First off I want to say how happy I am that as a resident of SW Fort Wayne and a Honda owner that I can now get great help and service for my car at the Don Ayres Acura dealership on Illinois Rd. I have had Hondas since 1980 and have always had my services done at Don Ayres Honda on Lima Rd and have always been very happy with them. But with the traffic today and the remodel work at the Honda store this is a welcome choice to have. And the service is being performed at the same price it would be on Lima Rd. Needing new tires, I stopped in to talk to Tony Vincent, the Service Mgr at Acura, and Doug Settle. With in less than 24 hours I received an email from Tony with a choice of 4 different tires with all of their specifications and total pricing information on each one. And within 7 days the tires were here and installed on my car. When I went to pick it up it was washed and vacuumed, what great service.All of the employees at the Acura dealership are as welcoming and friendly as at the Honda dealership and I would encourage Honda owners on the SW part of town to not hesitate and take advantage of the option to take their car for service to the Acura shop!

My experience was extremely positive. Chase checked me in and kept me informed of everything that was going on as they had my car from Monday thru Wednesday. I was given a loaner which was very helpful. The detail job was excellent. The grinding down of my headlights was incredible & exciting, they look brand new! I can not tell you how much I appreciated them bringing my car back to me and picking up the loaner. Outstanding Service. Thank you.

The Service Dept. did a great job of scheduling me to come in right away. Everyone that helped me over the phone and in person was very kind and professional. The shuttle driver was kind and an excellent driver. I would highly recommend Don Ayres Acura for vehicle service.

This Service Department has taken fantastic care of our car since we bought it. They have performed all of our car's check-ups, and have been through every inch of our car by now - inside and out. We've been told our car looks a lot better than some 4-year old cars, but our car is over 14 years old. Everybody in this Service Department has been and continues to be the absolute best. However, if our car outlives us, we may have to will it to the Fort Wayne Don Ayres Acura Service Department Crew. Mike & Rose

Check in was quick and easy. Brandon, my Service advisor, was friendly and addressed my need for additional services in addition to the scheduled oil change and tire rotation. I had arranged in advance with the dealership on how I would get to work and how my car would be returned to me. My car was returned washed and vacuumed after the appointment. Very happy with the service that I received.Services: Full body wash, Auto interior vacuuming, Oil change

Great customer service by Brandon in the service department. Waiting area was hospitable, well maintained, coffee & snacks were a PLUS! Also a shoutout to Kierstyn, in sales, for being patient, relational, & a very kind person. VERY IMPRESSED with Don Ayres Acura & my first impression of it! KUDOS!
