Discount tire provides exceptional customer service. They are professional, courteous and helpful. Their waiting area is comfortable and clean. Jon was very helpful in helping me pick new tires and wheels. They made time for me without an appointment and I was on my way in just over one hour. Great job, Discount Tire; I recommend you to everyone.

Very pleased with Dylan s customer service. I ordered tires online thinking they were all season, as my husband and I went to leave Dylan came out and explained I had purchased only winter tires! Oops. He was very helpful assisting us in picking out the correct type of tires I wanted for my Jeep. My husband now wants to purchase his next set of tires from Dylan at Discount! Keep up the great friendly and courtesy customer service!!

What a great experience we had here! I was in town from over two hours away visiting a family member in ICU and we had a low tire. I was in and out in less than hour, the waiting area was comfortable with amenities and the price was right! Dimitri and Dylan were prompt, courteous, thorough and informative! I definitely recommend them for your tire needs!

Great service and friendly atmosphere. I wanted the Michelin Defender 2 tires and Discount Tire had the best deal. I usually go to another place in town that advertises they will beat any competitor price, but they couldn't. With that and the service I received, Discount Tire has gained a new customer!!

I wish there were more stars to give. After going to 4 different tire places, Discount tire has been the ONLY place to be able to get our tires off of our 20in rims!!! Cade hands down deserves praise. Him and his coworker ( didnt catch his name) worked extremely hard to get our tires switched out. They got us right in and finished the job!!! Thank you!!! After trying for two days and multiple different places we now know to bring BIG tires and RIMS to DISCOUNT TIRE !! Big thanks!

Great service!! I took my car in to switch to my winter tires. The previous tire center I had taken it to had damaged the spacers and I had no idea. They quickly pointed it out and found replacement parts with no issue. Everyone there was very polite and detail oriented, even so far as to make sure they were doing everything they could to not dirty my white interior! Would definitely recommend over other tire places in town!

The speed of the installation was good. The next day I checked the tire pressure of each tire and each tire had a different pressure ranging from 31 to 35 psi and my cars tire pressure set point is 30 psi also they never installed new valve stems they left my old ones on and just put new caps on to make it seem like they installed new valve stems.

Love this place! They put much needed air in my tires. I just pulled up & got in the line & a couple went by & done! He Did a great job! He asked to open & look inside my drivers side door to ensure he was putting in the correct psi rating for the car/tires. I always thought it was 32 but he reminded me it was actually 35. Good to know! And super helpful! Thanks Discount Tire!

I was there two minutes prior to their closing time and they took me in helped me get a set of new tires and was incredibly friendly the entire time. If you're in a bind and need assistance with tires, I cannot recommend a better location.

I called Discount Tire and spoke with Jon, who is the manager of this store. I ordered a set of tires after Jon helped me navigate through the different tires available for my particular rim and type of vehicle. The store had my tires ordered and at the store in about a day (very odd size tires so they don't keep them at the store). I went in for my appointment and was treated very respectfully by the whole staff. This was at a time where they weren't super busy, so they prioritized my installation and had 4 or 5 employees working on it. I can say that I have been to other, nameless, tire stores and they only have one employee working on the tires, while others stood around distracted. I was in and out of the store in less than 20 minutes. I was prepared to stay for an hour or more because of past experiences with other stores. I had a family member recommend this particular store and location because of their great experience. I must say Jon and the rest of his crew did not disappoint and went beyond any expectations I had! I would recommend this Discount Tire location to anyone who needs new tires, especially if you need special sized tires! They also have great financing options, which is a bonus! (12 months same as cash)

I have been looking forward to writing this review. Such a breath of fresh air in an overly-crowded tire store market. We have been loyal to another brand in the area spending thousands of dollars on tires and services with them every year. Unfortunately, we bought their terrible "warranty" that never seems to cover anything. Also, you get a flat tire and call them they tell you they will try to fit you in today, maybe tomorrow or you can set an appt for days form now...FOR A FLAT TIRE?In desperation, I stopped in Discount tire. They fixed my tire then refused to charge me! They asked me to come back to them when we need our next set of tires. I already have! These people are unfailingly polite, in the few times I have been there. They have also been acommadoting and eager to provide great service. Really impressed. You can't go wrong at this branch of Discount Tire. Keep up the great work!

John at the desk was awesome!!! He submitted the fleet information and within an hour I had new tires on!!! I was expecting to make a future appointment since it was right at their closing time.Highly professional and outstanding service from start to finish. This is my new go-to tire shop! I am so glad that my father told me about discount tire twenty-some years ago, this is by far the best company model that has ever been. I always get great service, good pricing, excellent service and support Nationwide. If you're not sure, I assure you, Discount Tire is a national treasure.. saved me more than eight times in the worst of conditions.

