Came to have my car serviced. The staff were very friendly and courteous. They have a nice lounge if you decide to wait on your car or they have a shuttle if you can't.

Went in for scheduled oil change and headlight bulb replacement. All went well. Used the car wash, but again it wasn't working right and didn't get the job done.

This location is attached or behind Summit City Chevrolet and or DeHaven Chevrolet on Illinois Road, beside the car wash. I purchased a newer vehicle from their sales department after a discussion with technician about auto body problems on my previous vehicle.I believe it was the same technician who rambled his way from the body shop to the car wash and took the initiative to tell me that I couldn't use the pressure hose to rinse off break dust before entering the car wash. After having a discussion with several employees it appears I encountered an overzealous individual on that day. According to the onsite employees, they don't mind the use of the high pressure hose. This experience has reminded me that there's no issue if you have permission.

I always feel at home here. Always great service, friendly staff and able to shop for another vehicle when the mood strikes. I live over an hour away and bring my vehicle back to this location every time; No matter what service I am getting. So worth the drive!!! We ha e purchased 4 vehicles from them in the past and will continue to do business with them in the future. Thank you!!!!!

Seems friendly and helpful...just don't try to use your pinnacle warranty anywhere they won't honor it. Will update if I buy from them soon

We were very pleased with the repair done by Summit City on our 2010 Traverse. The entire process from estimate to pickup could not have gone any better. It is good to know you can still find good service.
