Outstanding results! From start to finish received courteous and professional service! Was update by text 2 or 3 times a week on the progress of my repairs. The damages were rather extensive but the end result was beautiful. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision for any auto body repairs you may need.

My car looks good as new! We got frequent text updates about the timeline of the repair and what was being done and why. We were included in every step of the process which made us feel at ease. Also, I suspect they cleaned the interior of my car as well! Such a nice touch that shows they respect their customers and their vehicles!

After reading reviews of different shops online I decided to go with Caliber Collision and I'm happy that I did. They kept me informed of the progress of my vehicle throughout the whole process. The quality of the repair was fantastic. Made my truck look like new again.

Just picked up my 4Runner and the repair was quicker than expected. Everyone was super friendly and left the INSIDE of my car cleaner than what it was when I brought it in. Great service!

This location has very friendly staff and they have gone out of their way for several times. Every staff member I ve spoken with have all been very knowledgeable and patient, while explaining the process. Hopefully I don t have a need for any repairs any time soon, but they will be where I go if I ever have anything happen again.

The staff at Caliber were great. I was warmly greeted by Lydia at the front counter and she graciously answered all of my questions. Then she introduced me to Devan. Devan went into great detail when explaining my estimate and the process. Along the way I was updated continuesly and never had to wonder what was happening.When I got my vehicle back it was just as if nothing had ever happened.I highly recommend!

Castleton s Caliber Collision branch had my car towed to this branch in Fort Wayne for quicker service and I could not be happier with my experience. Devin kept me informed throughout the whole process and a special shout out to Chris for taking the time to ensure I retrieved some items from my vehicle before it was released to my insurance company.
