I highly recommend this business! The service that I received from the team at Caliber Collision was excellent! Everyone was friendly, helpful, and very professional -- from Danielle, to Tyler, to Jess! Danielle regularly updated me during the repair process and expected date; I never had to ask for an update. The repairs on my car were perfectly executed; it looks like new and is also freshly clean! Great work by great people!!

I was very satisfied with the service I received from everyone at caliber, my English is super broken but I never noticed any of them avoiding me! They communicate with me everyday and every time I called they are very welcoming. Definitely they know how take care their costumers.

Fixed my trucks damages after hitting a deer and communicated to me the entire time on things and had the work done a head of quoted repair time. Very impressed with the work and quality highly recommend these guys.

Tyler was very professional and communicated with me daily but,Engine not repaired correctly & bodywork was good ... still dealing with engine issues on my own and guaranteed work on engine is not being fixed waiting on diagnosed report from dealer before any work will be done leaving me without transportation until then... horrible finish to my experience and still waiting?!? Recommend for body work but not engine repair work !!!

They did a fabulous job my F150. I ve used them in the past with my CT6 Blackwing Cadillac as well. So I would highly recommend them.

I had to have some damage to my driver door repaired and the team here did a great job. Maura, Jess, and Chris really made a difference. They did a great job communicating with me throughout the whole repair process, had great attitudes, and were very knowledgeable. They made me feel welcome, and confident in their process and their work. The actual repairs to my car were perfect, good as new!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We had fender replaced and painted and it looks brand new! They went above and beyond with customer service and quickly got the repairs done, keeping us up to date on the progress. We also had a check engine light code that they did research on and found it to be part of a recall saving us time and money. I will continue to use them for auto body repairs.Services: Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

No communication. No idea of which car was mine or why it was there when I called for status at one week. No help whatsoever. I moved my car to a different place to get it fixed, so I can't comment as to the quality of their work.

I used Caliber Collison in Ft. Wayne after my vehicle struck a deer and sustained considerable damage. I was referred to Caliber from GEICO and they handled my claim with professionalism, care, and concern. Jess was outstanding in her support - always there to answer a question and support me in the process. Though the car was a total loss, the team at Caliber made a difficult situation just a bit easier. Thanks Caliber and Jess for an amazing experience.
