership, my 89-year-old mother was extremely pleased with Fox and Fox. We would give them 10 !!

My car had been broken into. I went there to get an estimate to repair damages, they cleaned up the glass mess and put a film over the frames of the windows. Their care and concern really helped me feel that things were going to be ok. Merry Christmas to Fox & Fox. They rock!!!!

Steve and staff are EXCELLENT. I'm here temporarily, but I'd even come back here from out of state. Trust is huge if you love your car and this is the first place to make me feel like they have the same interest as me. They're still running a business, but they let you decide what you want with all the info you could ever need. This is gold.

I brought my car into fox and fox to get an alignment. I unfortunately wasn't able to due to another shops negligence but fox and fox got me in right away. They were able to diagnose my issue with suspension. The staff was very nice and very knowledgeable, they did all they could to assist me. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing frame work, suspension work etc.

Went in expecting a good experience based on recommendation from another auto shop but came out realizing it was probably just the good old boy network directing work to each other.Dropped my truck off at 10:00 AM Monday for alignment. Was told I would need new front bearings which was not unexpected. They told me about an hour and a half, that parts were close by in town so I decided to wait. About 45 minutes later I was told my brakes were borderline, which also was not unexpected. I asked how long to fix everything and was told it would be ready by 2:30 or 3:00 in the afternoon so I took their courtesy shuttle home. Three o clock arrived and no phone call so I called them. Was told they are knee deep in it and should another hour and a half. Since they close at 5:00 I arrived at 4:30 and was told it was not ready and would not be ready until 10:00 AM the following day. By 1:30 PM the following day still no phone call so I called them. Was told they just finished up the brakes and now had to do the alignment. Asked to speak to a manager was told he was out to lunch and that I should get a phone call by 2:15 PM. Got a call back 10 minutes later and was told my truck would be ready by 2:15.When I arrived to pick it up it was ready. Excuse given for delay was problems with parts delivery. Why couldn t they have called me and told me that or called to give me an update. Poor customer service resulted in being 3 hours late to work, left my wife without a car, and burned unnecessary gas to go to a place on the south side of town when I had a reputable shop (Hire s) on the north side where I live.Unfortunate that they lost a repeat customer due to poor communication customer service. Just hope the work they did doesn t turn out to be the same.
