Derek and Will. Working with Fort Wayne Wheel Repair was an awesome experience. Derek the owner is very knowledgeable and friendly to talk with. Will one of his employees did the work and did an amazing job with my rim refinishing! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who need rim repairs. I had my new tires put on at Sams Club and they put heavy scratches on my very expensive rims and I wasn t very happy about that but, Derek and Will at Fort Wayne Wheel Repair were able to get them out and fixed up within a day. Thank you both Derek and Will very much. One happy customer!!!

Very poor communication skills and lack professionalism. I brought them a bent rim, they gave me back a completely broken and useless one. I understand s#!t happens sometimes but they really acted as though they could care less. They got in a rush because they told me it would be ready in 30 minutes and I think he just pushed it too far too fast and broke it. Again I get it stuff happens sometimes but I wasted over 3 hours and a full tank of gas just getting over there and back. At least PRETEND you're sorry for breaking it and wasting my time. Also...didn't get my center cap back either

They did a great job buffing out the trim on my new Kia (hit a curb). The customer service on the phone was great. I used the lockers for drop off and pick up which was convenient. Located not too far off of 69. They were recommended to us by the locally owned car repair place we go, Woodward Tire service.Thanks!

Highly recommend this place for your wheel needs. I have an older vehicle I'm restoring. The wheels were scratched, chipped, and also bent! These guys mean business I can tell from the start. I picked the color I wanted and set an appointment. Went in at 8 and the vehicle was done at 5 that afternoon. That's straightening all 4, painting, etc....The wheels are basically brand new now. The pricing is very reasonable and they will help you out. Love the outcome

Didn't even know wheel repair was a thing but was glad when a local tire shop in Ft. Wayne pointed me to these guys. Fast, efficient, reasonable and accommodating. Swapped the tire with the rear, removed and replaced the spare. Great Job.

I had a great experience here today!! All the guys were very nice and did a great job fixing my tire. The guys really seemed to enjoy where they worked as I heard them laughing and joking with each other. That was awesome to hear!! Highly recommend Ft. Wayne Wheel Repair!!

Honestly they did a fantastic job of straightening my rims, got me in and out quickly. Granted rims weren't bent that badly, but my tire balance was way off afterwards. Would have rated them five stars, but being from Ohio I had to go to a local shop and have the front two wheels Re-balanced. One side of 1 ounce inboard and outboard, the other 1/2ounce and 1ounce. I'd definitely recommend but, would also mention my tire balance next time.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Have used fw wheel on several occasions. They have always been very accommodating. The last time I was there I had a really short window and they got me in at 7am to get the job done quickly so I could make my appointment. OUTSTANDING SERVICE EVERY TIME!

They straighten my dented wheel, which kept me from buying having to buy an $860 new wheel. Quality work, at a fair price, honest and friendly staff! Very efficient and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

After being quoted over $2,000 for two rims that I curbed, I decided to give Fort Wayne Wheel Repair a shot. I'm so glad that I did. They sanded the wheel and repainted it all in one day. I got the car back and the rims look brand new. They did everything for less than $300. These guys did not disappoint and I will recommend them anyone who needs their rims fixed.Service: Tires

Derrick is extremely kind, helpful, and great at what he does! He was very communicative and prompt with answering messages. If you have wheels that have chewed up rims, save yourself a couple of grand getting new wheels and GO HERE. They can smooth out your ground up wheels the SAME DAY! Will definitely be back if I ever need another wheel repaired. Thank you, Derrick!

My car was ready in 4 hours (two repaired bent rims on a 2016 Ford Fusion Titanium) and drove smoothly afterward. Their prices are very reasonable. Derick was nice enough to also shuttle me back and forth to work. He was very professional, thorough, friendly, and trustworthy. He answered all my questions about the repair process as well. Should I bend up my rims again, I will definitely be back, and I highly recommend them to others.

Mistakes happen, and when they do I recommend Fort Wayne Wheel Repair! Just that this place exists makes me feel a lot better about driving. Every repair I ve had has left my damaged wheel looking like new again. They can even fix cracks in the inside of a wheel.

Florida/Bama was working in Indiana. Just had new tires placed on truck. Had a flat. Found two cracky on back side of rim. They repaired the rim. I have no complaints. They where good people. Only charge me 85.00. A used rim is 279.00. good deal. Thank y'all.
