They fixed a Honda civic today. The headlights assembly as well as the front bumper. I couldn't be more satisfied. Honest pricing and excellent work. Way exceeded my expectations. Vey professional and highly recommended.

Did great job installing my rear spoiler and price wasn t bad at all. 10/10 will definitely be back to have my small hail dents fixed by them.

Great experience with this shop! I needed some rust taken care of before it got out of hand and these guys did a great job. They even touched up additional rust that I wasn t aware of and pointed it out.

I have finally found my new favorite, go-to automotive shop in the Fort Wayne area!! After buying an after-market stereo for my car on Amazon, the hard part began, once I realized I was going to have to wait 3 months for an installation appointment at Best Buy. A large portion of my job requires traveling in my car, and I knew I couldn't wait that long.I then reached out to numerous automotive companies in the area, in search of someone who could professionally install the new head unit display within a shorter time frame. Most automotive companies I spoke to, were unable to help me and in addition, had no idea who to recommend I reach out to for electrical work (including the dealership). One place was going to schedule me 1 month out, but I knew I couldn't wait that long either. After watching videos on the installation process and attempting to connect it myself, I ran into some unexpected issues.Luckily, I found Downtown Autobody Specialists. Both management and staff were absolutely FANTASTIC!! They were professional and competent in quickly and efficiently getting me all setup, so I could be back to work in no time! It was such a relief, after all the uncertainty and confusion I had received from other companies on what to do or who to turn to.This is why I highly recommend this company for any -- and all of your automotive needs!! I know I will be using this company again in the future for all of my automotive needs!!!Service: Electrical

We ve worked with Al several times and he s surpassed expectations each time! He s the only place my family goes to in town. Great work and great pricing. He s great at communicating with you as well which is a huge benefit!

Very poor service. Man will try to scam your insurance company for more money, when they say that s too high he will bring it down. Then he will talk the insurance company into sending him the check so he doesn t have to fix your car correctly. Since when do insurance companies send checks directly to auto shop . Picked up my car after 5 weeks, and there were items under the bumper which he claimed to have fixed that were cracked as well as missing a piece. The brand new headlight he put in was flickering. Kept the car for another week and there s still a sensor off in the front and cruise control doesn t work now. Thank you for the inconvenience I guess at least it drives 6 weeks later.

This is the absolutely best auto body shop I have ever dealt with and trust me...I find myself in car mishaps frequently! Al is honest and trustworthy and the finished product is always perfect. He will give you an honest price and never jack you around and truly cares about his customers! TAKE YOUR CAR THERE! You won't be sorry! We need more businessmen like Al!

I brought my 1977 Chevrolet Camaro here In March of 2019 to have it repainted. Al the owner assured me that my car would be done by May. My car was not completed until February of 2020... I went to the shop religiously every week to check up on it and every week Al kept telling me it would be done in a couple weeks. The paint job that I received was excellent, but the customer service that I received from the owner Al was poor. If he would have been honest with me upfront about the timeframe on completing the car, this body shop would have received a 5 star review. My car was always kept on the back burner as I saw other cars skip ahead of mine, even though mine had been there for months. If you have no issues leaving your vehicle at a body shop for close to a year, Downtown Autobody is your body shop!Service: Painting

I called to get a quote for painting my vehicle and forgot witch shop I called. The guy was extremely rude and hung up on me. I would recommend going somewhere else. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I get it the GM shut down slowed things down but didn't even get close to meeting deadline that I was given...then received vehicle back with rear taillight not installed right. Knowing I washed before dropping off got back dirty inside and out with shop debris all over vehicle, could have a at least wiped off. But bodywork looks good at least

These guys are awesome. The owner is friendly and really cares about you and tries his hardest to find the cheapest and best deal for you. They've got your back. Recommend them.

Needed some minor body repair done on the tailgate. Dropped car off on a Tuesday, called Friday to check in as I hadn t heard anything and he said he would have it done Tuesday. I called Tuesday and he said that he hadn t done anything. Not only did they not do any work but they never even called! I will not be back.

I want to thank Al and Michelle for there help Saturday. They got me in and out and no time. I had a problem with an emblem that wouldn't stay on.... they got it off and new one on! Thanks again.

I was involved in a hit-and-run I got three estimates the only people that actually sat down with me and walked me through the process and took care of me from day one until the day I picked up my truck was downtown Auto Body they kept me informed of the whole process and they worked with me daily updated me constantly on what was going on what they needed what they needed to order and when I picked up my truck I was totally surprised II had$5, 200 damage to my truck they repaired my truck and it looked brand new great job to the people at downtown Autobodyg I would recommend the shop
