My car (used) broke down shortly after service. I called the. KIA repair shop and set up an appointment. They were friendly, thorough and quick. I loved the customer portal that allowed me to look at the progress of my car. They followed up in a timely matter, clearly identifying what was wrong and how they were going to fix it. Amazing service, great price.

Perfect service. I was able to have 4 new tires installed and an alignment. Brakes were on the list as well, but my service rep told me they didn't need done, saving me over $400!

I m being very generous with the extra star based on the treatment I received from Antwon, a service advisor who does not even need to work there. It s ridiculous that this is the only Kia Dealership that I have within 100 miles. Without going into much detail he is very unprofessional. His service manager Chris is a pleasure to work with.

Purchased from Ft Wayne Kia off the used lot, and the vehicle was serviced by their service center prior to listing it for sale. The vehicle had new front brakes and new tires put on it before the vehicle was listed. It is a reputable brand and model with fairly low miles that they took in on a trade. Got it home and found 2 issues the service center failed with:1. never installed the tire pressure monitors and reset the pressure system for the computer. There is no way a buyer could have seen this or known it before purchasing unless the odometer had clocked more than 20 miles on test drives. According to the vehicle manual, the reset button starts flashing orange at 20 miles post tire installation if the monitors are not paired correctly; it started blinking when I got back home, but wasn't blinking when I test drove.2. after 3 days, the front end started making a ton of noise when driving; again, didn't happen during test drive. My local shop, whom I trust and I've done a lot of business with over the years, found the front brakes are, in fact, new - but, they were reassembled with major bolts that hold the whole assembly together are missing. Thank goodness I got it into the shop before I had a catastrophic failure while operating on the vehicle on the road.Is the service department incompetent, or is this a strategic method of getting cars back into the shop that the used lot sells without a warranty? I don't know that answer, but I do know I won't be getting anything fixed at this service department in the future.

Antwon freaking lies. He is the lead service person for my car that needs a new engine replaced in a car with under 76000 miles! I was told 3 weeks to get it installed, well it s been 3 week and now I have to wait for 2 more. He told he he would have a loaner for me last Monday, didn t happen. Told me my car was getting the engine installed on the 11th, didn t happen and the service manager does not know why he told me that. I know, it s because that is what he does. Just says the right thing to get the customer to shut up but doesn t come through. Supposedly, he sent a text on the 10th saying they have a car for me but not received it. He didn t call and now I am out almost 5 weeks with 1 car and 4 people who need to be 4 places every day. Next time call me! I answer the phone! Keep trying more than 1 time. I am physically sick over this and how they won t help. Just keep saying no cars available and you can go rent one but I don t know exactly when your car will be done. Don t let Antwon be your service leader

I have a Kia Carnival and have had it serviced here twice and both times its been an easy experience. This last time they had a new feature for a payment link. When my van was done they text me the bill to review and I paid from my apple wallet. Also the advisors were great about texting, and not calling me. (I prefer to text)

Doubles was quite personable, kept me up to date, and arranged for a door under warranty to be fixed. Showed me where restrooms are and hot cocoa machine. Car cleaned when I got it

They got me right in and having a shuttle to take us was great and did the work in the time they said they would but was told they would wash and sweep my car but didn't wasn't a big deal but would of been nice

Messed up my key. Spent 35 dollars for a key that was 2.50 at hardware. I needed a key to start vehicle. Also wasted 2 hours an 2 80 mile trips. I won't be back even if I have to drive further.

Brought 2021 Sorento in for oil change. Charged for a 6 cylinder, using 8 quarts. It's a 4 cylinder. Very unhappy. When questioned, they did give a discount..

I would have gave 4 Stars but the lack of communications was disappointing. I really like my Kia despite having a sezied engine replacement. It was replaced, due to class action, but the work seemed to be completed with good workmanship. Even with a text system, communication was minimal and I had to call for updates during the 4 week repair wait.

Stay away from the service. They don't even call you about a problem they text you. To me when a service technician does that they're hiding something. Then you call back and they will not except your call. The lady at the front desk says he's busy but then he text you back but no call. It was my girlfriend car they were working on nit mine. After several text from Brian. She had enough and told the front desk lady she wanted to deal with someone else and they would not listen. So today we will be picking up her car and will never go back. I can't even give them a star but it made me to post it Service: General repairs & maintenance
