I am a victim of the Kia Boys and had my car stolen for the 5th time. From the moment I called Deluxe Glass frustrated and annoyed I felt like I was being treated like family. EVERYONE was kind, empathetic, and fair. Parts were hard to find, hiccups happened during the time and they communicated with me through every step. Not only did the people at Deluxe Glass do a great repair but they created a relationship with me and my family.I would highly recommend them for any glass needs. They were able to get our new windshield ordered & installed in less than a week. They did a nice job putting it in & the price was lower than their competition too! We will go back, in the future, if needed.

I want to RAVE about Deluxe Glass. They are professional, honest and operate in good faith. I highly recommend them. My car windows were busted out and they made the whole repair experience pleasurable. I have already referred 2 people to them. You will NOT be disappointed. I've used Deluxe in the past and they were amazing. However, recently I tried to use them for a large commercial project I have going. Multiple emails with dates set to do quotes with no shows. I understand everyone is busy, but don't set an appointment or say you are going to be on site and then not communicate otherwise.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff who answered my questions and didn't make me feel stupid as they explained things to me. Someone even recommended another local company who could get me the glass I needed at a reduced price which I really appreciated! Thank you for your honesty. Failed to honor a clearly stated warranty after my rearview mirror fell out and took a chunk of the windshield with it. The reasoning behind not honoring the warranty was tantamount to saying that they didn't really want to. The whole staff at Deluxe from the owner to the office staff to the techs is very customer friendly. I have used them for years on a variety of issues and they never fail to solve any issue I may have. Thanks for being responsive, timely and fair as we have worked together. Called for price quotes all around town, was about to bite the bullet but decided to try one more place and that was Deluxe. They beat all their competitors prices by 150$! When she gave me the quote over the phone, that is to the penny what I paid,no hidden fees or other BS. Glass was installed impeccably in a timely manner. Friendly service, all around top notch! No I'm not an employee or friend of one, just a average run of the mill fool that had a broken window

On my original trip there was a miscommunication and this resulted in an unforced error. On my second trip, after talking to Dominic, the entire problem was made right. Fast service. They were able to get my laminated glass within 2 hours cut and ready to go. I have not used their installation service yet, but I always tell people Deluxe Glass for the win. They have always have given me a fair price and quick service. I always look forward to working with these guys. Always give them a call, likely they will be able to work with you.

Once they got here they did a good jobI'm not sure I would call them again. I had to wait 2 months to get my windows. The first time they came out they had the wrong ones. They rescheduled, never called never showed up. It took 3 months total. Insurance paid, I had no choice

Great service got me up and going. Have an old house that has old sash windows. They were able to provide me the right size glass to replace the single pane windows that I have. The price is great. They were able to do large sizes that big box stores just don't carry.

Hands down the BEST source for ANY glass product for car or home. The are the BEST on price, service, scope of variety! I actually brought them a clear puzzle that needed clear support both on back and front and despite never having done it before they created a PERFECT solution that did not take more than 1 week and was VERY reasonably priced, AMAZING!!!!

Great local shop. We ordered a vanity through Amazon and it arrived with a cracked mirror. Rather than ship it back we had Deluxe Glass cut a new one. $9 and a day later we were all set.

Dan did a great job replacing the glass and channels for both doors of my 1939 Ford Pickup. Some of the channel kit parts I provided had a fit problem and Dan was able to refurbish the old parts to perfection. Many thanks, couldn't be happier.
