had an amazing experience with Fort Wayne Toyota service The customer service was outstanding, and the service done was exactly what I was looking for. I was so pleased with the service I received from the service center. They went above and beyond to meet my need. Jenny and the whole crew are awesome by far the most experience I have hadThank you guys

I have been battling with this dealership since I bought my 09 ram from them 2 years ago. The service department is a joke and the sales team has no knowledge of the vehicles they are selling. Never get the extended warranty from them it is a scam! My truck has been in and out of the service department several times due to the same issue and after this last visit my truck is un- drivable. I was told by the service advisor to take it to a different dealership to further diagnose the issue but how am I supposed to do that when they made my truck unsafe for the road? Avoid this dealership at all costs it s not worth the stress and headaches

Jason Bennett was the Service Advisor for My transaction with Toyota and He was Professional and Courteous and everything was explained and done in a timely manner and Thanks to Him and Team Toyota for everything

Requested service work on a few things including the clunk of the front brake calipers when pressing the brake. I was instructed the noise was from the front struts which was expensive and took all day. Had it fixed but the calipers still clunk while braking. Brake calipers did not get fixed.interesting, Maybe I expected too much.

Came in towards the end of the day on Saturday with a nail in my tire. They made it an easy and fast process to get me helped out. Great experience and super quick to help me out. Would definitely recommend!

I was disappointed because I was forgotten while waiting for my car. After 2.5 hours I went to the cashier to ask and the cashier found my paperwork said something like "not again". I believe my car had been done for a while. And then when I went to my car I don't think it had been washed.

Took my 1998 dodge ram 1500 to get an alignment. Jennifer my service advisor told me they cannot do it because it was too rusty and it was going to cost thousands of dollars to do Went to pick up my truck around 4:30 and the guy working in service department was rude and impatient. Never taking any of my cars there again, normally go to Lexus but they sent me to Toyota for my truck

Why tell me that you sent my van through the car wash when you did not! You never give me my car wash when I come to get my oil change. And all other services are way overpriced.

I'm going to make this long story short. The service advisor Neil Bringman was absolutely thoughtful, detailed, and an amazing representative of Fort Wayne's Toyota service center. He helped me out big time with a sound problem I've had on my Prius for a hot minute and actually took the time with his team to make sure it got done right. And I for one could not be any happier. Of course I'll be continuing getting my Toyota serviced here, it's not even a question. Also the rest of the staff were curiosity too, I can't leave them out, all do thier job well. But, Neil is the one that made a problem I had, that I went through two other times to get fix other places, and got it done right. So, that's it. Good prices too. 5/5 stars.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Always let me know when it's time to maintenance fluids in car. Always willing to help me in any way. Gives me a price before anything is done. Been with them since 2008. The Service Department is very good. Service writers are knowledgeable and if they are unable to answer a question, they will get the answer. The techs there are very good, they know their trade well. The porters are careful with your vehicle and I've not had a car returned greasy or dirty. So yep, the Service Department gets all the stars.
