The owner Chuck, is more than fair on his prices. He is honest, helpful and kind. Quaint, personal business that still believes in human connection. I really feel safe knowing that I won t be talked into more than necessary with my vehicles, so I don t have to take a loan to get my vehicle fixed. Wish all businesses could still be like this!

Chuck is a very good guy when it comes to being fair about the charges for whatever repairs need done on your vehicle. My 2007 Chevy Trailblazer has whined from day 1 when I bought it, but then my heat stopped working just in time for the cold weather. I called Friday to see if he could work on it Saturday. They don't work weekends, so I was told to bring it in Monday. By the time I got off work, I had heat. Thank God. Then I needed to have the whining noise fixed. It was the idler pulley. It was in pretty bad shape, but there is no more whining. Great job Chuck. I think you are a 5 Star place.

I can t say enough about Chuck! So many good things! He was very detail oriented he made sure he got the problem dealt with he explain to me every single thing that he was doing so that I understood the positives and the negatives of the work that he was doing on my truck. Even though I wasn t the one paying for the work because I had gotten it from a dealership and they offered to fix a couple things that were wrong he still made sure to let me know everything he was doing and let me know everything that was wrong and how it was going to get fixed. He got me right in there and got me right out there was no inconvenience as far as waiting for my car and the issues that need to be fixed are completely fixed I have no complainNo complaints at all I highly recommend this guy!

This place is seriously awesome! Being new to Fort Wayne I was recommended them by a friend when I needed some work done. I've now had them work on my car twice and both times I was blown away by their speed and prices. In both cases my car was done the same day and the one time it was definitely not a small job. Needless to say if I ever need work done here in Fort Wayne I'm going to them!

An individual I have dealt with for several years to service my vehicles. Chuck is one mechanic you can trust to not gouge you.If you don't need a repair, he will tell you so.

Got my front breaks replaced and new rotors. Very Knowledgeable staff. Answered all my questions throughly. Definitely will be returning here for future repairs.

An honest mecanic who has more business than he can handle...Fair prices and for the excellent quality honestly too low.If the work is easy he might tell ya how to fix it yourself and save you bolth time.
