Tim is an incredibly hard worker and he is ALWAYS ready to take my call and help me when I'm in a pinch. He's a joy to talk to and I have constantly received 5 star service from him. I started taking my car there when I worked for OmniSource. Tim's prices are great ! Turnaround and customer service have been top-notch 100%! He always takes time to answer any questions that you may have, as well as having a conversation or sharing a few laughs while he's preparing the paperwork on your car!He is always manage to get our vehicles in right away, and most of the time having them finished earlier than promised! I have three of my vehicles that I now take to him and he has consistently provided some of the best service in Fort Wayne, as far as I am concerned! Kudos to Tim! Keep up the great work, and you will have our business for a long time to come

Definitely recommend and will be using this shop in the future. Owner was willing to work the repairs I needed into his schedule despite it being a holiday weekend and was very clear about cost and what needed to be done. He even went out of his way to make sure he could get the correct parts before telling me if he could do certain repairs.Service: Brakes

Tim was very nice when i took my car into get checked out for some work someone amazingly offered to pay to get done for me. However ive been waiting months for him to actually schedule the work. Kind of a bummer because i was so blessed ny someone but not able to get it done.

Great place. Very Trustworthy and will tell you the truth.(good or bad) !!!! Always a great time seeing Tim!!!! None of my cars will never see anyone but Pruden Automotive!!!

Took my car to Pruden Automotive last week. They diagnosed my problem and showed me what the problem was. I was extremely happy with the service and the price. I will continue to take my vehicles there for service for sure
