I had an exceptional experience with Dan from D&B Mobile RV Repair & Storage in Fort Wayne, IN. We searched high and low for someone to help us repair our 1986 Ford New Horizon Nova Star Class-C RV, and Dan and his team were more than willing to help us get the RV in the shape we needed at an affordable cost and timely fashion.From start to finish, his communication was prompt and straightforward, ensuring I was informed every step of the way. The range of services provided was truly impressive for a small mom-and-pop shop and I will go to Dan for all of my future RV repair and enhancement needs.Here is a list of services he provided:- Replaced the back brakes and shocks, significantly improving the RV's performance.- All-new tires were installed, enhancing safety and stability on the road.- Fixed electric issues and replaced running lights, ensuring optimal visibility.- The broken awning was expertly repaired, adding to the overall functionality.- Under the hood, all dry-rotted hoses were replaced, contributing to the RV's longevity.- The installation of new side mirrors and repainting the bumper added a fresh look.- He explained necessary muffler work and referred me to a local specialist.- Power washed and sprayed protective coating on my RV to safeguard the outside from harsh Indiana weather.- Lastly, he provided storage at their facility until I could transfer the RV to another center at no additional cost.Dan at D&B Mobile RV Repair & Storage exceeded my expectations with his expertise and communication. OMG, Talk about fantastic service, he definitely saved our RV vacation.Our propane tank had a major problem the day before we were going to leave. Talk to them on the phone, then went right into the shop and within 15 minutes he had it repaired and on my way. I will recommend them to everyone. 10 Stars instead of 5.

I am the owner of D & B and want to respond to the two negative reviews by Micheal P and Shane C. First and foremost, I want to say there is a lot more to the situation than described. I pride myself on doing good, honest work, and I treat my costumers with respect. I am not surprised with Micheal's review due to a lack of respect on his part, which resulted in a change to my willingness to continue working with him. I love what I do and want to work with individuals who I can create a relationship with, unfortunately this dynamic with Micheal did not work out. As for Shane, I am uncertain of who this is and I never did any work for him. I work hard for my costumers. I take pride in my work and I do my best to be as fair as possible in cost. I communicate with my costumers in each step of the repair process. I will continue to serve my community and help those with any RV repair needs. Adventure awaits!

I would give zero stars if possible. Would absolutely avoid this business at all costs. Dan and his team failed to communicate for over a month, rather than provide an estimate, they did extra work and charged us for it without any heads up. Also the "work" they completed was over priced and was incorrect and incomplete. The wiper motor broke a week after he "fixed" it. We felt like we were being scammed the entire time. Also when I showed up to pay the ridiculious bill, he had lost the keys. We had to wait days for his mechanic to bring them back. What a mess!

Dan is very dishonest. Do yourself a favor and don't do any business with this company . Where do I start I rent a spot from Dan . He doesn't keep good records . His office is mess. The day all this went done he was gone change me additional $120 when I was paid up( 12.8.2023) due again 1/8/24. When I questioned Dan about his book keep he got mad and ordered me off the property. My RV was parked in back . It took police to get involved to get my RV back. Also he still owes me for a deposit of $120 dan is now refusing to give back myDeposit t because I left this review

Dan seemed liked an answer to my prayers, but in the end he and his under skilled workers cost me time and SIGNIFICANT money to fix their mistakes. I won't go in to details, for anonymity sake, but please be careful with this company if you value professionalism, integrity and safety.

This guy is a crook quote to a prize. Doubles that when he works on your furnace then does not fix it. Tells you it's not reparable. Then all of a sudden, it's fixable, then charges you another few $100 and short to the cross. The motherboard shows you at work. Should bring home that don't work.

Dan responded promptly to our call for help with a clog in our RV s kitchen sink. He returned the next day to fix a leaking toilet. We will definitely call on him again should our RV need some more of his TLC!

Thank You Dan for coming to us to fix our air conditioning unit when it stopped working on one of the hottest days!! We couldn't be more happy with the work you did!! Poor service overall. Guy seemed honest but definitely shady as heck. Definitely didn't get new parts. These look like they were used for a few years.

The guys were really nice and helpfull. The awing was riped off RV by the high wind on the highway. We had to find someone that would come out to us so that we would be able to move down the highway. He was able to warp the awing up and tied it so we could go back to his shop and have it repaired. He is fair and very helpful. Thank you so much for saving us.

I don't have an RV yet but Dan and Brutus are friends of mine and when I get an RV Dan will be the ONLY guy I have work on it. He's amazing all around!