Update February 2024:Again, excellent service. I made an appointment to have the tires rotated and re-balanced (this is a free service because I purchased my tires there). Within 5 minutes they had my vehicle in the shop bay, working very efficiently. The shop, and waiting areas are clean, and the employees are courteous and focused.Sidenote: Twice over the Winter I stopped by to have the air pressure checked before a long trip and both times the guys were readily available and did so in a friendly manner. Thank you.Update 8/26/2023Excellent customer service, again. Employee Tegan is an asset to your company. Saturday morning the tire pressure light came on and I called the store (I bought my run-flat tires here) and they told me to bring it in. As soon as I rolled up to the air check station an employee, Tegan, was there and checking all 4 tires. One of my front tires was suspiciously low. He had me pull into the bay and he immediately found the issue, a nail in the tread. He was professional, focused, and extremely efficient fixing the tire. I thought there would be a fee for the service or labor, which I'm glad to pay, but no it was free.Not only did he fix the tire, he adjusted the pressure in all the remaining tires and then used tire dressing on all the tires making them look like new. It's rare today to find companies/employees that still provide excellent customer service like this store. Thank you!Update 2023:I returned to have my tires rotated before I drove to Indy. They made an appointment for me, and within 5 minutes of my arrival they had my vehicle in the shop and being worked on. Thirty minutes later the staff member was handing me my key-fob, job finished, and free. They rotated and rebalanced the tires and replaced one missing valve-stem cap (I forgot to tell them about that, I think it was lost in the carwash, but I'm glad they caught that). Also my son was driving to Chicago and I told him to check the air pressure in his tires before he left. He went to this store and a friendly staff member inflated his tires to the correct pressure, free. I'm glad he did this as all four of the tires were 5 lbs low.Replaced set of tires last year:This is the first time I've been to this store, and it was absolutely one of the best customer service experiences I've encountered. They actually treat customers like they are valued. The staff is personable, professional, and very knowledgeable. Especially Dainen and Gordan, who personally kept me up to date without having to ask. Their phone app also messages you thru out the process on your vehicles status which is a nice touch.This store is extremely clean and the chairs are comfortable for those waiting on-site. I had an appointment and within a minute after I arrived they had my vehicle in the service bay replacing all four tires. The technicians in the garage were efficient and personable as well.Earlier in the week I had a disappointing experience with their competitor, Be--e Tire and that led me to get a quote from Discount Tire. I'm so glad I did, the price was actually better, and the difference in service was night & day. My family has 3 vehicles to maintain and because of how I was treated at this store (a valued customer) and the excellent price, I'll be a loyal customer. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

FREE tire repair. Previously purchased tires here. Today I found a nail in one of them. No problem, discount has my back. Go there and I'm out sooner than the given time.Easy as promised at the time of purchase a year ago. Nice facility and Meijer is across the street.

This tire store has been my go-to tire place for about 30 years. They seem to have great prices, and (of the three DT franchises I have visited in Illinois an Indiana) the staff has been great.I've bought 6 sets of new tires from DT thru the years, and half of those were off the shelf (like today) and the other half were special order. But "Special Order" each time meant that they got them from another DT franchise in a neighboring community. That's a great business model. Once, in IL, they sent a worker to another store some 30 miles away to get the tires for me that day.Plan your visit, though. If you think you're going to get in and out quickly on a Saturday morning, you're probably wrong. But they have an online appointment thing on their web site - that seems to help a little when they are busy.Once, 10 to 12 years ago, I thought the best deal was at another store (the one that sold house kits from their mail order catalog 100 years ago, "S-R & Co.") - that was terrible. I'll never made that mistake again.

The facility is brand new so it's clean, and everyone there is professional and courteous.The set of tires that came off the truck were recommended by Independent garage and we're just a little tall, they always rubbed on the chassis. These tires I bought today fit much better.Thank you discount tire

Updated Post: June 12th - I went in for a tire rotation and was greeted with friendly service. So far so good. Around 45 minutes later I felt my phone vibrate and looked up to see my car. The same young kid as before left my car door open and window down. Today was overcast, but not raining. This time I was handed the car keys, so that is an improvement from the last time. Still deducting a star for the door being left open with the window down. Belle tire does not return my car to me in that condition. They return it back to me in the same condition as I left it. Windows up, doors closed and in a parking spot.Original Post: March 31st - I used this location for my 2011 Camry's tire rotation for the warranty until I got rid of the car (5-star). Last fall I used the tire light check service for my 2020 Camry (5-star). This morning I had a flat tire and went here. I was told I had a nail in the tire and would need a new one. When my service was completed the young man came and got me. (So far 5-star). I was told that my keys were in the cup holder (-1 star). As I walked to my car, I noticed the driver's door was left wide open and the driver's window was completely down on a rainy day (-1 star). At the time it was drizzling with dark clouds rolling in.

First thing I would like to say is a had a great experience today at Discount Tire getting my car serviced, John and the technicians were great. But there was some lady in there just absolutely freaking out for no reason, there were clear reasons as to why they couldn t fix her flat and when they gave her a solution, I guess she just couldn t handle it.

I was pretty much broke and desperately needed tires, was looking at junk yards, they hooked me up fast and easy for a very reasonable price.
